After leaving a voice mail, Frank called me back within a day or two, had a good conversation about what we needed, and he promised somebody would come over by the end of the week. Sure enough, a few days later I got a phone call saying they were doing a nearby job the following day and would like to stop by when it was convenient. I forget the gentleman's name, but the next day he arrived when we agreed, we spoke for 10 mins or so as he scoped out the property and the job, and he explained Frank would call back to get me on the schedule. Frank called back soon after, and we scheduled the job maybe two weeks later, toward the end of June. On the appointed day, the crew showed up about 8am, did their job, cleaned up, and was done by noon. While the house looked great, we were most concerned with our gutters. There was one dam in the front and another in the back, causing a waterfall. My biggest concern was water backing up and seeping into the attic. After Dr. Roof N Shine's work, I'm happy to report that there is no more damming in my gutters and water is flowing to the down spouts as expected. I used somebody else a few years ago and while the ultimate job was fine, the interactions I had left a lot to be desired, not to mention the cigarette butts in my front landscaping and sidewalk. This time, Renoldo came with his assistant to install one door for $ 1,500.00 and to patch over three huge cracks in the attic ceiling and wall that the company renovated in September, just six months ago. In short, wrong door knobs (twice!), a gap between the door frame and door (which they didn't want to fix), and nearly two, frustrating hours texting Dustin, the manager, who claimed he was right about everything and wouldn't take responsibility for an unsatisfactory job. I had to take doorknob pictures to prove my point because he insisted that he had purchased the right doorknob. WTF! I had to put up with his sarcasm, denials, name-calling, and gaslighting to get him to do the job. One door and a lot of unnecessary stress and aggravation. Never again, even if they paid me a million dollars, will I EVER work with this company again. Addendum: after much ado over everything, the company bought the proper color for the wood filler and filled all gaps and cracks left after they redid the door, which they should do with every door they replace that leaves ugly gaps in people's hardwood floors, even if the prior door installer was considered by them to have installed it improperly.

The communication was fantastic -he was super responsive and we handled everything (pricing, options, deposit, appointment) electronically. He arrived as scheduled around 9:30 on Friday and he was finished around 3:00. He was very polite, professional, thorough, neat, and a real pleasure to deal with. He set up a venting system (that looked like a giant caterpillar) down our center hallway into a bedroom window to evacuate the fumes from the resurfacing spray -that was a very nice touch. We added on for a non-slip treatment to the tub floor and a professional caulking job around the tub/floor and tub/wall joints.
