But there was a problem from the beginning! The truck-based cleaning system broke down in my driveway, actually it was the onboard generator that runs the cleaning equipement. Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! The replacement truck was delivered by the owner of the company, Adam. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and shook my hand. I watched Walter work now and then, he cleaned, used neutralizer and smelled the loveseat cushions over and over. He did the cushion cleaning outside on a ground cloth! I waited 4 days to write this review; I wanted to make sure the Pee Smell was gone in both cases. They dried it out quickly and worked with my insurance to make the process easy. I also used them for the rebuild services because they had the quickest turnaround, and that is where we ran into issues. The "plumber" did not properly attach the new sink and it is loose and not properly bracketed. This was never resolved. The floor installers set my AC to 58Degrees, removed my inside garage door, and left the AC on max for several days straight while it was 100degrees outside. They also spilled mortar and grout all over my driveway. I asked them to clean it up but they did not understand english. It left permanent stains. The painters got paibt all over my trim and light switches and lightswitch covers. I'm pretty sure they also punched or kicked my dog, we had to put her down. Don't leave any of these subcontractors alone in your house.

I only call this out because I was told to call Manchester, which I did but both locations are on the same business card and it appears the people I dealt with came from Bloomfield. But it was all good! I had a really horrible sewer leak in my house and while the plumbing was repaired elsewhere we needed major clean up. I called SERVPRO as my excellent plumber suggested and they were able to come out next day. The estimator explained what needed to be done, gave me a verbal estimate but wasn't able to confirm exact price at the moment (he tried but someone at the main office wasn't around or something). This was the only thing that could have been improved - no exact price and he was a tad on the slick slide . I called the office later in the day and got a precise quote that was less than the verbal by several hundred so I was good to go! Crew of 3 arrived the following morning, on time, and they were great! Got right to work, we're friendly, VERY clean and did a wonderful job. They had to remove Sheetrock, insulation and debris and clean and disinfect . I believe the lead was Geno and a Project Manager named Dustin stopped by mid-project. Both these guys are top notch and I can't say enough about how happy I was with the experience. The job was done right and quite honestly for less than I thought it would cost.

They cleared everything out, removed sheetrock and disinfected the entire area. They left air blowers for 3 days. On the 2nd day gentleman named Chris came to disinfect/spray again and rearranged the blowers. He was very nice and looked over the area thoroughly. He showed sympathy for our situation and was very sociable. In a time of crisis like this, when water needs to be removed immediately, I was so pleased with this company. They did an awesome job for an affordable price which left us with funds to rebuild. I will definitely reccomend them!!
