I'm writing to complement your staff as well as find out a potential opportunity to improve the Online Ordering process. I spent an order for 25 sandwiches. It was a mixed variety of eight different ones although I didn't make any changes to the standard components. Your staff did an excellent job of putting all these sandwiches together and did this in the midst of a very busy and constant line of customers inside the store. It was actually quite amazing that they were able to keep everything moving with so many orders. My suggestion regarding the Online Ordering is that your system make an allowance for the number of sandwiches ordered in setting the pick up time. The pick up time was set 15 minutes after the ordering time which honestly is not realistic, and if you somehow track that it might make it look like the staff for not actually completing the order timely so my suggestion is perhaps that the system adjust the pick up time based on the side of the order. This would allow some more flexibility for your in health staff and also allow customers a realistic pick up time rather than showing up at the designated pick up time only to wait because the system created in nearly impossible pick up time. In conclusion, again compliments to your area, friendly, and extremely hard-working staff. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their ability to create so many sandwiches and such a short amount of time even in the midst of all the walk-in customers. read more

I started trying out Jersey Mike's and liking their sandwiches. The Mini size is perfect for me. I don't eat a lot so it's the perfect portion. My go-to is the Italian - it's nicely loaded with everything so it's very filling for me. I usually order from the app to save time. The only complaint I have for this specific location is they don't have a pick-up area for app/online orders. I hope they don't expect us to stand in line just to pick up our preordered food! I had to seek out staff in the back to ask for pickup, which felt kinda awkward. The crew working this morning was so nice and amazing. I was having a day and placed my order at the wrong location. When I called to cancel they were so nice to help. This is really more of a 2.5 stars, but I rounded up because the sandwiches are always good here and our order is always correct. The service at this location is unbearably slow. If you order online for pick up your sandwich will not be ready until 30 minutes after the promised time. (Today it was actually closer to 45 min after the promised order ready time!) It happens every time I order, so it wasn't just a fluke. It is a somewhat busy location, especially at lunch, but the pace of the employees is also just really, really slow. My complaint is about the service. My wife went in today around 3:50 to get me a tuna sandwich and the Gentleman assisting her was very rude.
