I knocked half of the outlets and light fixtures in my house out when I was using my blow dryer one night. I had a handy friend come by and take a look at things hoping it was an easy fix, but he went around testing things and told me I needed to call an electrician. I knew I needed an electrician to work on other things around the house so it was a great opportunity to get everything done at once. I reached out to Inception via Yelp and Marco replied to me soon after to schedule a phone call with me the following day. I explained my current issue and explained the other things I would like done. He came out the next day to take a look at the project and provided a quote a day after. I called his office to schedule a day for his team to come out. I wasn't in a rush or anything as all the important lights and outlets were still working so I was on the schedule for about a week and a half later. Abdiel, Richard, Kim, and Abel (I think that was his name!) all came out and worked on various things. They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. I would occasionally pop in to ask a question and they happily explained what was going on. Had Marco and his team place ceiling fans in our home we purchased a year ago. Marco was responsive and quite reliable. However, the workmanship of his team was spotty. A year later, one of our rooms was excruciatingly hot in this 90+ degree weather and we could not explain why. My husband went into the attic and found that there were left over tools and the insulation was just stacked on top of each other and not replaced after Marco and his team finished the job. Met Marco who provided me a super reasonable estimate for installation of four flood lights and outdoor outlets. I can't say enough about the work they did. The work is super clean and professionally installed. I'm very happy with the lights and placement of the outdoor outlets. As they were working on the lights, the main lead had called me out to ok the upper gfci placement and we noticed there had been some arcing happening at the sub panel level, upon further inspection he noticed the cable run was the main cable from main to sub panel and for some reason it had been spliced and jammed in a junction box, as soon as he unscrewed the box, the cables arced like if was 4th of July. He got on the phone with Marco and asked him to schedule the job urgently, Marco came by and took a look at it, he consulted with his lead who told him he wanted to run a brand new line as he didn't trust the old one. Marco got back to me with a price a date same day. His lead man said he would run a brand new line, he did not want to use anything from the old set up. He kept his word and ran the new line and finished the job super clean and mostly safe. I have to say the price was more than reasonable, and Marco worked with me every step of the way. I had a week to test the lights before the emergency job took place and I preferred the front light to be brighter, Marco checked in with me to see how I liked the lights and told me to let him know if any issues came up. I asked him if I could get a brighter light and he came through with a brighter and better light. Thanks man! Lastly, i needed an outlet inside the house, the wiring was there but had been covered with a plate, I asked him to add the light to the estimate and he just told me, bro I'll do it for you feee of charge, to top it off he gifted me the outlet and was done just as promised. I needed 2 outlets replaced the first quote they gave was 800 and I said no then they said we'll work with you we can do it for 700 still a hard pass the technician would go outside and speak in Spanish so you can't understand what is being said this kept going on till it got down to 400 which I still declined .
