Came in on a Tuesday night. Great customer service, was quick and attentive. Interior was clean and all the ingredients looked fresh.

For the worker there all by themselves who made my Italian herb and cheddar sandwich thank you for putting the perfect amount of condiments tonight around 10:30ish. Usually people pour heavy and I asked for 1 stripe of each, just ate the sandwich and it was the perfect amount. I know overnight shift sucks and I love that this location is open 24 hours, very convenient if work schedule is weird and I am tired. Went in around noon today, ordered a chicken and bacon (my go to) As the lady behind the counter is making my sandwich she puts the grilled chicken which I don't like. I ask her to put the other type of chicken that normally comes with it. She said it's always been made this way. I'm a person that comes here often and I've never had this happen before but one other time, by the same person that's prepping it today. I've been coming to this Subway since like October 2020 because it's the closest one and I have yet to have a bad experience. For walk-in, there's hardly ever a wait when there's a line. The employees here and quick, friendly and attentive. Whenever I place an order for pick-up it's already ready on time. Ingredients are always fresh too (I used to work at a Subway and I know that fresh veggies is always a must). Also, the bread has always been fresh and soft, even when toasted. Some Subway's bread end up feeling hard or stale when it's not baked/proofed correctly. I have noticed that they are almost always out of cookies, but it could be because of the time of day I go (mid-afternoon). But! Their cookies are also good, as in not old and stale. There are 2 yelps for this same location FYI. This one is most recent. This location is open 24 hours unlike Its other locations. I live locally and the state College area isn't the prettiest there are a lot of transients. With that said there's well lit parking & security within the plaza. I've been here multiple times my husband normally goes in & orders for us at night time when he's off of work. He said it's a student-based work group, friendly and quick. Our food is always fresh I never have any tummy aches unlike other locations and I'm always satisfied. On a sidenote they never run out of my favorite chips and there's soda is always the perfect mixture of carbonation & syrup. Today is the first time I entered this location in the afternoon. It was pretty busy with about six groups of people ahead of me but these girls were multitasking like no other! Sending our takeout orders pick up orders and helping us very quickly all while being friendly which is very rare. Did I mention they had a great sense of urgency? Went to this location on 3-16-18 around 6:45pm. Everytime I come into this location, the employees seem like they hate their job. I never feel welcome Everytime I come to this subway. Only reason why I go to this subway is, it's walking distance from my job. The older lady was nice who was at the register but the other young ones just seem like they hated life.
