We purchased an expensive funeral arrangement for our father's service. What we received not only differed from their catalog, but had empty spots of only greener. Delivery was the day before the service. The next day the flowers in the center were wilted. Not only were the flowers of low quality as most of them died the next day but they delivered them at 830 pm when the celebration was all over! I have used poseyland before and it was one of the most beautiful display of roses, my girlfriend was beside herself, i called a week in advance for a dozen more red roses and they showed up looking like they were half dead, and now 4 days later they are all dead, i paid over a 100$ for this disaster.. I was very disappointed in how I was treated when talking to Poseyland. The employee I spoke with was very short and difficult to talk to. I was then misquoted a price for the service I was interested in and the employee became very defensive when I questioned the new(higher) price. All in all it was a very frustrating experience and I will never considering Poseyland for any future florist needs. There are many other far superior florists in town. I personally recommend Incahoots. They are extremely helpful and cheaper. read more

I called and placed an order with Poseyland to deliver a Fall bouquet of long-lasting flowers to a friend of mine who is in the hospital. Judging from the Fall Bouquet picture they had posted, fall colors are yellow and orange and red, wouldn't you think? The bouquet they delivered was pink, red, white and blue flowers with a pink ribbon. When I called the shop and talked to the manager she told me that those were the "long-lasting" flowers that they had on hand. She apologized and said that they could make me a new arrangement and pick up the wrong one. That would be pretty tacky, would it not? I'm completely impressed!! I called to order graduation flowers, and the very personable, sweet Erica answered. She treated me so well, offering to use the school colors of McMinnville High as she graduated there too. She enthusiastically offered/suggested she'd put a red/white/black bow she'd create on a little white teddy bear in the arrangement. I had a Bouquet delivered to a customer for her birthday. She snapped a pic and sent to me. I was VERY disappointed with this arrangement. Although the bouquet was pretty, It was NOT what I ordered and was Certainly not what I paid for. After seeing the flowers, I called and complained and explained what My expectations were based on the $$ spent. They were quite accommodating, in that they went ahead and made up a new Bouquet and delivered it to her (switched new for old). Let's see, I pay for the flowers, fine, I pay for delivery, fine, and then there is an additional service fee of $5 and this is for what?? I don't order something online, pay for it and delivery and then an additional service fee. Also, I ordered these 3 days in advance but if you want them delivered before 4pm, that's considered express delivery and is an additional fee. Wow ridiculous! read more

I was not impressed. I stopped by to inquire about wedding flowers. They invited me to look at their sample book, which was quite out of date. I said I would contact them with a photo of flowers I liked and they said that'd be great. They didn't list an email address on their website, so I sent them a Facebook message. Didn't hear back. Called to ask about it, and the person answering the phone said it was a busy time for them and maybe they could take a look at it sometime if I emailed them. I wish I could give less than one star! Terrible service; the woman I talked to was short with me and wouldn't listen and/or didn't try to understand what I was describing to her. The finished product was way different than what I had wanted and was ridiculously small for the price. Considering it was from an established floral shop, what I ended up getting looked no better than something I could have gotten from a grocery store for a fraction of the cost. I definitely won't be ordering again and would tell others not to bother; you won't be getting anything special from Poseyland. read more
