    Burnt onion

Beware. Someone working here seems to be over salting the food on purpose when they're annoyed with the order. The whole grilled onions are so burnt. Theres a layer of EXTRA salt on the burger and on top of the cheese? Why are they salting the top of the melted cheese? it's clearly because someone is annoyed to make orders that have simple customizations. This is the only location I have ever experienced this at.

I miss their burgers when I visit the mainland US because they don't exist in Hawaii where I live. When you enter the store, you will feel a nostalgic atmosphere, reminiscent of the good old days of the 1950s. The restaurant staff wear unique uniforms and take orders, and the kitchen staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Ketchup is self-service after ordering, and the best part is that they also have jalapenos! The double-double, fries, and soda set is US mainland price, so it's easy on the wallet, and the portions and flavor are outstanding, making it addictive enough to make you want to come back again and again

4 stars. It took about 18 minutes to get my burger, so the wait was a bit longer than expected, but I got it protein style and it was really good--fresh, flavorful, and worth it overall.

In-N-Out down the street from Disneyland...YES PLEASE and THANK YOU! Before heading into the parks the other night to watch the parade and fireworks, we decided to grab In-N-Out for dinner. Yes, we could've had dinner at Disneyland, but when you're always there, a change up is sometimes much needed. Much like every other in-N-Out, this location serves up delicious burgers, with a super friendly staff. Plus, this location is probably one of the cleanest I've seen. Our dinner came out quick and was piping hot. We will definitely be back to this In-N-Out location.

I'm not sure what the hype is - maybe it was not a good location or I got a bad batch? But I regret having wasted a meal here when I could have tried so many other things as a visitor from NY. Burgers were cold and putter edges were a little on the hard side. Not very flavorful, fries were stale tasting with no salt at as well. The shake was good... Our first time trying in and out since we aren't from the west coast. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was busy but clean. We wanted the burgers, but the fries were not great.

Gotta love In N Out! I got my usual; grilled cheese no onion. It was good. Always hits the spot. You can't beat the freshness of their ingredients. My husband got a 3x3 cheeseburger, a cheeseburger and Animal style French fry with a coke. He ate all of that so fast lol Service was good. We hit the drive thru. It was quick and food was hot.

Once again, this place was busy. Nothing out of the ordinary for In N Out though. Peter who rang me up was very accommodating to my last minute requests. Ordered my double double, extra lettuce, animal style fries and a shake. Felt so good to be bad.

Regardless of the location, I have found In-N-Out delivers consistently good food, clean dining area and facilities, with fast and uber-friendly service. This location and my experience there today were no exception! I generally wouldn't leave a review for In-N-Out, but today I'd like to share with the Community how In-N-Out went over and above to show appreciation for Service Members today by offering a free meal to those who served or are serving our Country in the military. Having served in the United States Marine Corps, I was able to enjoy a good ol' Double-Double meal this afternoon...on the house. This no doubt must cost them a ton of money, with no expectation for anything in return, simply to show thanks. Well right back at ya In-N-Out: Thank you! We appreciate it and I'm sure you've garnered many more raving fans today; you certainly have earned my loyalty. Oh, and the sticker you are giving out today is not only cool, but it also really shows thoughtfulness and sincerity in the message to service members. Outstanding.

I love this burger chain. The food is always delicious. This location is busy but still able to find a table quickly. My favorite is a double double, animal style, which is grilled in mustard, I add chopped chilies and animal style with chopped chilies as well. Enjoy.

I looove In-N-Out the double double grilled onions is delicious, their drinks are always on point. I love the vibe In- N- Out Has created! it's very appealing. They have long lines at times but they are pretty efficient and provide Excellent customer experience to all guests. It's gotta be one of my favorite Burger restaurants in the Nation. Thank you

Stopped by for a quick bite while in town. The burger and fries were good and the service was decent.

I've been to this location a few times now, but overall, I've never been to an In n Out I didn't like. They always get my order right and the food is delicious. If I were local to a store, I'd have this in my weekly rotation for sure.

It was walkable, but a little bit of a trek. 100% worth it. Staff was super friendly and helped us figure out what to order (parents weren't sure whether they wanted Mexican or burgers). We ended up getting the Bulgogi burger, a bacon cheeseburger, some onion rings, and a carne asada fry. Ok. The food doesn't photograph well for your instagram, but it's delicious. Lemme tell ya - after an early morning of flying, we inhaled this food. Would absolutely come back. Was good enough that we're considering skipping dinner at the park The inside of the restaurant is clean and has a good mix of table sizes for everyone. Saw a table near us order the chicken teriyaki plate and it looked delicious as well. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

I noticed that they have a sign posted…read morein the front saying they have a happy hour designated for their classic milkshakes for $8 starting at 9pm! My group and I ultimately decided to come and eat here for dinner and get the shakes for dessert. You order first at the cashier and then they give you a number on a stand so they know whose order is whose. They offer magic key discount here which saved me $3 total! Our food came out relatively quick. Food: Texan Burger (8.5/10): WOW! I absolutely loved this burger. Maybe I was really hungry but wow. I went on Yelp to see what the best burgers were based on the reviews and this ultimately showed up. At first, I didn't want it because of the BBQ sauce that came with the burger but you can substitute it! I subbed it out for their house sauce and it was delicious. Their house sauce is basically a thousand island sauce. The patty was juicy, and was a lot larger than the bun. I got it medium rare at first but then got scared it would be too bloody so I was able to change it to medium. The onion ring soaked up all the moisture from the sauce and lettuce so I wasn't able to get a crunch with each bite. The fries were honestly very delicious when it was hot and fresh but after a while, it was honestly very mediocre. I wish it came with a ranch pairing to dip it in or a side of their house sauce. It also comes with a side of a pickle cut in half vertically and ew. I usually love pickles but this literally tasted like a cucumber drenched in some acidic liquid. I wish it tasted better and thank god I tasted it before cutting it up and putting it with my burger. Cookies n Cream Shake (7/10): I love a good milkshake but this was sooooo heavy after a big burger and fries. It was more liquidy than I liked but there were a lot of chunks mixed into the milkshake. This one is DEFINITELY shareable. I got to try a sip of the brownie and funfetti one since 2 people in my group ordered it. The funfetti one is literally a vanilla shake with a ton of sprinkles in it (which is what funfetti is, I know). They only got this one because it was recommended by the people taking our order. The brownie one had chunks of brownie pieces mixed into it which was something different!

The worst part was that one actually crawled onto me, up my chest, and nearly reached my face before I noticed it. That completely ruined the experience. The ordering process is also inconvenient. Instead of table service, you have to stand in line to order your food, which isn't ideal, especially after finding a table. As for the food, the burgers were very greasy and left us feeling gross while we were still eating them. Unfortunately, both of us ended up with upset stomachs that lasted into the next day. The only positive was that the shakes were decent, but they weren't enough to make up for everything else. Based on our experience, we won't be returning.

Their smash burgers are cooked perfectly every time -- crispy edges, juicy center -- and the Hammer Sauce takes them to another level. They also offer a variety of sauces for free, including chipotle mayo, ranch, and my personal favorite, the jalapeño ranch. All of them pair really well with their shoestring fries. We usually park in the nearby parking structure, which (if I'm remembering correctly) offers the first hour free. The only thing to be aware of is that the area sometimes hosts street events, and on those days the structure charges a flat $10 fee even if you're just there to eat. Otherwise, it's an easy short walk to the restaurant. Inside, Hammer Burger has both a bar area and a dining area. You order at the counter, and the food is brought out to you. Here, we've got buttermilk ranch, jalapeño ranch, chipotle mayo, white BBQ, Hammer sauce, and our fave: garlic toum. Creamy, garlicky, and addictive - we found ourselves dunking everything into it! I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. Plus I think you and your establishment are great and I wanted to detail that as well Kimberly.
