I've been going to Lucky Foot Relaxation Massage for quite some time now, and I can honestly say…read moreevery therapist I've worked with has been experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and very well trained. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to understand my specific focus areas and adjust the massage based on what my body needs that day. They really listen and tailor the session to what works best for me, whether it's deep tissue focus, recovery, or overall relaxation. And then they always take time to make me feel comfortable. Another thing that stands out is their flexibility and customer service. Many times I've reached out last minute because I happened to be nearby or wanted to book same day, and they've often been able to accommodate me with therapists ready to go. Consistently professional, clean, reliable, and high quality service. Highly recommend.

Came by for a foot massage the other day and it was a decent experience. Called ahead requesting…read morefor a strong masseur and the operator confirmed that this was available. Parking is plentiful in the private strip mall lot. Checked in with the receptionist as well as paid for the foot massage. The massage parlor features a stamp card where one gets a free massage after 10 visits. The foot massage takes place towards the back of the massage parlor featuring 4-5 massage "beds" in an open area. Massage started off with a warm foot bath before moving on to a thorough and strong foot and arm massage. The foot massage was pretty strong and so was the back massage. Massage finished off with a cup of tea along with a chocolate. ~$50/hour foot massage + $10 recommended tip.

This facility *used* to be good, had respectable masseuse persons, and a welcoming environment. …read more.. Not anymore. Went in earlier this week for a one hour full body. $70 seems average in this area. The person providing the massage was nice at first, and the massage itself was very relaxing (covered all the points as expected). When came time to flip over, I was asked if my "member" wanted to be touched, to which I said no. Got a disappointed response and continued. -- Not what I was there for. At the end, after I got dressed, the masseuse was waiting right outside my door. Odd that the person couldn't wait in the lobby like other places. No complimentary water or "how was your experience" questionaire given. They looked at me and said "tip?" with their hand out. Gave them $20 (typical amount for a good massage) and was rudely asked "No $20! $30 minimum!" to which I noted it was a fair tip and all I had. The masseuse then said "I massage your whole body! This is nothing!" and softly punched me in the stomach, walked away, and slammed the door in my face. Lobby desk lady saw everything, and simply said "thank you for coming" as I walked out. They clearly are here to provide "extras", and think their attitude is acceptable when their paterons tell them no. -- Other reviews on here and some search sites show similar reviews. If you want "extras", this is the place. -- If you want a legit massage with respect and gratitude, don't even bother. Very disappointed. 1-star at best.

I appreciate the clear and simple system online for booking a massage in advance. Received multiple…read moreemail and text reminders about my appointment, too. Plenty of free parking lots and street parking nearby (street parking limited to 2 hours from 9-6pm, except Sundays and holidays)... I parked right in front of the entrance on a Sunday afternoon. Got the combo massage (30 min foot, 30 minute body) which was $50 + $5 additional charge for credit card payment. It was more like 10 minutes on the feet and 50 minutes on the rest of the body. This massage was half clothed. My masseuse had me remove my top and wear a spa wrap garment, covering my upper body but open on the back. The shared massage room had four beds total with curtains that could separate the individual spaces to make them more private. The environment was dimly lit with soothing melodies playing in the background. The pressure during my treatment was good, on the strong side as requested, with the use of hot stones, heated pads, and ashiatsu. I was surprised to find they do back walking in the shared room, but I don't mind a variety of techniques being used as long as it's effective. I honestly don't need all the extras (like burning stones and fancy coverings), just a simple massage focused on loosening my knots. And my masseuse did that for the most part, though she was more successful when using her elbows and forearms. Staff was friendly here too, even with limited communication. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Got mixed feedback about this location, so I wanted to try it out for myself. Had a bit of foot…read morepain in my right foot, so was hoping a foot massage would help. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and my appointment was at 10 which is the time they open, so I had to wait for a few minutes which is fine as they finish setting up. I got the full body and foot massage. Once my appointment started I walked through the curtain into a big open room which had several other tables and that's where I got my massage. They have you put your feet in a little tub of hot water and then I had to take my shirt off and then the masseuse put a sheet over my upper body as she started massaging .This went on for several minutes before I laid down and started the full massage. It wasn't the best experience overall as people were walking back and forth through the room and was talking really loud and was basically stomping through the room. On top of that there was construction going on which felt like above us and there was jack hammering going on while I was getting my massage. And then to top it off a fly was landing on my face in the middle of the massage and I kept moving my face to shew the fly away which the masseuse had no clue why I kept moving. The massage was mediocre at best, but the stretching was really good. When I was leaving the masseuse yelled out to the receptionist in their native language and then the receptionist stopped me and asked for a tip, which I did. Not a place I'd return to. Not the best experience.
