A staple in Inglewood - never dissapoints! I've been coming to this location for almost 3 years and the quality plus customer service has never failed. The menu is short and sweet. There is no seating. There is a window you can order at in person or go through the drive thru. The location does make the drive thru area short but staff does a good job of taking orders quickly to keep the traffic flow going. To me, the real star of the show is that BUN!!! They better keep where they source their buns a secret, I truly think it's what sets them apart and makes the burger taste that much yummier. I got the double classic and the chicken, and I preferred the classic. The burger shines the most when you get a bite of everything - sauce, bun, onion, patty, cheese... yum! BTW - "Make it Spicy" means adding their house made Apricot Thunder sauce to the bun. I thought it'd be a spicy seasoned filet. If you're wondering about the Apricot Thunder sauce. It's akin to Thai sweet chili sauce, but a bit more sweet and more muted/not as tangy. Got a nice spice to it! Pricing is pretty good for what you get, though I do think charging $1 per sauce is a bit steep. I enjoyed their fries, I just wish they gave more but I'm a fat ass when it comes to my fries though. Most places that you go to, give you a free cup of water, OR, if they have water as an option in the "combo" they give you a bottle of water. The guy told me my total and I thought I heard him say like $15.18 or something like that. When I got my food and got my receipt, it was $18.17. I read the receipt and the dude rang me up for a "combo" with water as the drink. If you are going to charge me a combo, I would have got a soda. In my mind, I was ordering an a la carte burger and onion rings and wanting a "free" cup of water. Anyways....their combo pricing isn't even any value, it actually costs $.02 cents more. If you add a la carte double burger ($8.49), onion rings ($4.99) and a soda ($2.99) it comes to $16.47 before tax. On my receipt, the "combo" was $16.49 before tax. Its $.02 cents, big whoop right ? But why is it still more than a la carte pricing? Anyways......If you order a cup of water, make sure they don't "combo" it. Overall, glad I went. I think the badly designed parking lot deters a lot of people from trying this hidden gem. Walking up you're greeted with a wrap around line formation to place your order.
