My sisters and I decided to get massages as part of my birthday celebration. We originally called…read moreanother place but couldn't get the services we wanted, so we found Yaya Spa instead because they told us they had enough staff to accommodate all of us for 60-minute full body massages. Before we even started, we were told we had to leave a $20 tip. Once the massages began, the experience only got worse. My massage therapist left the room at least 7-10 times during my session. There was also a baby crying the entire time, which completely ruined any relaxing atmosphere. On top of that, my sisters didn't even receive proper full body massages. They weren't fully turned over during the session, and the entire experience lasted closer to 30 minutes instead of the full 60 minutes we paid for. After giving poor service, they still tried to pressure us for additional tips. The whole experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're in Las Vegas or North Las Vegas looking for a real massage experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Really appreciate how easy it is to navigate her website and book appointments and redeem gift certificates. The location was easy to find and Leanne greeted me at the door. Now I've had many massages in my lifetime and it's a fine balance between a good firm pressure and waking up the next day feeling like someone beat you. Leanne has mastered that balance. I feel like she expertly worked out all the knots in my shoulders and I felt genuine relief and not additional soreness.
