Always a good time here! Checking in early for a 9am tee time! Course had been recently punch, but the greens were pretty good nonetheless. Real foggy start but by the hole 11 suns out guns out! A little set back on hole 4 when we realized our cart foot break didn't work and we kept rolling! LOL! No one got hurt but they were quick to come get the cart!!! Shout out to the mower mechanic that helped switch the bag so my partner could shoot and keep pace! Look forward to another round soon!!! read more

I played this course at least 10 times, and I always enjoy my rounds, carts are clean no wait time to tee off (check in 10 min prior) the staff is friendly, fully loaded bar and kitchen with a putting area. The course sits on hills and the cart drive can get scenic at the back 9. I play solo and the people who golf here are super friendly and often offer me to join their play which I think is amazing I definitely recommend this course to any type of golfer read more

Golf course conditions are pretty nice. Greens are ok, but their choice of pin locations feel like they want everyone to have a miserable time. Prices per round seem high for what it is. The bar / resturant is crazy over priced (18.50 for 2 hot dogs and a Gatorade) The worst part of this course is plan on making any round a whole day. They way over book tee times and you will be waiting at every hole all day. Yesterday took almost 6 hours and the last 2 holes were speed golf because it was getting dark. We had 2-3 groups waiting at every tee box all day and could see it was the same on the hole in front of us. I hope the golf course sees this and backs down the tee times to every 15 or 20 mins instead of every 10 mins. read more

Beautiful course, staff is really nice and overall a good experience every time I play the course. The one big challenge they have is that they overbook tee times. Too many players on the course at one time making a round of golf take 6 hours. 90% of the holes we had to wait for the group in front of us to clear the area before we could hit. This really makes a way too long of a game. We noticed that the group in front of us is waiting for the group on front of them. We asked the Marshall and he told us that everyone is moving at a good pace, but that there are too many players right now. Oh well, hopefully this gets better read more

Played on 9/28/24 at a 1:20 tee time for a threesome. I have never played a worse paced course in 30 years. We had to drive off at the 16th because of the sun going down. We were on a 6 hour pace. Asked about a Marshall and was told he was out golfing. Went to the bar and restaurant at the turn and they had no cook and a horrible selection of bottled drinks. On top of that, no cart person. For the price they charge, this was an embarrassment. I've played here over the years about 20-40 times. Not sure what happened to this place but I will NEVER return. read more

Pros: The golf corse is well kept as far as the grass. The cafeteria has amazing breakfast burritos they are 10/10. You can call ahead and pre order ahead. Con's: a lot of areas need to be remodeled like the parking lot the restaurant overall. The management kept approaching us while golfing due to how slow we were golfing. How lever the group in front of us started 10 min late. They must have been regulars that the manager kept sending employees to tell us to please hurry up. We were a group of 6. Maybe not as experienced as the three guys behind our tea time. I've gone to amazing golf courses like Sierra lakes and never had issues. Not to happy with the management of this place. Also I had been to this location in 2019 to check out check out the wedding venue. I would never get married at a location this out dated. I still feel the same. Came here for a mini tournament hosted for my friend's birthday. We had 6 tee times. I was hoping to hit some balls before the game, but I found out that there is no driving range. I was a bit disappointed. The cashier let me check-in an hour before my tee time. She was very helpful, but she is not too friendly, which is not bad at all! When I was in the pro shop, I saw a "cat manager" on duty by greeting the customers and asking for pets! This is adorable! Putting green is available. The restaurant is opened for food and drink, but I did not eat there. Bathroom in the restaurant is cleaned! The fairways and tee boxes are not well maintained. Greens were in decent condition. This is a pretty tough course, and it is very hilly. Highly recommend to use a golf cart. read more

We played here the past weekend for our meetup group tourney with 16 players over 4 tee times. The checkin process was super straightforward and easy. Note they don't allow groups to checkin till about 10min till your tee time. They do allow tourny organizers to prepaid for entire group if so desired or pay yourself at checkin. Note they still are only doing 2 carts per group otherwise its $15 for each additional cart. So be prepared to double up with mask or rent your own cart. This is a fairly long course to walk but doable with many hills. They do not have a range on site but they do have a putting green/chipping area directly in front of the proshop. They are selling food, drinks, beer again out of the club house. You may only order directly through the to-go window. No cart service is available on course. All bathrooms are now open again. One at the clubhouse if you can wait till the turn directly in front of the 10th tee box. Or on 5th and 14th. They have very affordable tee times even for peak weekend morning. Weekend green fee was $45 including cart 9-11am, $55 6-9am, $52 senior all day peak hours, $35 twilight till 11-2pm, super twilight $32 after 2pm. The staff is super friendly and helpful in the proshop and in the lounge/pub. The course itself have beautiful elevated tee boxes especially off 1, 10, 15. Majority of the course is straight with mostly wide fairways. There are some narrow ones but manageable. The entire course is around residential houses so any slices or mishits are all OB and lost balls. One negative though is pace of play here. This is a very popular course due to the affordable prices so always packed groups. You will absolutely be waiting. Even in our tourny with most players of similar level and better players we still had to wait for public groups holding up the line. It took us 7 hours to complete our round so yeah physically and mentally exhausting round especially with super high winds. Still overall a fun course for all skill levels with fast greens. We'll definitely play another tourny here hopefully when the winds aren't so crazy. read more

I visited Indian Hills a few months ago and found it to be very welcoming and charming, albeit in need of a little bit of TLC. I had dinner there and the food was delicious! I happened to meet the new manager, Priscilla, who was very charismatic and shared with me her vision for the property. Usually this kind of thing isn't of much interest to me, but I will say I enjoyed her enthusiasm for wanting to make a pretty cool place even more attractive. Wow! Big improvement. The greens are awesome. Fast and true maybe the best in town. Overall conditions are very good. One of the best tests of golf in the area. The Scotty's staff Is friendly and accommodating. Recently joined the men's club. A great group of guys that make you feel welcome from the beginning. If I'm not mistaken her name was jennifer. She was very passive aggressive & Everyone around us was getting all the attentions and service needed. Forget the fact that they let a 10 some play together, a fucking TEN SOME, they wouldn't let us start on the back 9. The 10 some wouldn't let us play through, and there was no martial that showed up or ever came out at all. We were waiting at least 10 minutes on every single shot. What a beautiful location this was for the pop up event I hosted! It was super clean and well oraganized by the staff, especially the Event Director Priscilla. I was in contact with her from the start and she made me feel at ease throughout all the planning. Jennifer also was my coordinator and was nice and friendly but left the event early. I was at ease that Priscilla stepped in and was helpful until the end of event. I plan to book again at this location and I highly recommend having your next special event here! Also, I was told that Priscilla was a fairly new Event Director and WOW she had such a high level of professionalism and event knowledge. Indian hills is not a bad golf course, I earnestly believe that the course itself is great for the price you're paying. We paid $50 for a Saturday afternoon tee time, which nowadays is a good deal, however, man the pace of play was VERY bad, like INSANELY bad on a Saturday. We as a foursome literally couldn't finish a WHOLE round after starting at 11:50 AM. Our round took 5 and half hours, like is that even reasonable? I called the club house and asked them to send out a marshall to maybe speed up the pace a bit, but was told that he only went to holes 8/9, I specifically said holes 6/7, there was two groups ahead of us that were playing WILDLY slow it was crazy. I don't expect 5 star quality service, but I think anyone would admit 5 and half hour round is ridiculous... Overall, I feel like Indian Hills could be great, but the pace of play combined with the lack of care from the staff just really put a damper mood on our whole experience playing there. The food is great, the bar is great, and there are cats on the course, which are awesome. read more

So basically with their response is as long as the bride says she's happy which why wouldn't she be happy. She just got married and we didn't tell her everything that was going on so we wouldn't ruin her day and weekend since her honeymoon started right after. They still don't understand the stress that priscilla put the bridal party through instead of letting the day run smooth. From her comments that we don't need to watch our sister get married to telling an 82 year old woman that she should've practiced in her shoes the day before, to getting mad at the dj and texting the bride about it during the wedding, to priscilla constantly saying rude things to the dj, he was also payed to do his job. She wasn't his employer so she should've let him do his job. Like they said if the bride is happy all was fine right? So why is priscilla getting mad and saying things to a dj that is not employed by them if the bride was happy with the way he was doing his job. So they take absolutely no responsibility for any of their wrong doing. As long as the bride was happy. Which that's what she tells them but we are her sisters so wr get her actual frustrations over the place. I'm here to be her voice. read more
