I just called to get tires mounted on a honda ruckus i bought here. They want $60 per wheel to mount and supposedly balance 10" tires on loose wheels. These wheels don't get balanced because the bike only goes 35mph and are not balanced from the factory. Nash disagrees and insisted on charging $60 per tire to mount/balance. Ill take them to ride now in gilbert for $30 per tire to mount. This has left a bad taste in my mouth considering my car tires are $40 per wheel to mount and actually balance. I Dont think ill consider Nash anymore for service or vehicle purchases. read more

I wouldn't buy a quart of oil from Nash. They had my 2019 Honda Goldwing for over a month with no resolution of the problem. They threw in a part and that didn't work, they wanted to throw in an ECM @ a cost of 1,000 dollars, and I asked them "will this fix the problem", and they said they didn't know. That was all I needed to hear, so I had it towed to Western Honda and they fixed within a half hour after it was off the tow truck. It was the battery. Nash put me out for a full month, aggravation, and no bike. That's not all, they mishandled the sale on a after market warranty as well. Stupid me, gave them another chance and bought an NT1100 off the floor and signed for an after sale 5 year extended warranty. When I checked with Honda 5 weeks later to verify the warranty, they said that no warranty was associated with my VIN. I felt I was ripped off as Nash Powersports kept my money and never registered the warranty with Honda. I am STILL waiting for a refund and may never see my 900.00 dollars. The Nash operation has shown me to be an inferior operation that did not have the ability to fix my bike or handle the paperwork properly on an aftermarket warranty. I'm trying to help the general public here to let them know of my real experience with this operation. Stay away from these guys. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Nash Power Sports. I brought in my ATV (Recon) because it had a wiring issue. They told me the problem was fixed, and I paid $200 for the service. However, when we took it for a test ride, it stalled in reverse and then shut off again, stuck on the ramp! The issue was clearly not resolved. When I brought it back, they said the original $200 was only for diagnostics and that it would cost another $250 to actually fix the problem. It feels dishonest and misleading. read more

The old Nash location was up off of the 6O. They had really gravitated towards selling side X sides and it got to the point that their motorcycle selection was becoming fairly limited. Just looking at a cruiser or trying to get on one was impossible as everything was so jammed in together. This new location was just what they needed. It's super easy to get in and out of from the freeway and there is plenty of parking. Inside the building is cavernous and once again cruisers and sports bikes abound! It just makes me so happy to be able to wander aimlessly through there looking at bikes. The salespeople are nice and not pushy and the prices on the bikes are in line with the Ride Now locations. read more

If you buy a used motorcycle from here just change all your fluids immediately after buying. The parts counter tried to sell me oil that is not recommended for my bike at all. Unfortunately had a poor experience getting my CRF forks refreshed with new seals. The service cost almost $700. Within less than 5 miles the front brake caliper had worked itself loose and fell off. Fortunately there wasn't an incident and I was able to find the bolts a way back. Before writing this I fave Nash a genuine opportunity to make it right. I shared photos including the odometer at when the caliper fell off. They were unwilling to work with me so I am cautioning you now. If you choose to use them triple check their work. I am really not impressed with the service department at Nash. I have a few bikes and have gone to specialty shops to get things done. I guess the sales department is great but service is horrible. I made an appointment for a job the manufacturer said is a 9 hour job (warranty). The unit has been in the show for 3 weeks now. My first call to them the said " you are next in the queue". A week later "there are two units ahead of yours". I was rudely told they are not holding my unit hostage and I could come and get it anytime. But I would lose my place in the line. I once had a unit at Nash that took several weeks to diagnose. I went to pick it up, and it wasn't working. Service person said, they tested the brakes and they worked 49 out of 50 times. I had to go back 2 days later. For a year I rode around wondering if i was braking for the 49th time or the 50th time. I am sad because Nash is a licensed shop for my unit. I don't have many options, sadly I have had a worse experience with RideNow. read more

Review for Nash Powersports - Mesa Location I brought two Sea-Doo Sparks in for basic service (oil changes and spark plugs) on April 4th, with one unit also needing a check engine light scanned. The work was scheduled for April 9th--but that day came and went with zero communication from Nash Powersports. I had to follow up myself, only to find out the work was pushed to April 12th. I asked at that point if they could at least scan the check engine light so I could order any necessary parts in time to have everything ready for use by the weekend of April 19th. Once again, they failed to get to it by April 12th, and again, no call or update. It wasn't until April 16th that they finally completed the service and told me the check engine code was for a failed throttle body--a part that would take another week to get in, making the skis unusable for the weekend I had planned around. This delay could have been completely avoided had someone just taken 20 minutes to scan the code when I originally requested it. The excuse I was given was that they were low on techs. Yet, when I chose to cut my losses, pay for the partial work, and pick up the skis on April 16th, they had them "ready to go" in under 5 minutes--despite the fact that removing the tops is required for spark plug replacement. So, were the spark plugs even replaced? Was the oil actually changed? Hard to say. But considering how fast they had the units "ready," and the inconsistencies in communication, I'm seriously questioning the quality and honesty of the work done. Incredibly disappointed that such basic service took two weeks, with poor communication, missed timelines, and questionable follow-through. I should have just done it myself--but unfortunately, I don't own the expensive scanner required to diagnose Sea-Doo codes. I won't be returning here. read more

What a terrible group to ever do business with. Bought a sea doo switch and have had nothing but issues with Nashpowersports sports and their service. They have not been able install a stock stereo speaker system. As it always continues to get feedback after they touch it, they've reinstalled the amp the speakers replacing everything but apparently they don't know how to wire the boat correctly so I don't get feedback. Upon service they've left bolts out of the catalytic converter, causing issues and malfunction errors with the boat and then refused to take responsibility until I escalated it and then they finally put in the six bolts that they left out of the catalytic converter when they're just supposed to do a simple oil change. Do not work with Drew the service manager, a terrible human being. He is so rude. I've also tried to work with Michael and Max both of which have been now told not to touch my boat or give me a call back so now I am left going to Ride Now Power Sports and already getting better service and better care of my boat. Stay as far away from this business in this group as possible if you're gonna get any TV or other outdoor equipment go to Ride now. read more

Purchase a new Can-Am Ryker on 8/31/24 as a gift for my wife. It started make noise shortly after I took it off the lot. Parked the bike and took to Nash's service department 9/3. I was told the noise was normal after convincing the service person to at least look at got the reaction of that is not good. After a month with their service department, they were finally able to diagnose the problem the brand-new Can-Am needed a new transmission. Now after months in the shop and weekly phone tag to get an update still waiting on parts I hope by Thanksgiving to have it back working. Overall experience with Can-Am 0 stars would not recommend to my worst enemy may update my Can-Am view if my wife is actually able to ever ride it. Very disappointed with the quality of service by Nash Powersports in Mesa Arizona. I brought my 2009 Yamaha Raider there thinking it was a dependable Yamaha dealer/service shop in order to have a full safety check done. As a female rider, I explained I wanted everything looked over as I would be riding the bike around Mexico for up to 6 months. Three issues were found: my tires were old, my battery was dying and I had a small leak in my front fork. The leak in my fork had been there for the last decade and was pretty minor, but I decided to get everything taken care of in order to be extra safe in Mexico. Needless to say, Nash botched all three jobs. The new battery wouldn't hold a charge, they didn't seed my front tire properly and the forks completely blew out all over the front of my bike. Unfortunately, this happened while in Mexico and I had to make-do for 4 months with my old battery and a tire pump. I called the shop right away and was told they would warranty the issue's once I got back in the country. I called again, when I new the date of entry, but was informed that the person I was dealing with was no longer with Nash. I explained the situation and that I would be passing through and was told to bring the bike in. Once in the country, the tune change to 'We don't work on bikes older than 10 years.' and 'We'll have to see what other issues caused these problems.' and 'We can't get you in for at least 2 to 3 weeks to even look at the bike.' I explained I had already driven out of my way to get to Mesa to get the warranty work, and it was costing me gas and accommodations, but they didn't care. They implied that it was probably other issues, which would cost me even more money and the only thing they honored was the battery with a new one. I cut my losses and will get the work redone when I get home. So very dissapointed. read more

Writing bad reviews is not my thing, I haven't left a bad review for a company ever. I work 60 hours weeks and it just seems like something not worth my time. However I want people to know the my thoughts on the colossal failure that is this company. For some backstory I bought my quad in 2022 at a different Nash location, I wanted to remain with the Nash company however to ensure the quality of the services. That ended up being a huge mistake on my part and a lot of time and money wasted. For the sake of time, I will reduce it down to the fact that this company had me spend a lot more money than I needed to, and misdiagnosed the issue not once but twice. When they seem like they had no idea what they were doing or how to fix it. This was a brand new quad too. Shouldn't be so difficult. I took the parts to two different repair companies to get quotes on how to fix it and turns out both companies said it was misdiagnosed, Nash told me my motor was blown when I told them all along the problem seems to be in the transmission which come to find out it was, turns out a gear is locked up and Nash did not catch this, even though the repair order says diagnose transmission. What an EPIC FAIL I would stay FAR AWAY from this company. It seems like they're only out for themselves and the dollar. When I called to express my concerns the guy didn't care much and blew me off... overall customer service was shit and service was shit, so that's why I'm here. As someone who owns a small business in the valley and knows how to operate it with customers a priority. This is very disappointing read more

Initially, I had a good experience with these guys. The salesman was professional yet relational and the finance manager was also professional. However, when it all came down to prices, this place was the least competitive. They wouldn't budge on their quote and they definitely wouldn't price match another dealership. Another dealership in a different state with higher taxes was able to beat out Nash by over $1500 on a motorcycle. As the process of "negotiating a price" went on, the professional attitude degraded. I would call to talk to someone, they would tell me that I would get called back, and then they would text me... Probably the worst experience I've had at a dealership. I'm disappointed. We just paid over 6k for a turbo, they took out then airbox designed for the particle separator, put in a different one when they installed the turbo and never even said a word to us! Good facilities will shine after the sale, this place can't even turn on the light switch. They were real quick to "make the deal" then they fell flat. IF you have any issues, not a priority, don't care, you bought it already. Warranty claim and work is when we can get to it. I bought a new unit from them, couldn't take it because they needed to prep it. Not unusual. Get it home, drive for literally 20 min. Discover the new unit has hrs and miles on it, pretty significant, not run around partking lot miles. Engine throwing codes, display screen has damage and scratched, intermittent problem with start switch. Winch installed but not hooked up electrically. System was set up and locked out by an employee and had to call factory to reset. Brought into them for warranty repairs. Took over 4 weeks, to replace the screen, start switch. Zero communication during this, I had to initiate all of it to find out what was happening. Finally go to pick up, and service tells me all ready to go, sent the tech to go get off the battery charger and bring up. Get it home, drove around and appeared to have been repaired. Next day go to use, battery is dead. Called service, no batteries are not covered under warranty, they are about $350, we can get you one? Excuse me? It is month and half old and it has been sitting in your shop for +80% of that time, how is it my cost? I purchased a battery myself and installed. Seems to work fine. Now I discovered the unit will not pick up GPS signal and load maps, and a setting on the headlights is inoperative. I called to ask about the setup of the new screen and why it doesn't pick up GPS? Service didn't know anything about them as it was a new line for them, but we are an authorized service center. Would check into it and get back to me. Really? And to my surprise, still no return call. Service is a waste of time, look up on internet and do yourself. Bought extended warranty and that was a useless purchase as this shop doesn't know anything about them, nor would they bother to get to it in the first place, let alone tell you an update.. Huge disappointment and waste of time. Unless you get a steal for a price, it is not worth it, go to next facility. read more

After phx did all the real work and id driven 200 miles, mesa took over and told me oh that bike sold last week, or two weeks or the same day depending on who I spoke to, while I was online looking at it, but they would be happy to put on a brand new unit at about a third more than what the bike I was looking at would have cost...they were fast with excuses that didn't match what the person on the phone before them said... it might have been a lack of knowledge on the mesa team, but they seem unethical as any shifty used car dealer you've heard about. read more

We stopped into another large Powersports dealer in Chandler due to a Black Friday price on a quad we were thinking about for our kids. We were met by a salesman who couldn't answer any questions about the bikes, and passed off to a general manager as soon as we inquired about the online posted price. It was immediately clear we were getting the bait and switch hard sell as the GM pressed for an upsell and questioned our use of the bikes. We left and I remembered seeing Nash powersports online, but had never been in one. We went into the Mesa location and was greeted by multiple upbeat employees, don't know if all were in sales or not, but didn't swarm or press, but said to wave em down if we had any questions. We were looking at the Kayo brand bikes for the kids first quads. They had a wider selection of models and displacement choices and at lower tagged prices than the other dealership, and a young man with a great attitude named Tyler was busy hanging additional holiday discount tags on em as we walked up. Tyler was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different models and features. We quickly settled on two quads for the kids and asked how long the process as we hadn't planned our day real well and didn't have more than an hour and a half to wrap up the paperwork. He went back to get the ball rolling and then my wife and I were looking at a larger model that was $4200 normally, marked down to $3200, and asked about this bike in passing, Tyler said he needed to check but believed it was set to be discounted even further for the ongoing sale, and he came back at $2900 for that machine...so we added it to the till, lol. Now I'm a person who hates the vehicle sales game, nothing raises my blood pressure more than buying a new vehicle/toy. Tyler and the rest of the crew got a deal completely through financing on 3 brand new quads for a total package price I found more than fair and getting us out the door within our time frame necessary. I'll be picking up our new bikes this upcoming weekend to hide em from the kids for Christmas and after the holidays settle down and I'm ready to make a decision on the bike I wanna throw my leg over for some desert fun, I will absolutely be taking the ride back out to Mesa to make that purchase with Tyler as well.
