We always have to have In N Out Burger when we visit California. I'm not usually a hamburger eater (or fast food consumer) but theirs is so fresh and delicious unlike any other burger fast foods. BTW, I would put their burger against the premium versions for a quarter of the price! The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly no matter the time of night or how busy they are. We got the double double and protein burgers with fries as well as their chocolate and strawberry milkshake. Wow! They have definitely figured out their winning strategy. I love In N Out but yesterday 8-7-26 we got the best service from Sean. I met a friend and we were busy catching up and he came over to our table and offered to pick up our order when it was ready. That was super nice, but he even went the extra mile got an extra tray and napkins, etc.. We felt super special and were able to relax and spend more time visiting and chatting! So when I got there a lady was double parked in the handicap space. She asked me to send someone out to help her...I tried talking to two staff members who were standing at the door just to let them know, they completely ignored me and went towards the restrooms..well I tried, maybe they already knew what was going on and she was trying to skip the line or something. The bathrooms had a bad smell of pee which went out into the line while I was waiting to order. Then a lady walked by with her dog, inside the restaurant. This is an updated review. Tonight I was so disappointed. I ordered animal style fries with my meal well done with no spread. I got my food sat down and my fries were cold and barely cooked. I told 2 different employees behind the counter and showed how my fries were gross. They said they will remake them. So I waited over a half hour for animal style fries the second time. Finally I get them but it was the exact same way. Not fully cooked. I had to ask a refund for my fries. Overall I counted how many people on the line back there cooking there were 15 people at least and NOBODY could make fries? I will NOT be returning to this location. Ordered about 20 minutes ago and specifically asked for spread sauce and chilis. When I got to the second window, they told me there was no Diet Coke--poor management or lack of communication? Had to get light pink lemonade instead. I was handed my food with no sauces or chilis, even though it was clearly on the order. The employee seemed distracted and not paying attention. When I asked about it, he said, "Oh, we're waiting for your food," then walked off and started chatting and playing around with another employee. After waiting again, I had to repeat my request. He finally came back and handed me the sauces with an attitude. On top of that, the fries were overly dry and way too crispy. Overall, very frustrating experience. read more

Consistency here is the best part of Inn and Out Torrance. Dined inside for the first time, not bad. A bit squeeze in but helped us eat our food when it's hot. Ordered a 3x2 and my bf 3x3. There are so many IO lingo so if you don't know them, learn em. Haha Burger comes out as it always does and taste yummy as always. I don't add tomato & lettuce cuz it spoils the beef patty with loaded cheese. Pickles are a must. The employees clean the tables quite efficiently for us- thank you! It's always hit or miss for me with In N Out. And I think I finally realized the "cheese" they use for their burgers makes me sick. I had one of their cheeseburgers today and almost immediately felt sick after eating it. I remembered the last time I ate their burger I said no "cheese" and didn't get sick. I'm not lactose intolerant, but I do think I am fake cheese (as in American cheese) sensitive, so I'll need to be more careful the next time I order. Otherwise their food quality is pretty fresh; l enjoy their fries (probably more than their burgers). Staff are efficient and pleasant. read more

Drive-Thru vs. Ordering Inside: The drive-thru line was incredibly long, so my friend and I parked and went inside to order! There were only two people in front of us, score! Outside Patio & Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces! We decided to eat outdoors, where there was plenty of seating! Plus, I spotted the cutest dog!! I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but this visit was extremely frustrating. We waited over 40 minutes for our order, which is excessive even during busy times. To make matters worse, once we got home we discovered that two Flying Dutchman burgers we ordered were completely missing from the bag. After such a long wait, you expect the order to at least be accurate. Unfortunately, this experience was a letdown and not what I've come to expect from In-N-Out. Worst In n out in the area. Everytime i order animals fries here with extra onions they only have like 5 grilled onions on them. They must have the worst manager in the area as well because this happens everytime. In addition the workers just seem to be talking to each other and not working which is a huge red flag for management. The place is loud and often crowded. But it's all balanced by friendly service, good prices and very good food. I rarely use the drive through, opting to done inside. They have lots of indoor tables and a large outdoor seating area. I've never had a problem finding a seat. Parking to dine inside may seem crowded, but if one doesn't mind walking 20-50 years there are a ton of parking spaces nearby in the outdoor mall's big lot. I always order my burger Animal Style. Better experience I had at this In-N-Out compared to past visits. I had decided to get a take out order rather than dine-in, so I was here much shorter than I normally am. The service was great. The employee who helped me at the register was very friendly and helpful and took my order very fast. The food came out fast, no long wait time at all. The food quality was good. The burger was delicious as always, nothing to complain. Vanilla milkshake was thick but not too thick, so it was still like a milkshake texture but not too thick to drink.
