If the yoga studio was closed, it seemed unusual to have guests just sitting in the waiting area without anyone saying anything. Thankfully, Sydney quickly stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was kind and incredibly helpful. The massage itself was fantastic and more than made up for the rough start. Sydney and Alesia were both attentive and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, we left happy, and I would recommend them. If you book a massage, definitely ask for Sydney, Logan, or Alesia--they were absolutely amazing!

I could not have made a better choice. But first, I have to tell you about the spa. Of course, its South Park location sets the tone for excellence and posh. The spa is absolutely stunning with its crisp, white decor. I was fortunate to visit during the holiday season and it's decorated beautifully. I was greeted warmly and quickly upon entrance and seated comfortably with a glass of water. I got a little nervous seeing the facials being done in an "open area" but felt relieved when Monika D came and whisked me to a private room for my treatment. The treatment room was very nice with its electric fireplace mounted on the wall, spa-like music playing, and a very warmly heated massage table. Monika explained all that she would do but I could not even recall any of it once she started her amazing treatment. I do know that she exfoliated and moisturized my entire body with elements of massage incorporated. I have had wraps in the past, but this was different. I have had to shower after wraps to remove the applied products but Monika had a technique to remove products as she provided the treatment. I lost count of how many times I fell asleep despite my best efforts not to do so. I was just that relaxed. Monika assured me that my ability to relax to the extent of falling asleep was actually a compliment. I didn't want to fall asleep because I didn't want to miss a moment of the pampering. I left with skin that feels amazing. My only negative comment (if that's really the best description) is that treatments are not "cheap", but you get what you pay for. I will definitely go back (I booked my next treatment while I was there), but this level of self-care will be saved for more special occasions rather than the routine.

As I had another service after the massage a robe was left for me to put on so I could walk to a different room. The robe is not plus size friendly! My next service was a dermaplane facial. Again, did not like her technique especially when it was time for the dermaplane; nearly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid a total of $240 for both services. As this experience was just "okay" for me, I don't plan to return.
