Best Indian Food I've ever had. They weren't cheap about giving me extra tamarind like other places I've been to... mahli kofta and butter chicken were awesome! We left full and I think the price is very good for an affordable Branson, MO meal. My kids and husband liked it (they tend to be picky) and we will go back for sure every time we visit Branson. Every time we come to Branson we eat here at least once. Sometimes twice. Last trip we came for lunch and discovered the only option was the buffet. It was good but we still prefer ordering off the menu. We came for dinner this trip. We had the ginger chicken, roti and a stuffed naan. The stuffed naan was off the charts good. I can't recall what it's called but it has dates, raisins, pistachios and cashews in it. I could have made a meal of that. What I didn't like was that there was a single cramped bathroom stall for each men & women. Especially after drinking 3 glasses of water with the meal. The food is delicious and the staff is at your call basically the entire meal. My husband and I came to Branson for my birthday on the 4th of July. We are visiting Branson and wanted try to eat at restaurants off the beaten path so we visited the Clay Oven for dinner. It was a little more expensive than what we normally budget and the portions were on the smaller side, but the food was EXCELLENT. Our somewhat picky kids ordered the chicken stuffed bread (really reasonably priced) and ate every bit. My husband and I ordered chicken dishes and both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. After being over the tourist trap that is W 76, I was looking for something different since I didn't want American food for dinner and came across this place, the prices are on par with home. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and my husband ordered the chicken korma, my food lacked a little spice but was still good and my husband's was perfect, I wish I ordered his. I also thought the butter naan needed a touch of salt so maybe salted butter instead of unsalted. Delicious little find we came across on our thanksgiving trip to Branson! My kids are picky eaters & even they loved it!

Visiting from out of town, didn't know what to expect. Clean: establishment is very clean, bathrooms were spotless. The place was quite full with other guests, still quick service and very friendly. The owner himself is there helping around. They didn't mind my 1 y/o and the mess she made, though I did leave a bigger tip for that. Owner was kind and playful with her. Lamb! Amazing. Had the Josh Lamb, Mongo Lassi and Naan. Wife had Tikka Masala. Great balance of spice and flavor. Rice was very well done, grained to perfection. Naan was good. Overall: clean and neat. They cleaned up a table where a couple of kids 1 and 3 had been eating and it was spotless. Flavors great and authentic. Service, polite, friendly and efficient. I would go back again. A possible "con" with mango lassi and coffee, plus naan for a meal for 2 (and baby) we paid about $63, not including tip. A little pricey if you ask me. This place ranks as one of my favorite destinations in Branson. I happily drive from Springfield to eat here. The staff is excellent and very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. My favorite is the shrimp korma. With the paneer naan. Cannot say enough wonder things about this restaurant. My parents were in Branson celebrating their wedding Anniversary. I called from California, made reservations, ordered an incredible meal, and paid over the phone. The service was impeccable. The Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Biryani was described by my mother as "delicious enough to make us over eat again and again." My dad raved about the Paneer Pakora and Samosa Chat appetizers, and especially enjoyed the Lamb Korma. The owners were so easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make the evening special. They even created an anniversary dessert with Gulab Jamun and added a candle!! The buffet is only on Fridays and Saturdays. But it's a good one. I particularly enjoyed the sag paneer and the chicken tikka masala. But there were plenty of other tasty cooked items, as well as salad ingredients, kheer, raita, etc. The pudding was just okay, with fruit cocktail fruits instead of fresh. I love Indian food and I've had a lot of it in many cities. I never expected to have some of the best Indian food of my life in Branson, MO! Had the Alu Tikka, Samosas and Paneer Tikka Masala and everything was incredibly good. During the off season, this is one of the few places that keeps normal hours during the week.
