Went in to order a sandwich. They had a largebanner with a deal. A regular #2 sandwich with chips and a drink. So it was my turn to order and I stepped up to order the special. When I went to pay the girl who made my sandwich and rang me up said they're no longer doing that special. I said well it's advertised right there and she said sorry I can't honor it. She said the deal would be back in April. What? You cannot honor the promotion you're promoting? It's not a big deal but they should honor things if they're advertising them. I'm writing to complement your staff as well as find out a potential opportunity to improve the Online Ordering process. I spent an order for 25 sandwiches. It was a mixed variety of eight different ones although I didn't make any changes to the standard components. Your staff did an excellent job of putting all these sandwiches together and did this in the midst of a very busy and constant line of customers inside the store. It was actually quite amazing that they were able to keep everything moving with so many orders. My suggestion regarding the Online Ordering is that your system make an allowance for the number of sandwiches ordered in setting the pick up time. The pick up time was set 15 minutes after the ordering time which honestly is not realistic, and if you somehow track that it might make it look like the staff for not actually completing the order timely so my suggestion is perhaps that the system adjust the pick up time based on the side of the order. This would allow some more flexibility for your in health staff and also allow customers a realistic pick up time rather than showing up at the designated pick up time only to wait because the system created in nearly impossible pick up time. In conclusion, again compliments to your area, friendly, and extremely hard-working staff. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their ability to create so many sandwiches and such a short amount of time even in the midst of all the walk-in customers. read more

Parking is easy in Tuskatella Center, and your order is ready at the exact specified time. Only drawback is the pricing for the portions. I started trying out Jersey Mike's and liking their sandwiches. The Mini size is perfect for me. I don't eat a lot so it's the perfect portion. My go-to is the Italian - it's nicely loaded with everything so it's very filling for me. I usually order from the app to save time. The only complaint I have for this specific location is they don't have a pick-up area for app/online orders. I hope they don't expect us to stand in line just to pick up our preordered food! I had to seek out staff in the back to ask for pickup, which felt kinda awkward. But there was a long line of customers ordering so I didn't want to deal with that, as that would've defeated the purpose of app ordering. read more

Love Jersey Mike's! This location is great! All the workers are so friendly and helpful whilst providing speedy service. Their turkey subs are our favorite! Inside is nice and cozy with lots of seating available plus there's a courtyard if you want to eat outside I. The nice California weather. The crew working this morning was so nice and amazing. I was having a day and placed my order at the wrong location. When I called to cancel they were so nice to help. Even though my order could not get cancelled I still was able to go get my order. When I arrived I was greeted with tv smiling faces. My order was ready and the manager was extra friendly. While the workers are very friendly, they work on too many sandwiches at once, resulting in a backed up line that won't move and no matter how near the counter you are - you won't know how close you are to ordering. When you have eating restrictions, watching them take three orders behind yours, and several call in orders and then they can't remember which one is yours? Real cool. Good job Jersey Mike's. I prefer the freshness of the food from Jersey Mike's to that of Subway, but I prefer how Subway handles making a sandwich. This is really more of a 2.5 stars, but I rounded up because the sandwiches are always good here and our order is always correct. The service at this location is unbearably slow. If you order online for pick up your sandwich will not be ready until 30 minutes after the promised time. (Today it was actually closer to 45 min after the promised order ready time!) It happens every time I order, so it wasn't just a fluke. It is a somewhat busy location, especially at lunch, but the pace of the employees is also just really, really slow. And they're not especially friendly here. So plan ahead. read more

Last 3 visits I've left unsatisfied. The wait times have gotten out of control which is why I dislike coming here. But the Mister was hungry and wanted a chipotle cheesesteak. Next time be can visit the JM by his office in South Bay. Last 3 visits my sandwiches were incorrect. This recent visit both of my sandwiches were in correct. One of which was incorrect twice. There is a old saying "too many cooks in the kitchen" Someone takes your order, starts slicing the meat and cheese then passes it to the next person. Then it goes to The cashier. The person slicing is usually working on more than one sandwich. This is how mistakes are made. Hot sandwiches are sent to another counter so you can't see what they are doing. I really do like Jersey Mikes. They do execute one of the better sandwiches and have a good reward system. The Philly is so good. The Italian Mikes Way as cold sub is super yummy too. However I think I will avoid this place during rush hours or perhaps order online. So yea, service needs improvement but the food is good. read more

My complaint is about the service. My wife went in today around 3:50 to get me a tuna sandwich and the Gentleman assisting her was very rude. My wife wanted to add a few ingredients and every time she added one, he attempted to close the sandwich and try and close out her order. She kept having to say that she wasn't done and wanted to add more things. Finally towards the end with her last request , he made the comment of saying " well, that's extra" 1) no need for the attitude dude 2) we know it extra 3) are we not allowed to customize a sandwich to how we want it? My husband and daughter went there today to get some sandwiches . It was their first time and it will be the last time! They were treated very rude by a very rude female employee. You do not slam a your pen and go into a fussy if someone adds another sandwich! I would think you would be happy that you are making more money!
