He is so kind, compassionate, brilliant and caring, and we loved all the nurse practitioners we worked with at his office.

I've suffered from allergies for far to long with never getting any treatment. He has you sit with him in his office and goes over your entire health history. Never rushing you for an answer and asking follow up questions if he needs anything clarified. Then once that is done you go into the exam room where again there is no rush. I've gotten tested for everything under the sun, not just the run of the mill common allergens. I look forward to receiving my treatment plan. But mostly look forward to one day living without having to clear my throat cause of phlegm. Oh and the ladies in the front are sweet, funny and extremely helpful. And a super plus, plus he runs on time. I couldn't believe it, I've never encountered that kind of service. I've actually gone in close to 10 times and always punctual.

And when they're incompetent ends up being a complete inconvenience to you they do not care. They don't even apologize. I called weeks ago for an appointment with the doctor. They told me the doctor was booking really far out. I told them I wanted to definitely have him see the doctor eventually, but in the meantime, I was offered to see the nurse practitioner. I expressed to her since I wanted him to get in quickly or as quick as possible, which was within a couple weeks that I'd be willing to see the nurse practitioner quote so long as I can still see the doctor eventually" she assured me that that would be fine. So we decided on April 23 for the nurse practitioner and then she made me appointment in June to follow up with the doctor. I do not live close. I live 40 minutes away and I had to pull my child out of school, and then we drove all the way out there showed up 15 minutes early for our appointment and she proceeds to tell me that we do not have an appointment. I explained to her that I absolutely did have an appointment and she basically made it seem like since I couldn't remember the name of the person who scheduled the appointment or had some sort of text message appointment reminder that I had basically just made it up in my mind or something. She told me that I only had an appointment in June and I told her and explained to her what had happened and how I had the initial appointment with the nurse practitioner and I was told that I had a follow up appointment with the doctor in June, she told me "we cannot make two appointments at one time" which is interesting because whoever takes appointments when you call over the phone clearly doesn't know that rule and did not let me know that or else I would not have gone out of my way to call out of work and pull my child out of school to go to my nonexistent appointment because of their incompetence. Needless to say, I will never be going back there again and I do not recommend this place at all because they're incompetent, they're rude, they don't even apologize when they make mistakes or try to make it right. We were standing there she could've tried to squeeze us in, but she didn't even try. She just stood there smugly in my face saying sorry your problem not mine.

Jen, I think it was, was SO unprofessional and rude to me. When giving her my insurance info on the phone she interrupted me rudely when I explained that some other doctors had forgotten a digit and therefore my insurance didn't go through properly. I emailed to cancel my appointment after reading these awful reviews online, and got back a weird message that was clearly typed out but made to look like an auto response, telling me to call. I called 3 times over the course of 24 hours and got sent to the hold line. Left a message asking to please call me back and confirmed I'm cancelled - they called back and didn't leave a voicemail. When I called a third time to confirm, they were SO rude and interrupted me, hung up on me. This is NOT how anyone's medical experience should go. Please entrust your medical care with someone else who actually cares.

I started off asking if they offer pinprick testing, and then asking if they do environmental allergens. Perhaps this is a basic question, but she only answered vaguely, with a "yes we do, and we have many." I tried to repeat the question, to ask how many environmental allergens they have the capacity to treat for, and she again refused to answer, asking why I need to know that. From then, she took an impatient and hostile tone. All I am trying to do is be informed. Some allergists only have the capacity to test for 20, others have up to 60. Meanwhile, some allergists are able to put on several panels (all 60) in 1 visit, while others draw it out over 5-6 visits. I am glad that I stayed on the line to figure out what their testing process generally is: 1 consult, 1 separate visit per panel (5 panels), 1 summary visit. That means it could be 5-7 visits. Who has the time for that? If I had just scheduled an appointment, like the receptionist rushedly prompted me to do 4 times in the phone call, then I would have started a lengthy process that just would not work with my schedule. If an office is at all interested in getting new business, you should have the utmost patience and transparency when responding to client inquires about what treatments and testing is available, and the estimated time frame for the treatments. I believe patience and respectful customer service is extremely important. If not these basic values, what else do we have left in the world?

Our son is on the autism spectrum and has struggled with a range of issues that affect his daily comfort, behavior, and development. Since starting NAET, we've seen real, tangible improvements--not only in his allergy symptoms but in his overall engagement and emotional well-being. One of the most incredible moments happened after a treatment for vaccine-related sensitivities and mercury. That same week, our son--who has never been social with other children--spontaneously engaged with his visiting cousin and verbally asked to play. It was a moment we'll never forget, and a huge milestone for our family. Dr. Melissa and Dr. Keith are compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They truly take the time to understand our son's unique needs and always create a calm, supportive environment where he feels safe. Their dedication and expertise in NAET have given us hope and real results. We highly recommend the NAET clinic in Buena Park to any family with a child on the spectrum. Their work has made a remarkable difference in our son's life--and in ours.

I believe hormonal changes triggered it, but my face, hands, and fingers became allergic to almost everything. My skin was constantly itchy, inflamed, and uncomfortable. I couldn't wear makeup or lipstick without irritation, and even basic products caused reactions. After my second child was born, the condition became much worse. I developed full-blown dermatitis on all my fingers. I saw multiple dermatologists and tried changing shampoos, soaps, and products, but nothing helped. I was even allergic to hand sanitizers -- which made daily life during COVID incredibly difficult. My fingers were painfully itchy, blistered, and cracked. I relied heavily on cortisone creams, which eventually weakened my skin so much that it would break. I often had to wrap several fingers just to function. I was truly miserable. After receiving NAET treatments from Dr. Christian and Melissa, all of my symptoms are gone. I can now wash my hands with regular soap, use beautifully scented shampoo, and wear makeup and lipstick again -- without any reaction. My skin is completely healed. Dr, Christian and Melissa always made me feel so welcome and treated me so nicely. They are the nicest people you will ever meet. NAET works. Dr. Christian is the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I am beyond grateful for the new, normal life he has given me.
