Affordable. Delicious. Fries A+ Burgers A (be mindful of the sauce-I have picky kids). Had bacon on ours and it was crispy and delicious. Hot dog - mid- It's a hot dog. Got a plain one. Wish we would have tried the chili one. But still give it an A. Tried the March mint Oreo shake and vanilla Oreo shake. Vanilla got a 4 from the kids and the mint got a 5 from them. Cons: Outside seating is dirty. Inside seating is loud AF. Tiny parking lot immediate after a traffic light. Would still definitely come back and recommend

    Best Burger On "The Menu"

The burger I had here was much better than the one I had at the Malibu location! I ordered the Best Burger on "The Menu" and it was pretty good! What I liked about it were the beef patties which were meaty, juicy, and nicely charred. It also married well with the other components such Irv's sauce and the toasted sesame bun. I also liked how the pickles were a perfect compliment and weren't too overpowering. An overall solid and delicious burger! Fries were also great and nicely crispy. They have a parking lot and both indoor and outdoor seating. A great spot for a casual lunch!

My favorite burger place in LA everything is always a 10/10 and the food is ALWAYS fresh. Their fries are amazing and you have to get the Irv's sauce.

Irv's is great. It is nicely located in mid-Wilshire. Parking is easy. The food is great. This is semi fast food. They have great burgers and we love their hot dogs. They have a cool preview menu before you walk in. You order at the counter. The place is always super clean and it is cute. It is not huge but you can get there or have take away. I bet they also have a delivery service. The service is just so nice and I love the menu. We also love all the sandwiches, my favorite being the tuna melt. They also have great patty melts and pastrami which is very tasty. Their onion rings and tater tots are ever so good. There is nothing not to like at this cute place. Have fun.

Food came out quick, it was good. Awesome spot to stop if you're in the area. My burger was delicious, tasted fresh.

    Irv's Original Roadside Burger (Combo)!

LET ME TELL YOU: THIS PLACE SLAPS! If you're in the fence, I promise you. The burgers are REALLY burgers. Absolutely delicious ! The staff are beyond kind! Every time!!!!! Although I have always had food that was 10/10, every time the black chef cooks, it tastes better. That man can COOK! Def go check it out ! Great deals on Uber Eats. WORTH IT!!!

    5 rings for $6

This was my first visit to Irv's after passing by a few times on my way toe Fairfax and finally giving in to a pastrami-on-rye craving. While the staff was genuinely friendly--especially the cashier, who handled a mix-up with professionalism--the food itself was average. The pastrami was decent, but drowned in sweet mustard, which threw off the balance. Fries were underwhelming with a strange floury crust, and the onion rings (which I had to remind them about) were a letdown--$6 for five rings screams shrinkflation. The spot has a typical roadside burger stand vibe. I ordered inside and dined there. Props to the cashier again for comping the fries after the mix-up. I'll probably come back to try a burger and shake with my daughter, but at $24 for a pastrami combo, the value just wasn't there.

Their Turkey burger exceeds the hype. I had a double double on rye bread. Insanely delicious. Love the Irv's sauce.

This is my first time eating at Irv's. My catalyst for coming here has been the social media hype on Irv's having the best Turkey burger in LA and that they are taking it off the menu Usually on Sunday nights we do a veggie burger or a turkey burger at another LA spot. But tonight we rolled to Irv's for pick up My wife opted for a single turkey burger with cheese lettuce wrap style and I had mine double Turkey with double cheese, extra sauce and extra hatch chiles on rye bread It was love at first BITE!!! The addition of hatch chiles is genius. The burger was juicy and the Irv's sauce balances it all. ( I could put this sauce on everything) We are in love. This is our new go to as long as it is still on the menu. Why would they ever even think to retire such a popular, incredible sandwich? Unless it was a publicity stunt- in which case, it was genius Don't just go to Irv's- RUN before it may be too late!

Had their smash burger and oreo shake. Def worth the visit. Perhaps one of the best milkshakes i've had, with the perfect amount of oreos. Burger was juicy. Service was quick, with both indoor and outdoor dining.

From the reviews I read on this place and seeing the menu filled with things I enjoy heavily, I was super intrigued to try it. Although the location is in a weird place with no freeway close by, its worth the drive and there is ample parking in the parking lot. I tried the bacon burger, fries, and a bit of the chili dog and I can say everything was wonderful and I'm always looking for opportunities to go back.

IRV's Roadside BURGER was very tasty. I will admit, this is the most expensive meal for two people I have ever purchased from a burger joint. I guess it was worth it because that meal was very unique. Service was friendly and helpful. The look of the place is very eye catching in my opinion. It certainly reminded me of a burger scene from a movie. I would come back here again.

Honestly not the type of person to seek out a burger BUT IRVS BURGERS CHANGED THE GAME FOR ME I typically drove past this spot but decided to come in for lunch once and it blew me away. It wasn't too busy which was nice and even if it was there was ample seating for a quick burger stop. The burgers were so juicy and flavorful. Everything about the ingredients was necessary and complimented so well. I really couldn't imagine how much better this burger could get. We also split some chili cheese fries and it was such a great addition to the meal. I implore the next driver to stop by this spot and give these burgers a chance. You will not leave disappointed (I hope)

Jackson market as a whole in terms of ambiance, variety, taste definitely overtakes bay cities but if you're just talking about comparing food quality sand which to sand which it will be a tough TIE (it's not less) than bay cities. Bay cities is loaded and so is Jackson but bay cities is a little more juicier where the inside sandwich ingredients shine more and you can definitely taste each of the ingredients eg banana peppers meats deli cheese etc. Jackson market's Italian sub had harder bread but I could see like some would argue it's more balanced. It definitely is a little less juicy and even though there were complimentary banana peppers I hardly tasted it at all as it was sprinkled far and few. If you paid for an added topping eg. Jalepenos they were definitely generous with it. Tip: DO NOT get the French baguette toasted as it'll be too hard. The market is fun because it also offers wine selections ($20-$60), not a fun cheese selection like bay cities, pasta salad, bomb tiramisu, has an entire PIZZA OVEN in the back, fun canned drinks including GUAYABA (an aloe tasting like drink), pastries, and chips/snacks. Ambiance - the patio in the back is spacious and big. They don't allow you to bring a computer to work there and the WiFi and service is pretty bad there. Parking - street parking along residential homes 2 subs ($14.99/each), 2 drinks, 1 large chip ($4.95) came out to be around $44. Overall an amazing find. The 10/10 would come back & especially try the pizza. Revolutionary in food taste ? Probably not but revolutionary in enjoyability and spot find? 1000%. Happy munching !

Sometimes falafel is too dang dry, and they really got it right. The hummus was phenomenal. I'm really such a sucker for a good, quality hummus and it was so creamy and the oil they topped it with was wonderful too. This location on Wilshire Blvd in Koreatown is the smallest of the three I've visited, with under 10 seats available. It's a compact shop, and most customers opt for takeout. It's a narrow shop, and most customers take their orders to-go. I've previously enjoyed the La Paradiso and La Toscana, with the La Paradiso being my personal favorite. For our first visit with our son, we asked the staff for recommendations, and they suggested either the Venice Beach (Turkey) or the New Yorker (Roast Beef). The staff was incredibly generous, offering a roast beef sample, which our son loved! We also appreciated them providing ice and straws for our water. We ordered the New Yorker ($19.00) with roast beef, porcini cream, tomato, and arugula. The sandwich was thoughtfully cut in half, perfect for sharing. The schiacciata bread boasts a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior, which beautifully complements the meats and cheeses. We opted to substitute the porcini cream for mozzarella, which was sliced into perfect bite-sized pieces and tasted incredibly fresh. The roast beef was thinly sliced and tender, the tomatoes were fresh and sliced to perfection, and the arugula added a delightful peppery crunch. It's a well-balanced sandwich and one of the best in LA. We would definitely order it again. A big thank you to the female staff member who expertly cut the meat and offered samples, assisting us in making the perfect choice for my son's sandwich. This experience was truly a positive one for our family. I would definitely return to AAV for the excellent food and service.
