Meat bad before the printed sell by date.

Decreasing quality day by day! Avoid goat meat. Bad customer service, rude employees. Store does not accept return for bad food/items. Always check bills against items before you leave. The vegatable quality is usually good but area is dirty and the Goat meat is most often bad and unhealthy. The goat meat used to be good earlier but now i have found the goat meat to be bad more than few times. If you are lucky you can get fresh or else they will sell you unhealthy meat which you cannot return. Store doent accept return even when the meat has foul smell before the printed sell by date. Recently, i bought the meat on May16 and it was bad(foul smelling) after a day on May17. Called the store on May 18 and talked with the manager saying the printed date mentions may22. He was rude, didnot apologize a single time, and said its my problem after i bought it and hung up on me.

The butcher section. They got all kinds of meat (fish, veal, organic desi chicken, organic halal chicken, beef..etc)

This place is huge..really huge!! I wish this place was in quincy. I don't want to be driving an hour for groceries but if you are looking for something rare/unique spice that you are not able to find at a regular indian grocery store, you will find it here. They have a huge food section where you could buy some while leaving or order few kabobs to be cooked while you shop. By the way they have kabobs marinated and ready to be cooked. Some of the varieties you find are Paneer kabab, Spicy tilapia, Arabian tilapia, King fish, Fried pomfret, Tandoori chicken, Haryali kabob, Chicken tikka, Tangri , Spicy lamb, Arabian lamb, Lamb sheek kabob, Chicken sheek kabob, Chicken bihari, spicy chicken Tilapia to name a few. You could order any of the kabobs by skew to be cooked. The food was strictly ok but the highlight is the meat section. They have got organic chicken, desi chicken, lamb, goat and all kinds of fish - Black pomfret, Red snapper, Hilsha, Mirgal, Koral to name a few. The prices are pretty descent. The grocery section is pretty huge and you will not be disappointed. Overall a great store for indian groceries and food. Hands-down the best.

Wow. What a pleasant surprise. Hidden beneath Christmas Tree Shops. An absolutely huge Indian grocery store. With halal meats, Hoya foods, and specialties from many south Asian cultures. Easy access off rt 9 only 5 miles west of 495. This is my new go to Indian grocer. Definitely a destination shop.

    WOW!

They carry many brands from across the world (Morocco, Turkey, etc) and the times I've purchased halal meats I have been very pleased with the quality.

His manager came out and told me that the corn on the cob, the zucchini, and the pickling cucumbers were grown locally. I bought two of reach to take on my flight back to Florida. Usually I get a box of Italian pastry to bring home but this was even better. I was going to pickle the cukes, but after trying a slice, they were too good to pickle. I had one sliced with organic ranch dressing from Whole Foods. I boiled the fresh corn to go along with barbecue chicken and sautéed and zucchini with butter, garlic and usual seasoning. This stand is the same as I remember it as a child. It's clean and organized. They have the plenty of staff to keep the selection of fruits and vegetables fresh. I will be back soon.

It's not just a maze; it's a test of will and a challenge to your sense of direction. I'm pretty sure I saw a family celebrating their one-year maze-iversary in there. I emerged an hour later, a different man, covered in bits of corn stalk and existential dread. And the pumpkins? They're magnificent. I didn't just pick one; I was chosen. We locked eyes across the field, a giant, warty gourd and I. It was a moment of pure, unadulterated connection. I paid the very reasonable price and felt a sense of pride that I haven't experienced since I successfully parallel parked on the first try. In conclusion, S&S Farm is more than just a farm stand. It's a hilarious, humbling, and slightly muddy adventure. 10/10, would get lost in a corn maze again.

Around Christmastime, a family friend brought over a box of one of Davidian's blueberry pies. None of my family members have a sweet tooth, making us a bit picky when it comes to desserts. We each had a slice after our holiday dinner and could NOT stop raving about how good it was. We immediately took a picture of the box label so that we could remember to stop by there ourselves and pick up some more. While my family and I live about an hour away from this farm, I have to make work trips to the Worcester area every now and then, which gave me the perfect excuse to swing by on my way back home. I grabbed two, a blueberry for my family and an apple one as a gift for a friend. As we were cutting up some slices, my parents and I kept making little jokes that perhaps we'd over-exaggerated to ourselves about how good the pie actually was, as it had been more than 3 months since trying it that first time. Nope! Was literally as delicious as we'd remembered, perhaps even better. The filling is absolutely amazing-- just from taste alone, you can tell that the blueberries are high-quality and sourced directly from their own fields. The entire pie was gone within one night, so I definitely should have bought more, LOL. Typical store-bought pies (you know which ones I mean-- the ones with the artificial, over-processed "fruit" filling) don't hold a candle to Davidian's!
