This is for the new drive through line system. It's unfair , and not right. The other night me and this other car were the next two in line, we waited about three minutes, THEN two cars pull up in the lane to the right next us and they BOTH cut us...I don't see how this fair lmfaooo, but also I don't see a solution to this, oh well lol. It had been a couple years since I had in n out. I was running some work errands around 10 am and noticed it was not busy. I stopped in and ordered a cheeseburger, grilled onions, sub the sauce for ketchup and mustard, and an order of cheese fries well done. Everything came out great. I miss their burgers when I visit the mainland US because they don't exist in Hawaii where I live. When you enter the store, you will feel a nostalgic atmosphere, reminiscent of the good old days of the 1950s. The restaurant staff wear unique uniforms and take orders, and the kitchen staff are friendly and provide excellent service. In-N-Out down the street from Disneyland...YES PLEASE and THANK YOU! Before heading into the parks the other night to watch the parade and fireworks, we decided to grab In-N-Out for dinner. Yes, we could've had dinner at Disneyland, but when you're always there, a change up is sometimes much needed. Much like every other in-N-Out, this location serves up delicious burgers, with a super friendly staff. Plus, this location is probably one of the cleanest I've seen. You can almost never go wrong with a nice and juicy cheeseburger at In-N-Out. It's always fresh and satisfying. I usually order protein style (no buns) and get my fries extra well done. 8/10 times they do make it extra crispy. My only complaint is that sometimes when I ask for a box with no lid to go, they'd end up giving me an extra lid for some reason. I can't give it back because it's already gotten some oil on it and I know that if I give it back, they would just throw it in the trash. It is such a waste. I have no choice but to take it with me so I can recycle when I get home. Never use the drive-thru unless you plan on waiting for hours. Ordering inside is way quicker. read more

Beware. Someone working here seems to be over salting the food on purpose when they're annoyed with the order. The whole grilled onions are so burnt. Theres a layer of EXTRA salt on the burger and on top of the cheese? Regardless of the location, I have found In-N-Out delivers consistently good food, clean dining area and facilities, with fast and uber-friendly service. This location and my experience there today were no exception! I generally wouldn't leave a review for In-N-Out, but today I'd like to share with the Community how In-N-Out went over and above to show appreciation for Service Members today by offering a free meal to those who served or are serving our Country in the military. Having served in the United States Marine Corps, I was able to enjoy a good ol' Double-Double meal this afternoon...on the house. I was unsure if this place was even open because it didn't pop up on Apple Maps but my Uber driver said that it's only been open for one month, so thankfully it was a real place haha. Had to write this review as soon as i got in the car because this In-n-out experience was just different in the best way possible! Same great tasting burger, but the staff here is sooooo awesome. Gabe! Gabe! Gabe! Oh my gosh I've never seen or experienced such a positive forward In-n-out employee in my life. He would go around inside and outside to check up on customers and help out other employees with cleaning up tables all will a contagiously happy attitude. Didn't think I'd ever see someone go above and beyond like he does! I told him that i wish there was more people like him in the world. My sister, mom and I took family that lives outside of California to In and out. For my second cousins they have never experienced In and Out burgers. They are all boys under the age of 20. I think they may have enjoyed themselves a little too much. In and out always has the same burger taste, however they definitely seemed a lot fuller at this location. My second cousins talk to a worker named Diego who is 17 and they absolutely enjoyed talking too him. That guy is amazing, because he doesn't have to entertain my cousins, but he did somehow. haha. Just stopped by this in and out and overall enjoyed my experience. Burgers and fries, just as I ordered. Great customer service here as well. I do just want to take off one star because there was an aggressive vagrant outside which made me nervous to walk by, don't know how much control in n out had over that person. Then another vagrant came inside the in n out and was rummaging through the trash and they didn't say anything. The smell was off putting but I did feel bad for the person. You literally can never go wrong with visiting In-N-Out, EVER. Was at Honda Center for a show and this sounded like a great idea instead of paying for overpriced food at the arena. First things first, got my usual 3x3 Animal Style and Protein Style. Same usual In-N-Out quality as expected. This review is notable for one reason. It is the first time I tried the fries light well. Usually do them well done, but JUST found out you can do them light well. Honestly, this might be the move going forward! Adds the right amount of crisp to the fries, but not insanely crispy that well done can get. Staff here are friendly, which is consistent with pretty much any In-N-Out I have visited. Only issue I have is that this location appears to be EXTREMELY popular, given the massive drive-thru line I have seen on a few occasions now. Thankfully, there is plenty of parking here. read more

I wish I had a picture to show the greatness of in-and-out. We waited 30+ minutes on a weekend after 9PM in the drive-thru. Definitely DO NOT recommend. It's so much faster if you get out of the car and order in person. But it's worthy of the wait. In and Out is a hit or miss depending on *how* you order. So here's my favorite way to order for all you newbies: Order: Double-Double Buns toasted Extra extra lettuce (x3) Extra extra tomatos (x3) ON THE SIDE Extra grilled chopped onions Spread on the side (you'll need like 4-5 packets for sauce coverage in each bite) -spicy peppers ON THE SIDE You'll thank me later. You don't want your in and out burger animal style like how most ppl order...dripping and messy. It's all over the place. By ordering sauce on the side, your bun stays nice and crisp and you can control the amount of sauce you want. I don't like the animal style fries. It usually tastes super crispy, burnt and also soggy parts. It looks gross too. I like to order it LIGHT FRY so the color of the fries are like slightly white but still crispy. I waited about 5 minutes for my food, which may have been the quickest I ever received food at an In-N-Out location. I had a Double Double, well done fries, and a Neapolitan shake. For some reason, during this visit the food tasted different. It was still good, just not as amazing as the last time I had In-N-Out. Employee Alyssa allows customers to be cut. We frequent this in n out a lot because it's on the way home. I've never had a problem with this location until today. The brunette worker Alyssa allowed a car to cut us! Previous in n out employees keep track of who comes first in line and go by order or arrival. The fairest way. However, Alyssa did not. I even rolled down my window ready for her to take my order. Instead she took the order of the car who arrived after me! After a long day I don't mind waiting for a good burger.
