So happy we went with Yuri and Indec Company. Not many reviews of the business on Yelp yet but here are some takeways from our exterior paint job with Yuri and his team. 1) Yuri is very responsive and will make the time to chat. We had a lot of questions prior to putting a contract in place and he answered every question in detail. He was very open with communication the entire way. 2) Yuri's team is very detailed. After applying a first coat, they will examine and determine if a second / third coat is necessary. After the job - his team allowed us to do a final inspection and would touch up as needed. Yuri would than do another quality inspection himself to ensure that it meets his standards. I truly felt that Yuri cared about the job, customer satisfaction, and his teams reputation of "no compromises". 3) Yuri provided his professional input. He didn't try to sell us anything extra. With the paint selection - he asked us if we planned on painting to sell or painting to live. We aren't planning on moving so we selected a higher quality / premium Paint from Sherman Williams (Duration and Emerald). Our house has held the same color for 20+ years and Indec really gave it a refresh. My parents love the outcome and are really happy with Indecs work. I asked my dad for input as well as I write this review and two words that came up over and over again were "customer service" and "quality". I have had Indec do quite a few jobs over the past five years: (1) painting a room (2) putting new siding on a chimney while also painting the siding. (3) Painting wicker furniture (4) Painting the fascia of a house (5) Painting the exterior of two houses (6) Replacing the exterior boards of a deck and staining the deck. Their cut lines are sharp and the paint is beautifully applied. The quality of their woodwork is also fantastic. All jobs are done to a very high quality and for a reasonable price. Owner Yuri was convincing in the quality of the work that he promised and was written into the contract. He didn't do the work, however (a crew of two did, with another supervisor) and only showed up when problems arose. The quality of the painting on our 1936 house appeared good. But it seems the two guys who actually did the work may have been a hurry to move on because they left trash bags on the property that I had to ask to be removed. Worse was that I found more trash (wood from some repairs and lots of blue tape) thrown over our fence and into our shrubs that I picked up myself and added to the trash bags left behind. There were bits of spilled paint on the deck, as though drop cloths to protect from spills weren't used. I had to ask that they return to clean them. An area of the dark gray fence has white paint speckles all over it from spray painting the white railing above the fence. I'll wait until warmer weather arrives to paint over the speckles but a good painter wouldn't allow this! All in all, the paint job was good, just some basic details that we had to ask the company owner to have his crew return to fix. They did. read more

I hired Yuri for an exterior paint job of two adjoining townhomes owned by myself and a neighbor. I compared a few quotes before starting and his price was the lowest. I was originally worried this project would be a headache because it's a three story townhouse in cramped corners, pay needed to be split across owners, some paint colors needed to be matched, etc. However the company took care of everything and made it very straight forward for us.
