Tried this pizza for the first time. Got a fresh slice of Pepperoni pizza and it was simple and delicious. To be honest, I reserve 5 stars for absolute perfection, so I would actually give this pizza 4.5 stars. Because I round up, they get 5 stars. The slice was ultra thin crispy dough with just the right amount of cheese. With regard to service, it's more of a takeout pizza place than dine-in. Ambiance is very relaxed, although they could definitely use the air conditioner a bit more if you plan to eat inside. Overall, the pizza was decent. It was ready at the promised time and reasonably priced. The crust was thin, crispy, and delicious, just how I like it. It had less cheese and was heavier on the sauce, which I personally don't like too much sauce. The right side was well done, but the left side was supposed to have mushrooms. It seemed like they might have been out of fresh mushrooms, because there were only a few small black pieces. I ended up removing them since they tasted burnt and unpleasant. On the hunt for a good pizza place , I was happy . The garlic knots were baked perfectly with a nice golden brown shade, the marinara sauce was fresh which made me want to eat it all myself and not share . The Greek salad was good but a little small for the price, and I'm not usually a ranch girl but the ranch it came with was really good. The pizza was super fresh, very eye appealing and good. When I saw the high rating I couldn't wait to finally try this small restaurant. I was on lunch and thought I could quickly order a slice of pizza that they advertised in their window . You get a slice of pizza with a choice of one topping and a can of soda for $4.99 . When I ordered I was the only person there ordering . My pizza slice took almost 20 minutes and when I finally got it, it was burnt and I would have asked for a new slice if I didn't have to wait so long again on my lunch break . I had to go . Ordered online and this may or may not be their fault but it delivered 20 mins past the estimated delivery time...which i get it...but the part that sucked is that my pizza by then was hard and cold. I ordered the Popeye (first time), lacks flavor btw, and a salad. Salad was watery, not well drained but tbh it tasted better than the pizza. Last and most importantly DO NOT get the Gluten Free crust. You can find better in any frozen isle at grocery store. The single slice pizza is very good. Because of this I ordered a, 18" pizza to go. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. Not enough sauce, cheese and toppings. The quality of the food depends on who is there to make it. A family owned business. The owner is the best. His wife, daughter, and son, need cooking lessons. The son was the one who made the 18" pizza. When I went back to complain, he told me to ask for thin crust and offered me nothing for my disgusting pizza. I usually take my food back right away when there is a problem. This time, i was extremely tired and hungry and wanted to stay home. No, I didn't eat the pizza. I have different family members with dietary restrictions and she gave me wonderful tips to accommodate all of them. They can do vegan cheese on portions as little as 1/4 of the pizza! Unheard of. The food is way over priced for what you get. They charge more than the price shown. For instance.The salad I ordered was 9 dollars and change, I was charged 11 dollars. Stay away! Absolutely the worst. We've had issues before but this time was the last straw. Takeout order of two sandwiches, garlic knots, and a pizza. Pizza was burnt, garlic knots were burnt, and sandwiches were a joke. One was a Philly cheese steak which looked like it was made last week with only a few pieces of meat and one tiny pepper. The second was a chicken sandwich with a rubbery chicken tender as the centerpiece. It was bad enough for me to turn around and return to the restaurant to voice my concerns. Ordered from here and feel like we were price gouged. There is definitely a disconnect on value and experience for customer. Ordered online. Quantities were not clear save for number of pizza slices and a salad we ordered was hilariously small except for the price we paid for said microscopic salad. I challenged them in person on the size, they were uninterested in talking about it. Pizza was decent, but felt significantly overpriced. We showed up after the promised window of time and the order was ready a full 15 minutes past the window of time promised by the website. Ended up waiting in the car for them to finish a couple of pizzas. This was surprising considering there was obviously no rush, no one ordering, no one else waiting. I had requested for extra pizza sauce on the pizza and it definitely tasted like there wasn't any extra sauce.. very disappointing. Overall it was an okay pizza, nothing special. Another customer came in and ordered at the register, and their pizza was out and ready within 10 min. Once I said something for a second time addressing this, and it appears that my order, a cheese, and a pepperoni pizza, mind you, was just sitting on top of the oven. Over an hour, I waited for this cold pizza. 3 other customers were also waiting about the same time and ended up walking out due to this service. It felt unwelcoming and very unprofessional. I preordered my pizza for a party to pick up before the place even opened and he was on time and helpful in bringing the pizzas out since we ordered the "giant" sized thin crust. The pizza was great - not too dry, not too much sauce and cut into perfect portions! We needed to order another pizza as we ran out of food so fast. The owner was able to get me a pizza ready in 20mins for pick up and also offered to deliver. It was only 2 minutes from where our party was so wasn't a big deal to run over and get it. I picked up a large seasoned ground beef and mushroom pizza from this pizza joint for $8 and some change. The pizza was okay. The crust was of a medium variety and was a little on the dry side. They put a modest amount of ground beef, which I found oddly seasoned. They should rethink the seasoning of the beef. The mushrooms were good and were tender. I thought the pizza's cheese was good and had that milky quality. The gentlemen that made my pizza was very nice and polite. And hid the black ones under the cooked properly ones I wish i took a picture of them but I threw them away before my gf recommended I took photos. The pizza was good if it wasn't burnt. Not worth 30-40 bucks at all. The chicken in the last pic I uploaded is their chicken dippers. 7 dollars for boneless chicken. Seems right, until you get some small chicken nuggets. Felt scammed. Ordered here based on the reviews. We recently loved to Santee and we need a new favorite neighborhood pizza spot. I think we found it! I decided to call to order for delivery, because I wanted a half and half and I didn't see that option on GrubHub. I ordered half bbq chicken and half pepperoni. I got the 18'' and discovered that it was too big for me and 2 kids. Next time I'll get the 14''. But the pizza was delicious!! This was a Friday at 4:45pm. They delivered it by 5:30pm which was the time I wanted. I wish you could schedule ahead though. And the delivery guy needs a smile and a "Have a nice day!" or "Enjoy!" kind of attitude. I had high hopes for this place but was really disappointed when I tried it for the first and only time. I ordered an 18" Supreme Pizza with extra cheese, thin crust. The pizza given to me was not very heavy. I could see why. They are extremely stingy on toppings. It was supposed to be a supreme pizza with extra cheese. But the most pronounced topping was olives. The pie could have been sold as an olive pie. Toppings were completely lacking. And despite paying for extra cheese, there was hardly any cheese on the pie. Worst, was the cost. They charged me $38.50 for the pleasure of trying their 18" pizza. And it could have been more. That included the extra cheese charge. They normally charge an extra fee of $3.50 but the person who I think was the owner waived it when I questioned why. I think what also indicated a lot was that it was a Friday night around dinner time. The place was silent. No other customers came in, and I heard not one phone ring. Never saw that in any pizza shop before. Said a lot to me. I don't think it would be very hard for anyone to find a pizza shop better than this one just about any place else. read more

Quick tip, call your order in for easy pick up and go, unless you wanna eat there but it's a bit warm due to the ovens pumping out tons of great pizza! Lol they range from a GIANT 28" pizza to a more single serving size of 14". Any way you slice it..this is great tasting food and always excellent service. I support small business over the traditional corporate pizza places. Example ; little Caesars, Pizza Hut and so forth.
