I always pass this place and decided i just would give it a try since i needed and oil change and state inspection. The manager was very friendly and welcomed me into the shop, the asked what i was there for. I told him what i was trying to have accomplished and he said he would get someone on it right away. the place is your typical autolube with a small room and about seating for 6 or so. the prices are typical of these type of shops so you not going to find the 19 dollar oil change. the techs finished my services is what was about 15 min and had me ready to go. i would say if you not hunting for super cheap oil change then give it a try based on how fast they were able to get services completed. read more

Terrible business, will purposely misquote you then jack up the price without your consent by adding more product than originally discussed. Assistant manager Kameron called me a "liberal snowflake using liberal buzzwords"?? So unprofessional. I could go on and on, I left there in tears and feeling physically threatened after being followed to my vehicle once paid out (in parking lot across from business). Another customer had to intervene Kamerons threats. I advise any women to take their hard earned money elsewhere, where you will not be bullied, threatened and intimidated. read more

This place is terrible. Had inspected my car and on paper they miss copied the make on my toyota camry le and had put toyota solara. They said they would fix it and had to wait over 10 minutes just for them to RE-INSPECT my car. I recommend to anyone who needs an inspection to not come here but they do not know how to properly inspect a car to even labeling what car kind it is. They were taking it for a drive and scraped the living hell out of bumper and try to blame it on me, when my car is 23 and can have legal modifications to it. read more

Today, I went to get a quick oil change. I called to make sure they could do it quickly and they said they weren't busy. I was next door so I went on over and they started my oil change. 20 minutes in after I was told it would only be 15, one of the guys comes in and shows me my cabin air filter. I tell him to go ahead and change it since i have been wanting to for awhile now just haven't done it yet. He says ok, and goes back out there to change it & comes back in and says it's done and starts to check me out. I then ask if they have military discount and he literally rolled his eyes when I showed him my ID which clearly says VETERAN, and so do my license plates. Like as if being a veteran isn't good enough? I let that go and grabbed my receipt and walked out to find my car window rolled down.... mind you it's raining... I get in and pull off. I look down to try to find my car key since he just threw it in the passenger seat. When I look over in my passenger seat I find a pile of crap that I have had in my glove box for ever (coozie, glasses, napkins, Ect) So now I'm confused on why all of that is out and look at my glove box to find it is cracked half way and not closed and looks like someone tried to shove it closed. So I try to pull it open and it was stuck so when it finally loosened up it just fell open. Literally to the ground. The WHOLE glove box. First off, I took my car in there one way I expect it to come out the same way but with new oil and a new filter. Instead I get my car back and the inside looks like it was ransacked and my glove box is in the floor board, and the inside was wet from the guy leaving the window down. How lazy can you be? I pay $90 to get my car back like this!? That's bullshit and I'm furious. read more

I came here for an Oil change. I found out that my brake fluid was very low, that my transmission fluid needed to be replaced and my spark plugs are on the verge of needing replacement. He did not try to "force" or "upsell" anything upon me, he explained to things I didn't know or understand and made sure my car was very taken care of. Everyone was friendly and respectful, they communicated well & didn't do anything as far as extra services without your permission. I will definitely be returning here soon. read more

I have had several repairs/maintenance here. I have found them extremely fair priced and expedient. My last service was last month when my Jeep started overheating on the way home. I stopped and they told me it was the water pump. I made an appointment to bring it in early the next morning. A few hours later it was done. These are one of just a few places I trust with my vehicles. When I needed a valve cover gasket replaced a few months ago, because it was leaking oil, their price was significantly lower than their local competitors. They called to tell me I had oil on the serpentine belt and it should be replaced. Since I had over 100,000 miles on the belt, I knew it was time. Again, they did the work quickly and at a fair price. I really like them. They are honest, forthright and give you the facts. Never have I felt like they were trying to "upsell" me on something I didn't need. If you are in the Lake Worth area, do yourself and your car a favor by giving them a try. When you need a fast inspection go here! I needed an inspection bad and fast (it was 4:30) and all the other places (Firestone; Pepboys; Quiklube ) were all 45 min waits. I Yelped and called em. 10 min! They were waiting for me and got me like the sign says. In n out. What customer service. Friendly. FAST. I'm taking all my cars there from now on. read more

Terrible service. I called in advance to make sure they close at 5:30 on Friday as listed on Yelp. He told me they had plenty of room in their schedule for an oil change and would take their last car at 5:15. Got there at 3:45 to drop it off then come back and pick it up at 5:15. I was told by Kameron as he was smoking his e-vape that he was closing early due to "inclement weather". Didn't know a 40% chance of rain at 7PM was "inclement". They were recommended by one of my buddy's shops cause they had a full schedule. I'll make sure no one else gets sent over to this unprofessional and lazy shop. read more

Taken my wife truck to get it inspected.they told her it wouldn't pass inspection because of the tint.wanted to charge us 25.00 per window to take the tint off.she said no way.we took it to our normal inspection place.they passed it with flying colors and they used there reader also for the tint.also I have a friend been in law inforcement for 37 years and I ask her to run her reader.ot also passed.i think cause it was over due for inspection they wanted to money money money.never will go back again read more

Meh. I've experienced better. They don't do anything extra. They just simply change your oil and that's it. No vacuuming inside your car,windows, etc.. The waiting room is very tiny and only has 6 chairs. They were fast completing the task, but if I am going to pay the same amount else where I would like to get a few perks! read more

Great service, shop is clean and friendly. They know your name and are pleasant. However, they do not waste any time, quick and efficient. Oil change and tires rotation done in about a half hour. Friendly and they treat people as if they have known them forever. The manager treats the older folks with respect they deserve. read more

I WAS a customer here for about 2 years until I went to go get an oil change and employees here tightened my drain plug too tight and cracked my oil pan. Their supervisor avoided the problem and suggested I go fix it on my own by paying out of pocket and finding a mechanic. After talking to a few mechanics, I was told that In-N-Out were the ones that should pay for damages and replace my oil pan. The following day, I went to speak to Kevin Weaver (the manager) to see if we can come to a conclusion, he offered to help by buying me the oil pan, but once he saw that the oil pan was $275 he only offered to pay $150. If you are considering coming here, please be aware that once something goes wrong, they WILL lie their way out of the situation and say it was YOUR fault. By the way, I ended up having to pay $530 out of pocket for parts and labor. read more

Just today my car wouldn't shift. It wouldn't go in park, reverse, or anything. I called In N Out Lube in Lakeworth and explained the situation. The man on the phone actually came to my house to look at it, since I live nearby! He discovered the problem right away, but was not able to fix it. He put it in park for me from the cable at the transmission, then gave me the name of a transmission shop nearby to take it to. On top of it, he didn't charge me for coming to look at it. I'm really happy because he showed exactly what's wrong with it, so I can explain it to the transmission shop. What great customer service. Thank you! read more

I went to get an oil change today Saturday 8:30am 5/13/2017 for a 2011 VW Jetta 2.5 SE, and everything went smooth, and the manager was a real nice guy. However, later that day I checked the oil to make sure they put the 5 quarts of Mobil 1 oil in that i paid for. Total bill was $107.86.00. I checked the dip stick and the oil was reading a quart short. The level was dead center on the minimum line.. So, I double checked it again to make sure. Yup, the oil was 1 quart short. So, I went back to the In and Out lube, and sure enough, they were closed until Monday. The VW dealer is actually a better deal than the In and out Lube on Azle Ave. Live and Learn.... read more
