Time for an update! If there's one thing about In and Out, it's consistency. Sure, there are little changes (except for pricing, that's a BIG change), but the food is always as I expect it to be. This location is still crazy busy at times, both inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. In fact, this is one location going in to order because the drive-thru is so backed up, usually doesn't help. Even at 9 pm, it's busy, with a lot of kids in sports uniforms having dinner. Still, the employees here handle it well and are as efficient as possible. One change I appreciate is that they got rid of those touchless drink dispensers. They didn't work very well. I like pushing in a level when filling my drink; it seems like you have more control. I joke about prices skyrocketing, but if you're two people get two burgers, one in a meal, and don't mind sharing a drink, you can still get out of there for under $20. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at In-N-Out. Not only did they get our order wrong, but we also had to wait an extremely long time to receive our food. After waiting much longer than expected, we discovered that several items in our order were incorrect, which made the experience even more frustrating. (45 minute wait) The staff eventually corrected the mistake, but by then we had already spent far too much time waiting. In-N-Out is usually known for good service and accuracy, so this visit was a letdown. I understand mistakes happen, but the combination of a long wait and an incorrect order made for a poor customer experience. I love In-N-Out and come to this location pretty often. Luckily, on New Year's day, this location was pretty slow due to the holiday. We were craving a burger and knew this place would satisfy our tummies. All the staff here are pretty chill, especially outside in the drive-thru line. Impressive, because this location gets really busy. They are patient and pretty efficient so you go through the wait pretty quick. Be careful though, the line can get backed up and people get all flustered. Inside the dning area, it is pretty clean and staff makes sure to keep it clean and stocked well for everyone. There is plenty of seating but on busy days it can get packed. Luckily, there are tables outside to sit and enjoy your food. I highly recommend to either get here early, go through the drive thru, or park closer to the bank in the same plaza and walk into the burger joint. read more

We came here on a rainy weekday, and our kids got free hot cocoa with marshmallows. They loved it! They also received their little activity sheet to keep them busy until the food came. We ordered the Flying Dutchman's with grilled onions, hamburgers, and fries well-done. We made one of the fries animal-style. The whole ordering process was a breeze; the food came out on time, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got a seat as soon as we ordered, and the food was great! I love the toasted buns on the burger. And a shout-out to the cleaning staff: she checked in on us as we enjoyed our meal, asked if we needed anything, promptly took our trays, and helped us clean our table when we finished. This is the first In-N-Out I've been to that had someone actively wiping down tables and when we sat down he asked what our number was (as well as tables around us) and brought us our food! Thanks Ethan! I don't mind standing there and getting my food, but it was super unexpected and nice of him to bring everyone's food to them. He also memorized everyone's number after hearing it once. When ordering the machine didn't work and the girl had to put my order in again on the computer terminal next to hers which was a little annoying, but oh well. It wasn't super busy so it was okay. Our food came pretty quickly and it was fresh and hot like In-N-Out is known for. The kids loved their grilled cheeses, fries and the Neapolitan shake we shared. read more

What is there to say about In N Out besides that it's delicious? I came around 3pm and there was no line and was able to grab 2 tables side by side for my party of 6. They were calling for order number 6 and I was order number 18 but it didn't take too long for my food to come out. I didn't know but you can turn your drink into a float for an extra dollar! The bathrooms are clean. There were 2 stalls in the women's bathroom and there was a trashcan next to the door to throw out the paper towel after opening the door with it which is a little detail that I really appreciate as a germophobe. read more

Very low quality in n out. This location is tough to access to too being right off of a freeway... lines can get close to 30-40min. They mess up orders half the time, maybe they are hiring newbies? Not sure. I would recommend NEXX Burger, no wait times, larger menu, THEY HAVE RANCH AND CHICKEN TENDERS!!! Oh and Nexx burger fries are so much better. In n out lost me as a customer once I found Nexx burger nearby.... Ambiance is like an other in n out, busy as hell, the worst part is this one is directly next to a chick fil a which also experiences crazy traffic's during peak times, not a bad restaurant obvi it's a burger and fries but this location makes it so hard to justify cheap prices and absurd wait times! The drive thru line is always so long regardless of what time it is- - but so are the rest of any In-N-Out burger :D Staff are always courteous, friendly, and nice. This location always makes their burger the right way. One thing I did notice though, the patties are smaller, thinner, and not as juicy as it was back then. read more

Weak team tonight. Not very busy at all but I waited 10 minutes anyway and probably burned up almost a gallon of gas in idle. First window wasn't being utilized, Two guys at the second window. The guy who took my payment walked away from my food that was placed ready to go while I was paying. The guy filling up the drinks wasn't able to multi task And was aware of my food sitting there getting cold and aware of my irritation but did nothing to better the situation. The food was excellent and of great quality, but the reason why it deserves two stars today is because I ordered a burger with only two ingredients on it and they got it incorrect. Not a big deal, but then the cashier thought it would be a good idea to place all of my food items in seven different boxes. It was very awkward and I won't be returning to this location. We like in-n-out because their grilled cheese is on point- i usually get mine with extra lettuce, animal style with raw onions - and add pickles and chili-- I sometimes splurge my calorie with animal fries!! I've come a few times and always through the drive through. The service taking your order is always helpful and keeps the line moving. I am not a fan of their French fries. Their burgers are tasty but messy - keep napkins on hand. You can substitute items for no extra charge. Decent pricing. I like my burger protein style. read more

This in-n-out is the worst. I just moved to the area and the 3 visits I've made my orders have been incorrect. I've orders a plain hamburger from them and when received there's onions or grilled onions on the burgers. The reason for the 5 stars is because of one employee, and that was and is Savanah. She met us with a smile and perfectly helped place our order and repeated order amazingly. The over all starting to our experience was pleasant but then we sat down and watched the symphony of misdirected people wandering into each others work space left and right. I'm a Chef, and I understand kitchens that are choreographed and executed perfect....this was not it. The only perfect thing about this was 9:55pm when we finally got our food. Stopped in at about 5 o'clock. It was NOT busy, but it took 15 minutes to get my food. 10 of which I stood there and watched as my bag of burgers sat on the counter in a bag while my two orders of animal fries were not managing to get married. Two orders AFTER mine were doled out before mine, so it's not as though the whole system bogged down, just the ability to get me what I paid for... actually that's not quite true, I paid for hot and fresh burgers which I never got. When they FINALLY called my number and I said something about how long the burgers just sat there, SIX people just stared at me and said NOTHING. I said it again and basically got the proverbial "oh well" shrug. Not even a curt apology. No one else in my family will even come to this In and Out anymore; they drive much further to the Anaheim Hills location even though we live much closer to this one and some even work within walking distance. Now I know why. I'll drive further next time as well. read more

Used to be very good but lately it's become hit or miss, tonight was not the best, no napkins anywhere, & the food was not good at all, we ordered a fry light animal style & we are pretty sure they didn't even cook the fries, the young man making the fries was talking to his friend not even paying attention to the fries he was making & made them very sloppy.
