After…read moremy research, it looked like the most well-rated salon around and I didn't want to risk anything being it was a last minute decision to get a spray tan. To start: there's a parking lot and the place is easily marked. When I got in, Bella greeted me and took my info since I wasn't in their system. I didn't see it on the website, but the deal for a new customer getting a spray tan is 50% off so I only paid $20 (cash because credit card would incur a fee). Because I didn't want to get too dark, I opted for their lightest option. She explained it would spray on clear and I should rinse off between 1 and 3 hours so I don't risk it turning orange. From there, she walked me back to the VersaSpa room and showed me exactly what to do. I've gotten spray tans years ago so I'm a little familiar with process but having her show me everything and even demonstrate how to stand put my mind at ease. There's also signs in the room to explain the process and the machine talks to you and tells you exactly where to stand and what it's going to do (spray or dry). The entire process was super quick and seamless and I will definitely be returning for my next tanning need! Side note: the website does a great job as well explaining how it works and tips and tricks for developing the best tan.

Besides the fact that the staff is really friendly, they are super knowledgeable and very good when it comes to helping you decide what bed to u should go in each time you come back and for how much time we should be in there for. She was really great. I came in today, looking to do the $6 Sunday deal and save my other tan for Monday before my trip. The lady at the front desk was so stank, told me no, that I couldn't get that, that the girl was wrong and I don't qualify for it. Period point blank. Idk how I would make up or lie about being told that? But it definitely is not MY fault that I was informed incorrectly by YOUR staff. I'm the customer that is giving my money and I drove all the way over there on a Sunday to be turned away. I didn't even bother using my tanning session that girl was just awful I wanted to leave. I just moved to this area and will be looking for a different tanning place now. So disappointing.

i've had my share of trips to the tanning salon but tiki hut tanning would have to be my favorite…read more the ambiance is wonderful. right when you walk in you will feel as if you've stepped onto a tropical island. the tiki hut front desk and hawaii-inspired decor made me look forward to getting my tan. their array of tanning lotions were also on display and filled the room with scents of summer. their tanning bed rooms were adorable. right when i closed the door to start, the music started and provided for a fun, relaxing time while i tanned. the girl who worked there was also helpful and kind. the price is also reasonable. 20 minutes for $9. which is pretty cheap compared to hollywood tans who charged me the same amount for 11 minutes. i didn't notice a drastic result in my tan so it's probably a good idea to put on an indoor tanning lotion before tanning. their lotions are around $7 which isn't bad at all compared to other salons. all in all i would definitely keep coming back until i find somewhere cheaper!

I only use stand up beds for special occasions and they were always so small and bulbs were out etc. This place prides themselves on the experience they give the customer and its cleanliness of the beds, which is very important. Sunsation is my new go-to place for tanning and so happy they are not too far. Gianna was so friendly and was specific about the options and packages.

Unfortunately, there wasn't ANY water in the machine. She told me to make an appointment for bed 16 next time. Still, that has nothing to do with the fact that she didn't check the bed for water to make sure it was working properly. It would have been good customer service for her to ask her manager if she could offer me something to make up for a less-than-stellar experience. Otherwise, my overall experience with Beach Bum tanning was very positive. UPDATE: The regional manager reached out to me the same day and put a free session back on my account! I was just hoping for a discounted session but he exceeded my customer service expectations. He was courteous and professional so I will recommend Beach Bum to my friends after all.

That sums up my take on the brazilian waxing services. As for the vajacial, it wasn't life changing. I think it had everything to do with the tiny seat that was reserved for my big butt. It was uncomfortable and I didn't experience any benefits. Also, I was in a room with another person. I think I can speak for them by saying that it was akward. She spent most of the time on her phone telling someone all about her vajacial and I had the pleasure of being in the background of her video call. Following the vajacial was a facial. That was alright but I think there might be other spaces for me to experience a more thorough job that would include recommendations to improve my skin. So would say that you should prepare with a painkiller, if necessary and head on over for their waxing services.

I then went in had my service taken my wallet out give gave her a tip, picked up my belongings and did not pick up my wallet. I walked one block to where my car was parked realized I had left my wallet there. I then called and said I would be right there. I forgot my wallet which took all of three minutes and when I got there, they said my wallet wasn't left behind that was impossible. My wallet was at least 6 inches long and 2 inches wide and had it dropped I would've definitely heard it. The girl who serviced me had no reaction which to me was very telling. I will never ever go back to Bloomfield Wax and skin and if I were you, I'd leave my wallet behind and just take my card in and whatever tip you want to give them Rosemary Scardino
