This is my go to spot for massages. Lucy and Maria are amazing at the Thai back walking massage (Ashiatsu)! The made sure the pressure what comfortable and what I wanted. Lucy really focused on the areas of my back throughout the 1 hr that were knotted up and hurting me. I always pay cash $55 (no tax) for 1 hour and they have you pay before the massage. It's just one giant room that is broken up into smaller rooms with curtains. Plus side of this is being able to easy get a couples massage. Downside is you can hear everything that's going on in the business. The music is very nice and relaxing and most people are silent. If you're looking for something fancy, go elsewhere. This place is amazing and affordable. I have been going here for years. I have been treated by Susan. She's very caring, listen to me regarding my concerns area. Most I don't even tell her but she remember my on and off right shoulder, neck and shoulder blades. She made sure that my left foot is position comfortably due to my surgery. She even baby me with warm compress and made sure my body parts that's not being massage is cover to be warm. She takes her time in each concern area. She does stretching at the end of the massage. Includes tummy massage. Bed is heated. Room is clean. And this masseuse deserves a generous tip as the amount of the service is way affordable compare anywhere else. They definitely upgraded the massage area (it used to be one big open room with a few curtains separating you from others). There's now more privacy! You can choose between a foot massage or a full body massage. I opted for the full body. It was $55 cash and they request that you pay upfront before your service. It was pretty busy for a Sunday, I was able to make an appt one hour before. The massage therapist was very strong and she really helped loosen some of my knots. I felt more relaxed and my shoulders were less tense. I just wish there was more options in time and type of massage. The same can not be said about the woman who works upfront. She tries to upsell to body massage instead of the foot massages we requested and she chats loudly while our massages are being performed as well. She is the worst person to hire for a customer service position. She causes more stress than anything. I have been coming to Lucky Foot Reflexology for years, and while I love many aspects of this place, there is one significant drawback that keeps it from being a five-star experience. The body massage tables are absolutely terrible and really uncomfortable. They lack proper face cradles, having only a hard hole in the table that doesn't accommodate your whole face. As a result, your chin rests awkwardly against it, leading to cramping. This one-size-fits-all approach does not account for different face sizes, making it uncomfortable for everyone. They usually just lay down a towel, so there is minimal cushion, which is very uncomfortable if you get a full hour. However, aside from this issue, the pricing is pretty decent for both foot and body massages. The staff does an excellent job, and they usually book up quickly, which is a testament to their quality. I've been coming here for years, and I know exactly who I want to ask for when I go. For body massages they always do hot stones, which is a great tension relief. Despite the table discomfort, the massages are fantastic, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Please just update the body massage tables. read more

I got a foot massage. Paid $40.00 cash. They don't like credit cards here. First: The entire time the guy was breathing really heavy. It just wasn't pleasant and actually kind of creapy. Earbuds would have been a good idea. At the end he was hovering. I guess he was waiting for a tip. I searched around and found a $5.00 bill which I gave him. I walked outside and the guy at the front desk chased me down and told me I hadn't tipped enough. I ask what he was expecting and was told "$10.00"... that's a 25% tip! I said if you wanted $50.00 for the service you needed to charge $50.00 or say upfront it's $40.00 + $10.00 tip. I'm writing this mostly to explain to Lucky Foot that Tipping is for GOOD SERVICE. I am NOT required to tip! I can choose to tip and choose the amount. Tipping is not automatic. Bottom line this place is charging CASH to avoid paying taxes and I suspect not paying their employees minimum wage or WC either. Many workers just sitting around waiting for people to come in. I own a business and I can't afford to just have people sitting around. Very shady business. read more

Called ahead for a massage the other day and they were able to accommodate on short notice! Parking is plentiful in the strip mall. Upon arrival, filled in the health questionnaire, had my temperature taken and paid $30 for a "foot massage" before being escorted into the parlor. Credit cards have a $1 surcharge. The interior is the same as before except they are using every other "bed" to maintain 6 feet social distancing. There were also cans of Lysol behind the counter. The massage started off with a warm foot bath while seated on the ottoman while the masseur placed towels over the "bed" while adding a disposable sheet over the towels. When the person next to me left, it seemed like the towel on the ottoman was reused while the disposable sheet cover was thrown away. The towels were taken to the back and brought back folded?!? as they were sprayed with some substance along with the "bed" While doing the foot bath sitting on the ottoman, the therapist did a shoulder and neck massage for ~15 minutes before laying face down on the "bed" for a ~30 minute back massage including oil and hot stones. It was heavily focused on the shoulders with a little bit of legs and calves too. The last ~10-15 minutes was the foot massage. The pressure was pretty good. The entire session was done bare handed by the masseur. read more
