The service is always good. All the workers are very nice and helpful. The food always tastes fresh and isn't too expensive. The bathrooms are pretty clean. If you want to go inside to sit down and eat it's pretty noisy. The wait times for drive-thru and sit down are pretty long, but the food is worth it. I would drive home, late night on the 210 freeway, input In-N-Out in Upland and it would map me to the location off of Foothill and Benson, so I don't even think my Apple Maps knows it exists. It's to the north of the 210 freeway close to the Colonies in Upland, but away from it. Literally no line at midnight on a Saturday which is unbelievable. I am 70 years old, I have been going to In n Out since I could ride a bike there and loved every bite since then, at least until now. The below story happened twice now, about two weeks i ago I picked up In n Out for my wife and I from the In n Out at the 210 freeway and Campus. I did the drive thru, a Number 2 for my wife and a Number three for me. I drove straight home from there, we live two off ramps away at Archibald and the 210 Freeway. I walked in the door placed the food on the table and we sat and ate. The french fries were cold, almost like they had been sitting and the burgers were room temperature. I thought, it somehow must have been a mistake. In the past the french fries were still piping hot when I got home along with the hamburgers! Today, returned to the same location at the 210 freeway and Campus, I went back for lunch for my wife and I, this time I went inside. I ordered the same thing, paid for it and was given a number. I went and sat down while my order for my meal to be prepared. After a few minutes I found out our grandkids were coming over, so I went back to the counter to order them lunch also, I waited for one person in line ahead of me, I placed my order and paid for it. Just as I finished paying for my second order, they called my first order out and brought it to the counter. I picked up the order and the associate behind the counter said thank you, I told him I had placed a second order was waiting for that, he asked what number it was and I told him. He walked back and brought that order up, WOW, that was fast. Again, I drove straight home, when we sat down at the table to eat, again the french fries were room temperature and hard, the hamburgers were also room temperature. I am not just a customer, I am a fan, a big fan of In n Out, I wear your t-shirts, I wear the In n Out apron when I BBQ, I have read Lynsi Snyders book, The In n Outs of In n Out, I take my out of town company there when they come to visit, my grandchildren buy me In n Out gift cards for my birthday and Christmas. If this particular location is preparing food prior to being ordered (which may be the cause of room temperature fries and hamburgers, I am not sure), if that's what is happening, there plenty of other locations. Preparing food before it is ordered makes you just another hamburger stand in a chain of many, I apologize if that sounds harsh, but my experiences we not the same as the decades before. read more

I will always open up my wrapper and check the bread before eating another burger no matter where I go. Very busy location off the 210 highway so expect a bit of a wait. For everything else it is what to expect from another good in-n-out. Only complaint is the double line in-n-out is starting to use. Turns out they take the exact same amount of time! The food is great and the services also good, but it still took 30 minutes for us to get our two burgers. Never have I ever had an Issue at InNOut. I've lived here since the 90s. Been to several locations. Tonight I did. 2x we recited our order back to 2 different employees in the drive through. They still Missed a shake and extra spread. Both which they recited back to us. So when we got up to the window they didn't have the shake or extras and charged us for the shake. This is the larger In-N-Out drive thru around, but I am still giving them 4 starts because of the long, long, long wait... That is a problem, they only have one long lane for the drive thru, so expect to wait at least 30m in line for your burger. Tip: going inside is faster if you don't mind walking. I guess they are constant busy because food is very inexpensive and it taste super yummy! A double double for $4.05 and a milk shake for $2.45 is a very good price. My kids love this place, but make sure to check your order before leaving they seem to mess up a lot, again we got home and one of my kids order was done wrong :( They have a very big area to eat inside and a nice outside area as well, parking lot is huge so no trouble finding parking. read more

I moved to DTLA so I did not know this location was new!!! Really wish this location existed when I was working in Upland lol. Anyway, this location is HUGE! There was a bit of a line (as expected of all In-N-Out Chains) but it moved pretty quickly! Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I mean duh! lol We ordered: 2 protein style burgers, animal style fries, and a regular cheeseburger (for our son). Everything was amazing! Before my husband and I hit the road back to LA we dined in our cars in the big open parking lot, while some people dined at the outside tables. On my way back from big bear we had to grab something to eat. We wanted to grab something quick to get back on the road. We have been in line for 45-1 hour!!! This line is not budging! Under staff? Another great location open!! Had to try this out since I live close to it. I like this location for they are just off the freeway and parking is plenty. Unlike some other locations in Rancho Cucamonga where parking is cramped. I noticed the workers here are always smiling and welcoming everyone coming in.
