Eating it in the car provides easy access to their freshfries while driving.

Coming home from mom's house, this In-N-Out is perfectly situated for a quick stop that makes the whole family happy. I had a grilled cheese animal style and Robin had a cheeseburger animal style. So fresh and filling their food never disapoints. The fries are amazing, and they are even better in the car on the way home. The dogs got burger parties with no salt, which the scarfed down quickly at home. The service is friendly and always willing to help and the restaurant is clean and inviting. The whole family says 5 stars!

The In-N-Out Burger in Upland is everything you want from a classic stop at this iconic chain. It is conveniently located right off the 210 freeway, which makes it an easy and reliable option when you are craving a quick bite. Parking is plentiful, which is always a bonus, especially during peak hours. I ordered my usual and added animal fries, which never disappoint. They were hot, gooey, and totally satisfying. The burgers are always fresh, the service is fast and friendly, and the whole experience feels consistently well-run. This location does a great job keeping things moving without making you feel rushed. Whether you are grabbing food to go or sitting down to enjoy your order, it is a solid and dependable stop that hits the spot every time.

Good location.. it's not too crowded and staff are friendly attentive There's about 15 employees behind the counter... always a good place to com for some burger cravings.

1 minute read: On our way to San Bernardino, this particular In&Out has become a habit. It's on the North side of the Foothill FWY using the "CAMPUS" off ramp in Upland. When we first began eating there, it, along with a Shell gas station, was the only building there. Now it's surrounded by other buildings. If you drive by at night, IN&OUT building is all lit up like a Vegas Casina (SIC). Now, THE BURGER: Nothing fancy but I WILL tell you this ~ it'll beat that foolishly boxed Big-Mac. Don't get me wrong, about the BIG-MAC. I enjoy one now and then. I just don't like my burger in a box. The IN&OUT burger is, well, if I describe it, you'd be better off getting one yourself and finding out that IT IS ONE GREAT BURGER! Any IN&OUT will do. Trust me.

Stopped by this In-N-Out on a Friday night and it was super packed. Long drive thru lines and long lines inside but they were pretty quick. People were standing around waiting for empty tables. But as always In-N-Out was delicious.

I was an Upland resident for many years ago. I usually go to the In-N-Out on Foothill Blvd between Benson Ave and Central Ave, but they are always busy and the getting in line situation is horrendous. Since this In-N-Out has opened up near the Colonies Crossroads, it is now my go-to In-N-Out when I'm in the Upland area. It is conveniently located off the 210 Fwy so it's easy access. There's plenty of parking. Funny, I don't recall ever going through their drive-thru yet... I will have to do that one of these days... things I find fun to do LOL. Since I stopped eating beef back in 2018, I usually just get their fries and shakes. However, I have recently found out that they have a Grilled Cheese (thank you to my Yelpie friend... you know who you are!)... basically, it's a beefless hamburger... that's right no meat patty, but with everything else... sweet! Grilled Cheese, fries, and chocolate shake is my standard In-N-Out meal. Food and drink are delicious and always on point! Staff and service are great, too. Exterior usually looks pretty well kept. One great thing is that they open until 1 AM or 1:30 AM in the morning depending on the day. Thank you In-N-Out for serving great foods and drinks for your early, in-between, and late night eaters!

In-N-Out is still one of my favorite burger experiences. It's always a go to burger option for us. It's always crowded but there's no wonder why. The menu is simple- burgers, fries, drinks, that's it. They don't copy everybody else when everybody else does salads, chicken, kids meals, Nope! They stick to what they know how to do best and that's burgers. Period! My go to is always a double double animal style. They got a lot of great options that are not on the menu you just gotta Google the In-N-Out secret menu. This is still one of my favorite fast food burger joints. It never gets old.

Whoever was on the fry station on 11/17/24 at 05:40 pm.... Was not having it today. What is this?! Made with no love :( I hope things get better and you start putting some effort into your job. I waited in the drive through line for 35 mins for this . SMH

It's a family tradition to hit In-N-Out after we return from traveling. The fact they're open late really helps since we were returning from LAX last night. I wanted to stop closer to home and this location was the perfect option for us. They were busy, but not as busy as the typical lunch or dinner rush. Those palm trees and the typical vibe were a warm welcome home for us. Clean location as well. The food was on point and was so delicious, as always! We had some pretty awesome food on our trip, but INO is always a good option for our return from travels!

Drive thru takes too long, but hey, that's a baseline for all In N Outs. Food is good, but my hamburger patty was too pink in the middle.

The blue cheese burger I wished were a bit stronger in blue cheese flavor (as a person who loves lots of blue cheese), but the burger was definitely filling for both the eyes and the tummy. The only thing I wished is that the burger didn't feel as heavy/greasy, but if that were the case, I probably wouldn't have chosen a burger. That said, the grease did feel like it took away from the flavors, making the burger tasting milder than I had wanted. That said, it was very enjoyable overall. The dog menu was surprisingly different from what I've seen. It was surprisingly healthy looking with the amount of vegetables they added to my dog's bowl including some Brussels sprouts. There was no rice at all, which was fine for me since my dog doesn't really like rice. Unfortunately, he is so picky, so he picked out the chicken from the vegetables even with me pre-mixing it, and I think the vegetables are too firm to his liking. However, I appreciate the food being healthy and the portions, even if he himself will not really eat most of it. I'm sure some other dog will do a lot better with the bowl!

Service was slow and inattentive the whole time, from seating to when they were around to take our order or drop off an item, they were never friendly or courteous. They seemed annoyed having to work. This location of Back Abbey in Upland is in the Colonies area, in the same plaza as Albertson, European Wax Center, and Massage Envy. When I pulled up I was genuinely happy that this location was much larger than their original Claremont location. They have tables, a bar area, and a large outdoor patio. There were many tv screens for the sports fan. I actually liked the décor and had positive hopes for this place. When I looked at their menu I was happy to see the menu grow since my last encounter with their original Claremont location. Once again, I was excited for the business and genuinely wanted to support them. I was narrowing down what to order and I even imagined coming back to try other items. My boyfriend had the Back Abbey Burger ($20) and I was mistakenly excited to see the beer cheese so I got the Soft Pretzel ($10). We also shared a Pomme Frites (half $9/full $11) and went all out with the full cause it's a better deal. My boyfriend also got a Coke ($4). I was asking the waitress about the sangria but their version doesn't have edible fruits, so I was less interested. Honestly if she was more friendly I would have gotten something else. I just got water. THE ONLY THING WE ENJOYED IS THE POMME FRITES. I remember liking these from their Claremont location. Fresh cut and super crispy as they double fry it in duck fat. Yummmm. My boyfriend said his burger was okay but he didn't like the aged gouda which affected every bite of the burger. Ugh now let me get to the pretzel. The saddest pretzel in all of the lands. I was soo excited for this... anddd COLD BEER CHEESE!! Whatttttttt??? Honestly I wanted to ask staff if it was meant to be cold but they were no were in sight. We were waiting sooooo long to wave someone down for the check. If service was faster at least I can be annoyed and leave and get over it. They were so slow it left me to stew in my annoyance of the unsatisfying depressing pretzel. Also, neither the coke or the waters were refilled. When we were FINALLY able to wave someone down, it was still a while to get the check. We also for a togo container FOR THE FRIES. She can see the majority of the pretzel was uneaten and I made it a point to say I didn't care to take it togo. Of course she didn't care to ask any follow up questions. Food being bad is one thing... I could have always came back to try the duck confit or steamed mussels like I intended but the service made me soooooooooo miserable waiting around. I don't have time for this.
