No stars the worst burger I've ever received in my life was today. I wasn't expecting this from In-n-out of all places! I will always open up my wrapper and check the bread before eating another burger no matter where I go. In this case it was half way till I opened the wrapper and was quickly sick to my stomach when I saw my buns full of MOLD ........ I'm upset and mostly so grossed out that I ate some of it! Very busy location off the 210 highway so expect a bit of a wait. For everything else it is what to expect from another good in-n-out. Only complaint is the double line in-n-out is starting to use. Some people are idiots and don't know how to wait their turn so all it will do is complicate things. Unless you have somebody directing traffic. read more

I didn't experiment to see which would be faster, walking in or doing the drive-thru. I went in, but I paid attention to which car was last in the drive-thru. Turns out they take the exact same amount of time! The food is great and the services also good, but it still took 30 minutes for us to get our two burgers. No matter how good the food, it's hard to justify that for "fast food", and if I had known that it was going to take that long (there were only about six people in line ahead of me in person) then I wouldn't have waited with my two kids. read more

Never have I ever had an Issue at InNOut. I've lived here since the 90s. Been to several locations. Tonight I did. 2x we recited our order back to 2 different employees in the drive through. They still Missed a shake and extra spread. Both which they recited back to us. So when we got up to the window they didn't have the shake or extras and charged us for the shake. This company is known for getting it right, or Righting their mistake- tonight, that didn't happen. Disappointing- I hope it's not a sign that InNOut is going downhill. read more

Drive thru takes too long, but hey, that's a baseline for all In N Outs. Food is good, but my hamburger patty was too pink in the middle.

This is the larger In-N-Out drive thru around, but I am still giving them 4 starts because of the long, long, long wait... That is a problem, they only have one long lane for the drive thru, so expect to wait at least 30m in line for your burger. Tip: going inside is faster if you don't mind walking. I guess they are constant busy because food is very inexpensive and it taste super yummy! A double double for $4.05 and a milk shake for $2.45 is a very good price. My kids love this place, but make sure to check your order before leaving they seem to mess up a lot, again we got home and one of my kids order was done wrong :( They have a very big area to eat inside and a nice outside area as well, parking lot is huge so no trouble finding parking. read more

Tried the Flying Dutchman. Not what I expected. Ordered it with crispy onions and got grilled onions. Thought it was to have mustard on it I might be wrong. The patties were very salty and the fries weren't hot like they usually come out. Not a good experience for us. Service was quick even though they were not busy. The dining area was clean. read more

My church and I came with around 40 people at once, and the service was prestine, and the food, immaculate.

Long wait times which is understandable. The portion size after their price increase is terrible. I would go to this location and ask for extra lettuce, see pictures below. This is the thinnest burger I have had and most pathetic animal fries where most of the white container is showing with little product even though they rather prices. They keep this up there like every other fast food restaurant, increased prices with little product. read more

I moved to DTLA so I did not know this location was new!!! Really wish this location existed when I was working in Upland lol. Anyway, this location is HUGE! There was a bit of a line (as expected of all In-N-Out Chains) but it moved pretty quickly! Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I mean duh! lol We ordered: 2 protein style burgers, animal style fries, and a regular cheeseburger (for our son). Everything was amazing! Before my husband and I hit the road back to LA we dined in our cars in the big open parking lot, while some people dined at the outside tables. It was a nice experience and will make it a point to visit this location the next time we're in Upland. read more

On my way back from big bear we had to grab something to eat. We wanted to grab something quick to get back on the road. We have been in line for 45-1 hour!!! This line is not budging! Under staff? Maybe. I've been to the one in LAX and they have just as big of a line and they are much more faster. Aren't they supposed to move at least 30 secs per car? Yeah I have my insight. The guy who took my order was very friendly and nice and our order came out fast and was accurate to the T. The best thing is the price is cheaper compared to in n out down in San Gabriel area. The food was great as always for in n out, but the main event was definitely the guy in the front Tyler!!! He gave us EXTRA spread and was super nice and hilarious. Really bad service today. Went through the drive-through and the place was packed. When it was time for me to pick up my food, I was asked to pull forward, park, and leave my hazards on. Very disappointing because I thought they only did this at McDonald's. I waiting about eight minutes till finally someone came out with my food. Yo i would say the food is good, not sure about prices bc i don't really go to in n out but the customers at the drive thru and some of the employees are some of the most mentally incapable people ive ever seen in a fast food restaurant. These kids are RUDE and not just standard rude, aggressive rude. There's something wrong with these people. So if you want your In N Out but don't mind getting hassle harassed like you're an outsider to them, go here. Keep in mind, if one of these weirdos goes against you in their car only and only and you retaliate back, the others will go against you as if your the one at fault. While traveling to LA from Vegas we stopped for a coffee and bathroom break at this In N Out not realizing they were 30 minutes from opening. We peeked in the window, saw it was dark and started to leave. Then the manger came out welcomed us in and let us use the bathroom and them made a pot of coffee for me. I got to order at the pay window and offered to get my order inside to not hold up the line and there was no need because my order was still made on time. No need to walk inside. I just went to the in n out in upland off campus, not only has the price for a double double meal gone up to 10.00 , which i don't mind since service is always exceptional and employees there work hard for the their money, I can't believe the quality of the burger has gone down, hamburger buns are cheap buns used by mcdonald's, when i got my double double burger it was soggy like a cheap burger, no wonder the line in drive thru was low tonight, IN N OUT fix this otherwise you are going to lose alot of business read more

Another great location open!! Had to try this out since I live close to it. I like this location for they are just off the freeway and parking is plenty. Unlike some other locations in Rancho Cucamonga where parking is cramped. I noticed the workers here are always smiling and welcoming everyone coming in.
