Once we went into the office to fill out the paperwork and pay for the trailer, I was told that they could not sell it to me unless I purchased a UTV. Bait and switch at it's best. Chandler - makes BAD NAME for itself and Indian Motorcycles - STAY AWAY!! Bait & switch/false advertising-you judge. Bike was on website: 2016 Springfield used price $17,444 Stock#UN9450. Talked to JT on MON, asked for details on what is non-stock on the bike-he said he'd callback-waited a week but never heard from JT. Called JT again FRI for details, made clear what I required re info-JT apologized that he didn't call back as promised, said he'd email same details but didn't send requested NON-stock info-just basic info. Sheesh! Disgusted, I called manager Rich, asked not to speak to JT, he referred me to his Indian "expert" Scott who said he would check on the details. Scott called me back, gave non-stock details, so far, so good. I told him I'd come up on Saturday. He then switched the story and said that the bike had been sold yesterday. What a bunch of horse manure. So very disappointed. Was going to head to Chandler from Tucson-glad I didn't. read more

I stopped in there to test drive a new sling shot. They took me for a ride in it and they wouldn't let me drive it even though I have my motorcycle license. Needless to say I would never make a purchase of almost 30 grand without test driving the vehicle. So I went to another dealer that allowed me to drive the sling shot and now it's sitting in my garage. Ha ha you lose. read more

Decided to drop by on my way home from work just to sit on a couple of bikes and put some ideas in my head about what bike i wanted to purchace. After walking about halfway through the impressive showroom i was met by Luke who preceeded to show me some of the bikes i had in mind, and then show me bikes based on my interests. He took his time and had me really get engaged with every bike i looked at. I ended up being lead to a new Yamaha FZ6R and got that feeling that it was the right bike. I was approved for the bike and took it home that night. Paperwork was fast and easy and over 10 other employees came and talked to me about the bike before i made the final call. I will definatly be stopping by again for my next bike. read more

Purchased a 2018 Can am Maverick X3 $19,000.00 after 200 miles took it into service for a loud noise at 25 miles per hour, sound goes away above 35 miles an hour, probably something loose, vibrating , service department called me, nothing wrong with the machine, go to pick it up , they charge me $125.00 before I can pick it up. No one in the Ride Now Chandler location understands the value of a customer. Stopped in here to take a look around. I don't know much about Indian or BMW motorcycles, so what better way to learn than to stop in the dealership. Well, after strolling around for awhile the only thing I learned is that their customer service is terrible. Not one person acknowledged my existence, asked if I had any questions or asked if I was interested in any of their bikes. Had been searching the Internet for a couple of weeks looking for a used 2014 BMW R1200GS and found what looked like the perfect bike, at a great price, at Indian Motorcycles of Chandler. But just remember the old saying, "If it looks too good to be true..." While their listed price was very good, I made an initial offer I hoped, but did not expect, they'd accept. Their counter offer put the "out the door" price of a bike listed at $16,399 , at over $17,100 (no sales tax included)! When I asked what was included in the price, told me it included the standard dealer handling charge of just under $400...check...but then an additional fee to "bring the bike back up to BMW standards." Now keep in mind, this is a pristine 2014 bike, with under 800 miles on the odo!! All I could think of is the Seinfeld episode where Puddy is quoting the final, eye popping price of a new Saab to Jerry...paint protection, dealer markup, additional dealer markup. Preparing any used bike, or car, is part of dealer's cost of doing business and should be built into every used vehicle's price. Instead, this dealer has chosen to bait customers with deceptively low prices, get them "on the hook" and then slap on a fee that is pure profit. I'd expect something like this from "Bubba's Used Cars" in Podunk, MS, but not here. All this said, in all fairness, even with the mark-up, the final price of the bike is competitive. However, it's this dealers questionable, back-door approach that has left a sour taste in my mouth and right now, i wouldn't buy that bike from Chandler at any price. So used bike buyer beware of what you're about to step into at Indian Motorcycles of Chandler. read more
