That said I did not get a great deal on my bike. The person who closed on my sale is gone. He was unwilling to budge on the price even after I told him there were better deals at other dealerships. I broke down and bought from him since I developed a relationship with him and a former salesman. The two men let me test ride many bikes and take long test rides of many bikes for 2yrs. Even after the guy I bought it from left, I was treated well every time I brought my bike in and received A+ service, in the parts and service depts. . After hearing horror stories from friends about other dealerships & shops I think the extra money spent to cultivate a relationship was worth it. I brought my car to Andrew because the a/c wasn't working. He confirmed the compressor wasn't turning but after checking my mileage he stopped short, in case I was still covered under warranty. Even though I had ruled out my warranty eligibility, he wanted to be sure so he called the dealer for me! They were still not certain so he suggested I take a little time in his office to call the corporate line. Ultimately, the manufacturer gave me clearance to get the repair under warranty. Thanks to Andrew's good faith, I saved money on this one. It really says something about his business, to go out of the way to look out for my money. His website also has a cool blog detailing their business philosophy-- to provide the customer with high quality labor at an agreed upon price while refusing to greatly mark up and hide the cost of parts as other shops do. That's what got me in the door. They're also super convenient to Aloma and University on the Semoran side of town. I'll be back when my older family car has trouble.

$1200 for nothing…read more My wife had just had her alternator replaced when the car died again. We were told that the previous mechanic had given us a bad part (For $600) and they'd get us taken care of with a new alternator. I told them I'd need the alternator in the car to take back to the previous mechanic but to do what they needed to do. $1200 later I had to insist twice before they returned the "bad" alternator to me and then saw the part that they gave me came out of a box labeled as remanufactured. Two days later we were dead on the side of the road again. Towed back, they told us the problem was elsewhere and they couldn't find it. So be it if they can't help but we are out an additional $1200 and accomplished nothing with this shop for our time and money. Stay far away from this place for any significant repair.
