We decided to have in-n-out after the movies while I charged my car. We had about 25 mins to walk there get our food, eat and walk back which is doable at a normal in-n-out. This one was extremely packed inside and the drive through. We placed our orders, I got a cheeseburger with grilled onions and he got a double double with fries no changes. We waited to get a table and were able to get a small table to wait for our food. After about 15 mins of waiting, our food finally came out. My bf stood up to grab it and literally a random lady tried to sit down right away! The sit wasn't even cold yet and I was still sitting there! This lady didn't even apologize when asked to move. I was upset of how long it had taken and just the whole experience that I forgot to take pics of our order. The burgers looked fine and tasted whatever. It was sadly disappointing because they weren't as good as we expected them to be based on other location experiences. The fries were ok, we prefer them extra crisp but we didn't ask for that so they were more on the chewy. We ended up having barely enough time to walk to the car before idle fees started. Sadly, my bf did get sick to his stomach all night long after this... I will guess it might've been the onion since that's the only thing we had different. Let's just start with the name? It's all lies. In N Out is not quick little stop. This franchise is cheap and delicious, so have time on your hands it's going to be a long wait. My friends and I decided to go into the restaurant to eat. We only did this because we wanted to sit with each other and eat. LISTEN UP READERS! It doesn't matter if you're going into the restaurant or if your running the last of your gas,,, there is going to be a wait. No, you can't call in advance or order in advance. You just have to put up with the wait. When we walked in we already had a plan, one person orders, one person goes to the restroom and one person finds a table, then rotate. You have to be strategic sometimes. The restrooms were cleaned, the restaurant was clean as well. It does get a little nosey but not to loud, like you can still have a decent conversation. The food is always hot and when eating it, it actually tastes like real food. From the bun to the lettuce and tomato, crisp and fresh. I am always entertaining their "secret menu". My order is a grilled cheese with everything, include pickles and grilled onions, side... animal style fries (with 2 sauce packages) Thank me later. This location got it perfectly right. After my horrible experience at the Habit last time, I swore that I would go back to my favorite In-N-Out as soon as possible and I did. I got in the drive-through at approximately seven so there of course a very long line for dinner. But their employees in the parking lot are always so nice and friendly and they've got it down to a well oiled machine. I had a double cheeseburger, small fries and a vanilla shake, and I couldn't have been more content in my life. Unlike, its neighbors at Habit my burger was hot fresh and delicious, as were my fries and my shake not hot but delicious lol keep up the good work in and out. They did it again! :) Gotta love the consistency of In N Out. They always do it right. I don't think I've ever left In N Out feeling like they didn't provide quality food. The quality is always there. Service is on point every time I come here. They work like a well-oiled machine to get that drive-thru line to move so fast! Really great system them have setup. This location is perfect. It's in a shopping center with some other places. The line can wrap through the parking lot if need be. I'm always surprised at other locations when they don't have the space for the drive-thru line. This one has the space though. From the moment we entered, the workers are friendly by holding the door open for us. Veronica took our order and was diligent about making sure our order was correct. I would also like to give a huge shoutout to all the staff there, because there was someone rudely yelling at them and trying to make scene. I'm pretty sure they weren't even a customer, and they were blaming the employees for not helping immediately about their personal situation. The employees stayed very professional with this person, and they definitely talked to this person in a timely manner. They worked hard trying to keep the ambiance peaceful, when I'm sure what they really wanted to do was yell back. Operations continued in the midst of this, and we received our order. I was in the area for my wife's cousin's kid's birthday party and wasn't sure what I wanted, so we stopped at In-N-Out on S. Harbor Blvd. I went with a 3x3 hamburger, and having the patty mustard-fried gave it a little extra flavor. I also added grilled onions, but of course, no tomatoes or spread. Service is usually quick here whether you go inside or use the drive-thru. This time, my wife went in and picked up our food. We took it back to the car and ate while it was raining. The ambiance is what you would expect from any In-N-Out, decorated in red, white, and yellow throughout. There is plenty of parking, so that's not an issue. The fries were not bad and the burger was very so-so. This restaurant very hype up but it was just ok in my opinion. All in all, it was an ok experience but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. My hubby has gone the last three times through the drive-thru and they have not gotten his order correct? They have left out the pup patty. He called the manager and of course they were very sympathetic and sent him gift cards. But this last time they couldn't even get it correct in his order. And I found hairs in my french fries. This is just unacceptable this many times in a row all in the same couple months. By the way. We will never go back to this location again. I feel like if you're going to implement having two lines for the drive thru, you should either have someone directing guests which line to go to so that the merge into the one lane is seamless or have two order takers. It is always a free for all at this location where cars cut or switch over to the other lane causing cars behind your car to order first. I love this location, I used to eat here with friends and family whenever we went to the movies. They are always very busy, but the people working here are great, food gets out very quickly. There is a ton of parking nearby and they generally can keep the drive thru line organized and moving very quickly.
