I don't have a local guy for anything yet - including transmissions. I took a chance that the few Yelp reviews regarding transmissions were accurate and dropped into this place. Terry pulled a car off of a lift to get mine fixed up while I was waiting. He did all of this while teaching his apprentice how to pull a transmission out of a Buick. Nicest guy in the world, honest about what was wrong, didn't overcharge me, didn't make up stuff that needed to be done. Terry's one of those guys that just knows what he's doing and will bend over backwards to help you out. I got a transmission guy in Fort Worth now.

The owner is super nice and doesn't take advantage of people who are already in a bad spot with their vehicle. He's only gonna charge you for what really needs to be done. He's has a drop box so you can leave your car in the evening and drop your keys in his drop box. That's way it doesn't get in the way of work hours for you. I began my journey with multistate in March and finally in July Integrity Auto mechanics in Colleyville fixed my problem after I had spent almost $6000 with multi state. My problem was obviously not transmission, but a completely melted down cable that controlled all the electrical parts of my vehicle which Integrity fixed for $600. Every time I would take my car back into multistate after replacing my transmission, they would say oh it's the cable from the gearshift, then it was the electric switch on the transmission itself. Finally, they admitted it was electrical and sent me to integrity where Matt promptly found the problem and fixed it for $600 and he said it was just a blessing my car didn't catch on fire and me driving it. Thank you, Matt at integrity auto. Go there first before you go to multistate it'll save you a lot of money.

I was in a hurry and I should've walked around the truck to inspect the work. instead I hopped in and took off and went on about my business. I spent $25.00 on the WHEEL DEAL, and paid an extra $10 to have the rubber mats washed I can still write my name on the dash from the dust as you can tell it was not even touched. Walking around the truck the front grill and bumper as well as the back bumper have dirt all over it. You can see the brush marks from the car wash. The side rails are just as bad. I'm very disappointed. To be clear, I was not looking for a full detail. But just a wash and wipe it down. You can't hardly even tell, it's been to a car wash today.
