Lamb Chops

Our friends recently moved into the area. They had delivery from here and didn't like it but we wanted to give it another try. We were NOT disappointed. We had the Samosa Chaat for an appetizer and it was DELICIOUS! My fiancé isn't a fan of yogurt but he loved it! I order veggie Marsala and they were able to customize it with chick peas, cauliflower, and onion for me. Yummy yummy! Our friends both had the Dosa and loved it. Recommend this place plus the service was great and the restaurant decor was nice!

Chicken Tikka Masala on left Lamb Khorma on right. Both were excellent

We checked out Indian Flame and used a Local Flavor $15 for $30 worth of food coupon, which we presented to our server before ordering. We tried a couple of appetizers and main courses. The chicken samosas were tasty and so was the cheese dosa which was huge! They brought out a nice variety of delicious dipping sauces for the apps. For the mains, my girlfriend got the chicken tikka masala and I got the lamb khorma. Both were full of flavor, such a tasty combination of spices. The lamb was really tender and sat in a rich cashew cream sauce. A large portion of basmati rice accompanied the dishes. We loved everything we ordered and we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, and delicious food and drink…read more Portion sizes could be bigger, but honestly this a place to look good and fancy for a date you're trying to impress. It's not a great bang for your buck place that will fill the gut. The Spanish octopus, for example, was delicious, but the serving size is small, and it's in the share category on the menu! It's got a great view outside and was certainly packed during Valentine's day weekend. I'd recommend going if you want the experience.

It would make a nice spot to grab a drink, sit out on their patio, which overlooks the river, or enjoy dinner in their main dining room. Since we were a large group, we ordered several appetizers, including the Ricotta Bread, Smoked Burrata Skillet and Tuna Tartare. Everything was absolutely delicious! For my entree, I ordered the King Crab Spaghetti, which had lumps of king crab mixed in the pasta. It was light and flavorful. I definitely recommend it! They also have a ton of cocktails, wines and a few beer offerings. I got a Watermelon Mule mocktail, which was so refreshing. Our server, Sarah, was so friendly and attentive to our group. I highly recommend Sea Smoke for a delicious dining experience!

Great ambiance and food at Paolo Lombardi's tonight for a family dinner. Service was excellent and…read moreeverything we ordered was delicious. Their calamari was fantastically breaded and accompanied by a tasty marinara. Hubby and I shared the chicken parm and lobster ravioli, both were enjoyed. Their house salad is nice (pro tip: get blue cheese and ask for a side of Italian to drizzle over). The house Pinot noir was excellent and really complimented my meal well. They have it decorated festive for the holiday season, which made it feel really special.

I did have to scoop ice off the top of both of my martinis. We shared a heaping portion of balsamic calamari. The dish didn't do much for me because I like a more firm crispy breading. The house salads were traditional with creamy Bleu cheese dressing shredded carrots cabbage cucumbers cherry tomatoes and olives. The iceberg was fresh and the salad plate chilled. We both enjoyed a peice of warm bread and whipped butter with the salad. Both veal entrees were served low temperature but the angel hair pasta was piping hot. I had plenty of button mushrooms that needed a but more time on sautee. I think they mushrooms were moved too quickly and could have developed a deeper flavor. The only thing we really waited during dinmer for water and cocktail refills. For my first time dining here I definitely enjoyed the food.

We had a reservation Saturday evening before visiting the Egg. The host was super duper friendly…read moreand he immediatelly brought us to a small two top in the back dining area. The wine by the glass list was limited and fifty percent was vegan. I ordered the Mosen German Reisling which is more sweet than I prefer but there were no other options. My guy ordered a brown beer on tap, i'm unsure the name. We started with appetizers crab rangoon dip with crispy delicious wonton chips. And the second mozzarella eggrolls. I would pass on the eggrolls im the future. The motz is advertised smoked but lacked a smoky flavor. The Harissa had the spice level simular to Heinz ketchup. My entree was a Cuban sandwich that did deliver some heat, well pressed with plenty of pickles. We would love to see a wider wine selection and a turn up on the spice and flavor for the appetizers.

Decided to give a try. The place is a total vibe, dont let the outside and area fool you! It had been a long day by the time we got here, did the outlets all day long and I was coming down with a cold. Ordered a ton of apps, Crab rangoon dip is GOOOOOODDDD!!!!... Ordered Calamari that apparently I didnt get a pic of, but It was good also. I think we got wings, but I truly cant remember. I got the risotto, I didnt love it but the Shrimp were delish, it had a super strong after taste flavor that I didnt love but couldnt truly put my finger on, Hubby said his pasta was good, but just needed "something". Would def go back just not sure how often we'd be in the area. Drink menu was super extensive and they were great as well. Started to feel not well and literally had to take our food to go, the waitress was soo concerned and caring, it was great, and it was no fault of the food or theirs, I think it was just whatever cold I was coming down with that kicked my ass and I felt like I was going to pass out, sorry TMI... But the response was so nice and accommodating from the staff. Def worth a try, just be patient with parking, it was slightly chaotic, or that night we just happened to encounter all the people in the are who couldnt drive in tight spaces, LOL!

Places like this are why my Yelp profile lists Peruvian cuisine as my Current Crush at this time…read more The staff, the atmosphere, and the food, exemplify everything I've come to like about it. My sister came here first, at the recommendation of her Spanish instructor (from South America), who said the cuisine here was very close to how these dishes are actually prepared in Peru. I had only recently learned about the fairly complex background of the foods and the variety of cultures on which it's based. All of those are represented on their menu. I went with a traditional route (or maybe MY traditional route) for a first dinner here. That began with a Pisco cocktail. Mine was the Machu Picchu Express, which includes coffee liqueur and Bailey's. It was quite tasty. That was followed by chicken empanadas. What impressed me the most about these was the crust, thin without being extra-crispy, with its own flavor apart from the chicken. I'm not up to "tentacles" or "innards" for my dinners, but I was quite content with the rotisserie chicken, and I got to sample another seafood dish at the table. I love the spices on that chicken, so flavorful and so tender. I think I could eat that every day and never be tired of it (of course I'll try other entrees). The canary beans are a great side dish too, and I used the sauce on my rice. Since a lot of the seafood dishes say "fish" in the description, you may want to ask your server if they know which types of fish are going into the dish. We saw delicious looking flan go to another table, so we wanted some for ourselves for dessert. Our waitress said that they had just finished a fresh one, but it was still too hot to slice. If we wanted some, we'd probably have to wait a while. We passed, but she was nice enough to give us some complimentary shortbread cookie sandwiches. Dinner here was a great experience, and I look forward to coming back.
