So it was lunch time and I decided to drive to inNout. It wasn't busy and a few cars ahead of me so I thought it was going to be fast. Nope. Wait was long and on top of that, the ones in front of me I think they gave them the wrong order or something because they redo it again. That took about 17 mins more. Then It was my turn (finally). Every order took like 4.5 mins so I thought okay FRESH, I'm getting a nice warm burger and a nice cold shake. NOPE!! My burger was cold, shake was all melted (very) Sorry inNout but i had to throw it away. Don't get offended. It's already payed so it's mine and I can do with it whatever I want. I'm a big fan of the franchise. If you were to come at a given rush hour window, parking is hard to find in the In-N-Out lot, but right in front of the joint is a Home Depot parking lot that can freely be used for anyone. One of the reasons why the lot is packed is because half of it is often not used due to an overextended winding drive-thru line. That might sound bad but I actually like that are able to have the drive thru line wind around the lot instead of having it poke out into the streets of the plaza. The food is of course stellar but they didn't get my light fries correct. When I asked for fries light, I just got some really oily fries that were soggy. I'm not sure what they were thinking but I've gotten light fries before and it's not supposed to be like that. I'll probably order it again in the future and if I experience something different I'll raise the rating on this place. read more

In n Out is the best I love how the quality of the food is always great and it's always the same. U can't go wrong with in n out. Prices really haven't gone up and the quality is fantastic! I have lived in Oxnard for nearly 7 years. I've been going to the Oxnard Blvd In n Out maybe once or twice a month. However, I've had food poisoning once & when I got the #2 protein style & a Diet Coke the other day...the burger was a burger chip!! No flavor & a bunch of veggies, what has happened?? I know their burgers have been salty & thin...but this was ridiculous! Since Covid...a lot in our communities changed, employees are hard to find & costs are increasing. But if In n Out wants me to pay nearly $8 for a burger chip, I'm not returning. I'd rather go to The Habit & pay $11 & get an actual BURGER! & get the food hot not lukewarm. I personally think that this chain makes the best burgers from all chain burgers places. They are very good. At the same time, I also think that they used to be a lot better. I don't know what exactly, but I think that something did change. But with that being said, they are still making amazing burgers, and I will choose in and out before many other options when it is burgers. read more

I purchased 2 Flying Dutchman with onion wrapped. One had a single strip of onion and no grilled onions like I asked. The other was 2 hamburgers and cheese. The person who took my order was not great at listen. I had to repeat my order 3 times to her. They were more concerned with the long line than ensuring the customer had the correct order. When I got to the window the girl was refilling her printer with new receipt. Didn't acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. When she repeated the order it was wrong. She told me the price and I asked her if I could use Apple Pay. Again, no acknowledgment she ripped out the machine to tap and stuck it in my car window. She noticed it went through but then whipped it out of her window again said, "it didn't go though, do it again" seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was very rude and not polite at all. Not the customer service I expected from your restaurant. I got home the order was completely wrong and the fries I ordered had the crumbs. In and Out is always the same, it is super busy, took a long time to get the order, I believe all In and Out's should have a bigger parking lot cause the lines are so big. Customer service was really great I can't complain, food was good they gave us an extra fry that was a perk. The only bad thing was it was too long the wait. read more

This In n Out is not consistent. One week you will get the your correct order, the food is great and then the next week they have incorrect orders and food is sub par. They need someone to look at quality assurance, service and training. read more

That's when I never went back to a regular In N Out burger again. My top choices: Fries: - Well done - Animal style - Cheese fries Burger: - Protein style - Double double with grilled onions, chopped chiles, & mustard inside (I do not usually like mustard, but you barely taste it in this) - Flying Dutchman - Animal style - Grilled cheese with grilled onions (Niece's fave) Drink: - Neapolitan shake Side: - Pre packaged animal style spread - Pre packaged chiles When I tried paleo, I still managed the protein style burger without the sauce & it was still good. When I started macro counting, In N Out is the spot that will still do your body good! I've managed a good pre workout out of some. LOL! Trust me, if you know how to eat between "unhealthy & healthy" In N Out has the best customized secret menu. If you're not from California, their logo tells you right, "Quality you can taste." Not sure how I feel about In-N-Out right now. My patty was not cooked properly last week. I called the 1-800 last week and went back this week thinking the matter had been addressed. I request for my patty to be well done and when I got home and bit into it, the patty was pink inside. I took the burger back the next day because I was not able to drive back the same day and they didn't refund my money. They said they couldn't refund $5.00 because it was the day following the date of purchase. Really!? You can't refund $5.00? So I'm out a burger they failed to cook the way I requested it and I'm out $5.00. I did not take the burger back the same day because I had an adult beverage. Seems like In-N-Out wanted me to put my safety at risk by asking me to return the burger on the day of purchase and putting my heathy in jeopardy with an under cooked hamburger patty. So disappointed right now but I just wanted to put this out there for others to be careful when eating at In-N-Out..... This is the worst In-N-Out I've been too. Their quality is terrible. I ordered a cheeseburger with whole grilled onions and my onions weren't even cooked and my bun was literally cold and not toasted at all. This store doesn't even care about customer service I approached the counter to ask about my coffee and I was ignored until someone finally asked me what I needed and they never brought my coffee out until I asked a second time. Most of the workers their were also talking and just standing around, they really don't care about customers here at all. Don't come here. This place has a bad reputation and is full of workers who don't like doing their job they have no type of urgency. I've been coming to In-N-Out since I was a kid and it is THE BOMB! A true SoCal classic. I used to always order the animal style double double and animal fries, but now that I'm older I've become vegetarian! Even though they don't have plant-based meat options, I love them just the same. Now I'll order a grilled cheese animal style and animal fries. I'm almost certain that the grilled onions are cooked on the same surface as the beef patties so I'll always substitute the grilled onions that comes with animal style for raw onions just to be safe.
