Each time I come to this establishment, I always have the best service checking out. I seldom…read moreencounter people that work on the floor, but because of such a huge selection of so many different items, I feel like I haven't ever needed help. Lastly, there is always a really good deal. My most recent purchase was white wooden Adirondack chairs and they are normally priced at like $100 per chair and I got them for about $67 each which was very surprising and I couldnt have been more happy!

I started at the books and immediately found a book I have been looking for, for $5.99 that I could not find for less then $15 even on the used sites. Sold! I found the iced coffee maker with the milk frother I have been looking for for $25. (It's $99 other places.) I did not have time to really go further, and almost got trapped in the clearance Halloween section before making it to checkout. If Ollie's has any flaws, other then it feeling like a thrift store, it would be that the carts can't go outside. Having to haul a large coffee maker box and my bag out to my car was a bit of a feat! Also the lady who checked me out seemed nice but was really put out when I asked for a membership card. I told her, if she didn't want to do it, I could see if I could do it online, but would like a physical card. She finally just signed me up.

At first I found the staff to be a little distant and unresponsive but that eventually changed and I felt them to be more helpful. I overheard them telling another customer that they can do energy readings which seems like it would be a cool and insightful experience. Overall, the store had tons of items and was well stocked and laid out. If not for my initial interaction with the staff, or lackthereof they'd probably receive a higher rating.

I found everything easily on their website and at really reasonable prices. I placed the order and it arrived sooner than I expected. It was wrapped securely in an appropriate sized box. Not only did it come with burning instructions but also a small handwritten line with well-wishes. I love great customer service so that line put a smile on my face. They have the shop set up in sections, candles, oils, incense, crystals, Tarot cards, children's section. It's clean organized and shoppable. They have readers on a daily basis. We signed up for a reading with The Hawkeye and he was wonderful. He uses his intuition and the cards to send beautiful much needed information. It resonated with me and he has a unique and honest way of delivering such messages. The ladies at the front are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. We shopped for two hours and left with beautiful finds. My daughter bought a beautiful aqua phase ring. Thank you ladies and Ricardo for such a wonderful experience. We will be back again.
