There is no other way to describe Dr. Valle's practice except 'Top Notch'. This is not the average back cracking station that so many of us are used to. There is no walking in, getting adjusted the same exact way no matter what the problem is...it is unique each time you go in. I had frozen shoulder when I found Dr. Valle. I had been seeing a Chiropractor and an Acupuncturist before finding Dr. Valle but the results were minimal. I had lost the use of my right arm. I could not write and the pain was off the chart. I could not sleep on my shoulder or sleep through the night because of the pain. If I forgot about my shoulder and tried to catch the keys I dropped I would drop to my knees in pain. It was unreal. After my first treatment with Dr. Valle, my pain was immediately reduced and my mobility increased. This is how every visit ended. Dr. Mani is truly someone who cares about his patients. I went to him for a rib injury after being highly recommended by a trainer of world-class professional athletes. I drove all the way from San Francisco and all for good reason. Not only did he treat my injury but he also gave me a full athletic evaluation. He went above & beyond his duties showing me different ways to treat the discrepancies of flexibility he noticed. He was able to break up scar tissue between the tissues of my ribs & used a very specific kind of tape to treat the injury. He is certified in the application of this tape which has been around for awhile, yet didn't start to gain athletic notoriety until the Beijing Olympics. It allows much more blood flow to the taped area of the body by creating space between the skin and muscle creating more bloodflow. I pretty much never write reviews but after going to in motion chiropractic I felt I just had to. I have been to a few differnt chiropractors over the years to help with my sciatica and other random back pains. I thought my running days were over. After starting to run at 60 my goal is to run a marathon before I am 65. Facing a half marathon in October my IT band and hip hurt so much I couldn't run, couldn't walk up steps, couldn't train. It was sheer frustration! I recently took on the sport of running, but with it also came significant pain on the arch of my feet as well as my shins. What a great place to go to! I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ernesto Medina. I had been struggling to find the right Chiropractor. I went through 4 different ones before I finally met someone that could help me. The methods that Ernesto used were different then the rest of the Chiropractors that I worked with. He actually nailed down what was wrong with me as my other Chiropractors could not. He was able to put pieces together from my history and his assessments and worked out an awesome plan of recovery for me. I was astonished at how fast I healed.
