Lovely place to have lunch in! We ordered chicken tikka masala and it was AH-MAZING. It was very delicious. And even the naans were great..Soft and crisp. We get a cup of rice as complimentary. The ambience is good. We had little flies here and there which was irritating. Prices might seem a little expensive but it's worth for the food's taste. It was a little surprising that they fix the gratuity to be paid. when asked for the check, they added the gratuity of 18% of the total check amount which was far high and I have never seen something like that. And moreover not asking for out opinion about how much we would like to let the gratuity stay is sort of rude and impolite. Though we were very happy and satisfied with the food, at the end we were sort of surprised. So though the food scores 5 rating, the overall experience with the check scores 3.5 rating. read more

I ate here with a group of 5 last night. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. Our drinks never ran empty, and the owner (I presume) made sure we enjoyed our dinners. We're currently visiting Branson and drove around this afternoon looking for a diner to stop at and have lunch. Saw the India Clay Oven & Grill and thought, why not? We are so glad we did! The place is clean, the service was attentive, and food was wonderful. We ordered the appetizer sampler, and Butter Chicken to share, and we still had leftovers (there are two of us). Will definitely stop by here again the next time we come to Branson! By the way, if you are unsure about what to order, on Saturdays they have a buffet which will allow you to try several different menu items. read more

We had a table of 4 and all got something different, then tried everything. Everything was amazing! We also shared an order of Kashmiri Naan. SO GOOD! The staff was fantastic - cleared the table, filled waters, and checked on us appropriately. The atmosphere was calm - no buffet at dinner, which was nice. The decor was interesting - very bright with a lot of fake flowers - but for a place like Branson it was okay. At least there wasn't a giant rooster out front. At any rate, the quality of the food and service totally outweighs any lack visual aesthetics. read more

I ate here for lunch and this place was delicious!! I had a tough tome deciding between the butter chicken and tikka masala but ended up choosing the tikka masala. At medium heat it was the perfect amount of spicy and the chicken was so tender. I also had garlic nan bread on the side and it was very good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc I think this place is a little pricey. If the entrees were just a few bucks cheaper it would be more reasonable. Also maybe if they had lunch size portions or a lunch menu bc it was way too much food for lunch. I guess I just get to enjoy the leftovers. read more

If you are looking for a place to eat after most everything thing else has closed, this is the place to be. The staff was very friendly and jovial. We ate family style and enjoyed the flavors of the lamb tikka masala, tandoori chicken, and chicken tikka. The entrees were all good, except that the chicken was dry, it was a pity since everything else about the dish was great. For appetizers we had the paneer pakora and lasoni gobi. The sauces with the paneer were very good. The lasoni gobi was amazing, I would visit here just to sit and eat plate after plate of it. read more

Exceptionally delicious. The Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice was absolutely amazing. The chicken melted in your mouth like butter. One thing that was unexpected was the Chicken Tandoori Nan, so flavorful. I would give this place easily 5 stars. It really was that good, however for myself, the cilantro (coriander) was just a little too much for me. There's no way to have anything really without it. However despite that it really was delicious, and would recommend it to anyone visiting or living in Branson. read more

Mounti Bouti buffet they have Friday and Saturday only is the best buffet it Branson. The owner is there every day and works really hard to make sure you are enjoying your stay and that his restaurant is the very best in Branson. This was only my second time eating Indian food. I told the server, and he immediately made some suggestions. We tried the spinach naan, cheese naan, and onion naan. All three were great. Lamb Vindaloo and Chicken Korma were both excellent. Server provided complimentary rice pudding since we were new to Indian cuisine. The entire staff was so attentive and helpful. Reasonable prices. I am from Kansas City. My fiancé and I had a spring break and had a chance to visit Branson, MO. I usually search yelp to find good restaurants in the area that I visit. This time, we chose this place since the reviews sounded very good. We had butter chicken and palak paneer. Those were awesome!!! We have traveled more than 30 states and tried Indian food in various restaurants, but this one is the best of them I have ever been. First time Indian experience. This place was AMAZING. Was somewhat crowded when I went, and they were extremely short handed, but definitely worth the wait. Owner even gave us a free desert for being so patient. I had the lamb vandaloo (sp?) while my girlfriend had the chicken curry. The food was hot and crisp! We came here for a Saturday lunch buffet and we didn't regret it! While we were eating we watched as 2 separate parties of Native Indians walked in the door for lunch. Each party had over a dozen people in it. That's a great sign that the food is good and authentic! We are locals and we will definitely be coming back. read more

I absolutely love this place! The food was so good! In my opinion it was worth the slightly larger price tag. Ingredients were very fresh as well. I had the regular Naan and the Chicken Tikka Masala and I was floored at how good it was. Enjoyed every bite! The portion was good as well. Just enough to be comfortable and not stuffed. We love spicy and super flavorful food. This place is amazingly authentic Indian food! So so delicious. The garlic naan and cheese naan is my favorite. As for the main dishes, chicken saag is my main favorite because it has so many spices and its spicy. The Lamb Rogan Josh is my second just because it's lamb and extremely tender and spicy.
