Ordering was easy, their online shop is user friendly. You can set up when to pick up. At your pick up date, you arrive at their store and the person goes to the back and gets your order. Easy peasy! The owners, a husband and wife team, were incredibly helpful. They showed me both strollers side by side, gave me honest and thoughtful feedback on the pros and cons, and helped me make the best decision for my needs. I ended up going with the Bugaboo and I am so glad I came in to see them both in person. This is a great little mom and pop shop where the owners genuinely care about their customers and take the time to make sure you leave with what is right for you. Absolutely unacceptable behavior especially towards a customer that just purchased a plant. Candidly I had strange encounters from the other younger men from the store asking me for my ethnicity right after I was inquiring about a plant (which they didn't seem to know). Perhaps curiosity at best but certainly not relevant. Besides the rudeness of the owner, the selection of plants are pretty good, there are lots of trendy plants for cheaper prices than you would get from other stores. However they're all cramped together so it's hard to really identify or see them individually.
