But now this one is even closer but they do open at 6am instead of 5am like the other location. I was craving a bagel and saw on the Too Good to Go App was this location! I had to try it! Such a great deal for the end of the day bagels! Had to get some fresh whipped cream cheese! Loved how they have flavors; got their chives and lox cream cheese. Love this place! Great bagels. Bagels in the morning, nothing could go wrong :) Got a poppy seed bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a sesame seed bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. The poppyseed was okay, wish there was more cream cheese and that the bagel was warmer. It was pretty cold to the touch after I had asked for it to be toasted :( The sesame sandwich was really good! This place is so good ! I customized my bagel to be an avocado toast . I used the works bread and jalepeno spread . The lemon pepper on top of my avocado tasted amazing . It was basically a party in my mouth with all the amazing flavors . It was toasted and so warm . The chai latte was perfect with great flavor . I am very picky but this place met my standards . The employees were nice and helpful. Very attentive . It's a brand new place and they already have regulars coming in just in the 20 mins I was there . Parking 5/5 - plenty of parking as they are located in a strip mall. Service 3/5 - There were 3 employees working and only 2 customers in front of us when we arrived. It took about 15 minutes to get 4 bagels that didn't have cream cheese and were not toasted. I don't understand the process of writing the order on post its versus just bagging them right away. Food 4/5 - The freshness is inconsistent. The first time I went, the bagels were great! This second time they seemed a little stale. While the variety of flavors is nice, I couldn't really taste the difference between some of them. For example the sun dried tomato ones taste like the plain ones. Tip - Save yourself money by just buying the bagels and getting your own cream cheese. Cuts the cost in half. read more

I drove 25 minutes home only to realize they still got my order wrong. It's extremely frustrating to trust that your order was checked, especially after asking twice, and then have to deal with the inconvenience once you're already home. They're currently in a soft opening, so they're still fine-tuning a few things, but the space is very clean and organized, and the staff is extremely friendly. This worked out because it was right up the street from where my hotel was at. It's located in a strip mall with lots of parking. The place is very clean upon walking in. They had a lot of bagels to choose from. Some I've never even heard of before. I ended up ordering the works bagel and chive cream cheese. It did take a bit for the lady to make this. I was looking at their toaster set up and I think this may slow them down in the long run. The lady had to keep opening up the toaster to check if the bagels were toasted, which then caused a small backup of customers. This was probably one of the best bagels I've had. The bagel was very flavorful and soft (not dense like some other places can be). There was also a nice sized portion of cream cheese dolloped on the bagel which was nice. No skimping here! As a New York native myself, I am so glad I found this place. Garden Grove has been needing a real, authentic bagel shop -- and this is it! These are true New York-style bagels, boiled and baked fresh every morning, with that perfect chew on the inside and golden crisp on the outside. You can literally smell the freshness the moment you walk in. I ordered a sesame bagel with tuna, but they had every flavor of bagel under the sun (including some unicorns I have never seen before). The bagel texture was spot on -- not bready, not cakey, but that classic NYC bite you cannot fake. The tuna was perfect (with finely minced celery and carrots just how I like it).
