It has a upscale mom and pop vibe, they have some table games to keep you entertained while you wait for your food (which didn't take long it came out pretty quick) I got the mushroom burger, solid burger very filling. Very disappointed with the service today. We pulled into the drive-thru and placed our order at the speaker with no issues. After ordering, we waited about 10 minutes with no cars ahead of us. We then pulled up to the payment/pickup window and sat there with no employee in sight. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no request for payment, nothing. After waiting even longer, we eventually drove away without receiving our food. It's frustrating because this location has a great reputation for food, but customer service is a huge part of the experience. Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to try the food today. I have only been in this area for a few months so I haven't found a lot of the "hidden gems" when it comes to food yet but I would consider this place to be one of them. I ordered a cheese burger combo and the size of the burger was perfect to fill me up for a good amount of the day. I was only able to go thru the drive thru but the staff were very friendly and quick with the service they provided. From what I could tell by looking in the window the inside looked clean and had plenty of places to sit at the time that I came for my food. Tried this place for the first time and I'll never come back. I got down to order and the inside was dirty. The soda machine had soda all over the counter and wasn't wiped down. There was trash all around the trash can and I watched the tables be wiped down with a gross rag. The food was awful. The fries were old and had no seasoning or salt. The cheeseburger was heavily burned and that's all you tasted was a burned burger patty. I asked for no lettuce in my burger and guess what? There was extra lettuce in my burger. Definitely a waste of my money, didn't even finish the food and went somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'll admit I read the reviews prior to ordering and that was my mistake for not listening to others. After I paid $12.00, an older gentleman came to the window, and asked me to grab my phone so that I could leave a review for them on Google.
