After we landed, first stop was in n out!! We came in when it was super busy but we had to wait in line to order but the lines moved fast. After we ordered, we had to wait to find a table to sit but we didn't wait long. There is so much seating inside but you can also sit outside. They clean the tables once you get up. This location was clean and up to par. The food was amazing as always. I ordered my fries with no salt and it was still tasty. I ordered a cheeseburger with no onion. Everything came out fresh and hot. I will never get tired of eating in n out. In n out will always have a special place in my heart and I was happy I was able to eat one my of favorite meals out here. Fun fact: The first in n out was open in my city!! read more

This location is lacking vs the ones in Orange County. The last two times I went there, I found hair in my fries! Both times I found an eyelash in my fries. What are the chances of that? The lines here are ridiculous. Everyone is waiting in their cars to order and no one wants to get out of their cars. They blast the AC so high at this location! Make sure to bring a jacket/sweater. Second time at this location! First time was MY first time ever at an In-N-Out. Came back just so the hubby can try HIS first time too (I know there are other locations but ironically, this was on the way to where we were heading to). We both had cheeseburgers, but one regular and one animal style. We liked our burgers, it tasted nice and fresh. I actually liked his regular burger more than my animal style... maybe because it tasted fresher, with raw onions so crisp (in animal style, the onions are caramelized). We also shared some fries, which for crinkle were pretty good. We shared a Dr. Pepper just because that's the hub's fave soda. All in all, not a bad experience. We always have to have In-N-Out when we visit CA!! We tried to go to a couple other locations at the beginning of our trip but they were too busy. We finally made it in on the day we were flying back home right when they opened. One of the workers there was so friendly. I wish I grabbed his name. As his coworker was ringing us up, he quickly offered to grabbed the shirt we ordered for us and he gave my son a kids activity pack without us even asking. He was super attentive. If it helps, he was working the opening shift this morning at the front counter. On to the food. We each ordered burgers. There was a slight mistake of onions being in the wrong burger but we just took them out and put them in the right one. Everything tastes amazing a fresh. It was a rainy morning and we didn't know they offered free cocoa to kids on rainy days so my son got to enjoy that. Overall, this was a great location. Clean, and friendly staff. Line is always insane. Make sure to go in through CLUB DR. I turned too early into the complex and there is no other way to get into that line from anywhere else but CLUB. The line moves decently quick. They do a good job of pushing through. Went on Saturday around 4:30 and it took over 30 min in the drive thru. In n Out is always good but honestly, it was kind of soggy. This could be bc I live 10 min away? I don't know. But usually In N Out has the crisp edges on the bun and at least some crispy fries, but by the time I got home it was sogged up. Gotta try it again with less time in between receiving the order and eating it. Staff was very friendly and it's the closest In N Out to me so I will go again and be more prepared. read more

Two hours after the Chargers game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, (11/09/25) (9:40pm) I went to In-N-Out to grab some food. While crossing the parking lot, I saw a barefoot homeless man standing by the drive-through. I wondered if someone had already bought him food and he was waiting. I entered In-N-Out, ordered my food , and sat outside on the patio to eat. I noticed the homeless man was still there. I asked the drive-through employee if they could feed him something. The employee said they weren't sure and needed to ask the manager. I said I'd wait. While waiting, I approached the homeless man and asked if he was hungry. He replied, "Yes, ma'am." I asked what he would like to eat, and he answered simply, "A number one from the menu." I went back inside and asked the counter employee again if they would feed the homeless man outside. The employee said they would ask the manager. The manager replied that they don't do that there!! I offered to pay for the homeless man's meal in full and proceeded to do so, waiting to receive the food. I noticed a sign in In-N-Out that said, "Bring Hope to the Homeless." I was taken aback by this sign, given that a meal wasn't offered to a homeless man outside on the premises when I asked to help feed him! It felt inconsistent with the message. What kind of hope does In-N-Out plan on bringing if you can't feed a homeless man standing outside your door? This experience left me angry, upset, frustrated with the inconsistency between the advertisement and not offering a meal to the homeless man! Homeless need to eat food, not HOPE! In-N-Out needs to change your policies to feeding a homeless man when standing outside their door! I am absolutely disgusted by In-N-Out! It was my first visiting Los Angeles and an In-N-Out, the place was packed! I got the #2, cheeseburger fries and drink. It's the first place I've gone where they only have one size fry. Whatever they use to season the fries is on point, no ketchup required. Honestly, the burger taste like any other burger to me that's real meat. My friend got a milkshake and she said it was good but taste like what a real milkshake should taste like. The fries were almost like potato chips in texture which wasn't quite my style. I've heard recommendations to ask them to double fry them, but I am concerned that they will be even crispier. I also had a pink lemonade that tasted very strongly of sugar alternatives. It is so convenient to SoFi Stadium where you will usually find me once a month for some concert or event, and even more frequent during football season. Go Rams!!! It's right outside the stadium, so be warned that after events the lines will get even longer than usual for an In-N-Out. And lines are notoriously long at this iconic fast food spot. In my very humble opinion, In-N-Out is one of the best deals in the city. My friend and I got two cheeseburgers and a chocolate shake last night for $11. I feel like I stole something! Legit, that's the price of a meal from McDonald's and the cheeseburger is better. That may be a popular opinion but it's mine! :P This location always has excellent staff, so on top of everything and still cheerful at midnight taking order after order. Props to these hustlers! Came here for late night eats after a concert, so I'm glad they open late. It was open, cheap, and I figured i knew what to expect . They were really busy so there was a bit of a wait. I got a shake, animal style fries, and two burgers . Unfortunately they got a few things wrong for everything I ordered. I asked for double lettuce and there was barely any plus my burger was kind of smashed. My animal style fries had the sauce and cheese almost off the fries, completely skewed to one side like no care was placed on assembly. The fries tasted stale, worse than usual and my expectations for in n out fries are pretty low. . Lastly, shake was melted.... I asked the staff about it and they agreed it was weird and re-made it but it was exactly the same. I guess their machine wasn't working and and they didn't want to do anything about it, so they were serving everyone melted shakes, bummer.
