I just used this company for some back to back business trips and absolutely love everything about this service! They are reliable, trustworthy and professional. Booking service is very easy on their website, I love the email confirmations. My favorite part is a text 24 hours prior to pick up and another text when the driver is on the way! We used In Style for transportation from LAX to our hotel is Aliso Viejo during our trip to Cali for our Son's high school football game. Online booking was very easy and communication was prompt & accurate from the office. Our driver (Otis) was in contact with us from the time we landed and he picked us up. Not worries about if we would get picked up , if he would be late or any of that. LAX is chaos on the best of days and Otis made it very easy for a couple of Canadians unfamiliar with that airport. Otis was an absolute pleasure to be around! A great mix of professionalism and open/easy conversation for the entire ride. Our drive was suppose to take a little less than 1 hour to our hotel but LA traffic(accidents) extended this to about 1.5 hours......even with having to take a couple detours , the ride time flew by with the conversations with Otis. We cant say enough about him....Just an all around great person! We would highly recommend In Style. We booked In Style a couple months back for our May wedding which we needed for transport from Newport Beach to Orange and back to Newport after Ceremony/Reception. When I called, Nancy helped with the reservation. Wow ! What an example of great customer service. Nancy was friendly, professional and extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. After speaking with Nancy, I knew that this was the right Transportation service. On the day of our event, I received a text reminding me of the pickup time and who our driver would be along with his phone number. I received another text when our driver reached the hotel which was on time. When we exited the hotel we were greeted by Otis. He gave us a friendly greeting and helped us with our things as we loaded into the Suburban. I spoke with Otis on the trip up and he was a joy to talk to. Very friendly, great stories and as professional as could be. He was a very safe driver and it was very evident that he takes pride in what he does. After the Ceremony/Reception Otis was waiting there again and helpful in getting us all loaded in for the ride back. Everything ran so smoothly with In Style that we decided to use them for our transport to LAX on the Monday following the wedding. I called to request Otis for the trip and the phone was once again answered by Nancy who was just as friendly and helpful as the previous times I spoke with her. On the early morning of our flight, Otis was there promptly, assisted with luggage and also just as friendly as he was on our wedding day. Had great conversation again with Otis and he made the drive to LAX enjoyable. What a professional. We honestly don't know what to say, other than this is the ONLY car service we trust. We especially LOVE Steve Young. He is on time (always early) pleasant, great driver, and - might we say - a baseball fan who also was catcher through college. We have great conversation with him about our grandson who is currently in the Tampa Bay organization. The car is immaculate and so very comfortable, water and snacks. If you figure the cost of parking at LAX and the hassle and time to even get to your car, this car service is well worth the cost! and really not that much more money.
