My experience with tandoori chicken in the past was that it can be dry and not pack the seasoning punch that you would expect from such a vibrant color. But this was quite the opposite, tender and juicy chicken that was exploding with flavor. The curries were also rich and deep in taste, with much more chicken than you get at many other establishments these days.
