The rice should have that crispy texture from the hot stone bowl, but instead it was wet, mushy, and didn't feel like a true bibimbap experience. The most disappointing part was being asked to leave around 2:15 while people were still finishing their food and drinks. Overall, it felt more like we were being managed out the door than hosted. I was genuinely embarrassed to have brought corporate guests here.

Rather a plate. It was still good, but it was my least favorite dish of the evening. In addition to the trout, the plate came with Durst Farm asparagus, leeks, gribiche, and trout roe. The main reason I didn't love this dish was because it had a hard boiled eggs in it. This is 100% my fault because I didn't know what grit is in.
