i bought a roadglide 2022, which came without the keys, in fact the keys came that didn't work, in december 2025, the salesman jorge, told me that his part is just selling, that he would pass me on to the parts sector, which didn't solve anything, i talked to jorge, he told me to go to the store, i spent time and money leaving orlando for stuart to solve this, because jorge told me that it was just going there and getting the keys, getting there, they would have to order the keys, this in december 2025, today we are in may 2026, and they still haven't given me the keys to my motorcycle. i talked to tyler, he offered to help, but after 2 days, he also said that he is not part of his department, and left me abandoned, so i called the parts sector and drew told me that he has no arrival forecast, that he does not know if it will arrive in 1 week, a month or a year. this is very neglectful of the customer. i'm giving names, so you know who will deal with this store. i'm going to seek my rights and reparations against this store due to physical, financial, and emotional wear, for not solving a simple key problem, which is becoming a big trouble in my life, i cannot park my motorcycle just anywhere, i cannot lock my belongings in the saddlebags, the motorcycle does not lock the handlebar. this has been going on for 5 months and no one has solved it, only passing the problem from one to another. terrible store, doesn't even deserve 1 star... terrible employees that this store has. to sell, they hurry us into it, after the sale, they don't care about you at all read more

This is my second bike that I have purchased from OHD and my salesman Jacob has been there for me on both occasions. Jacob is very knowledgeable on the products and he isn't a pushy type. I wasn't sure exactly which bike I wanted so we took both the street glide and the road glide out and just as he had suggested, it was the road glide that seemed to fit my needs the best. Then I was handed off to the sales manager who was also great and he worked the numbers out to a very reasonable price. And just a few moments later, I was ringing the bell and riding home on a beautiful Vivid Black Road glide with 11 miles on it. And I could not be happier. read more

I want to update my recent review. As mentioned before, I've had ongoing issues with the Orlando dealership. First, the finance manager, Traven Rowe, claimed he canceled my GAP insurance, but that never happened. Second, I received my bike with a temporary license plate and have yet to receive the permanent one since mid-July. Third, the bike was not tested before delivery and had wiring, battery, and brake issues. Fourth, the delivery was delayed two weeks after I signed the paperwork. Lastly, there's a paint issue due to stickers the previous owner had removed, leaving imperfections. After the dealership ignored my questions, I contacted corporate, who assigned a new finance manager to handle my case. He apologized, arranged for Alex to pick up my bike about a month ago, and since then, the bike has remained in service. After 16 days with no update, I called, and Chris in service couldn't locate the bike at first but found it a day later. The finance manager later confirmed they canceled my GAP insurance, located my permanent license plate, and assured me the bike would be fixed and returned. After another week without notice, I called again, and he referred me to General Manager Billy Davis, who promised to look into it and contact me. However, he ignored my voicemails and even failed to call after assuring Scott, the sales manager, that he would get in touch within an hour. When I spoke to Scott again, he promised to follow up within an hour, but never did. Oh forgot to say that I sent email to marketing team email per their reply on my first review and they never responded. So far I've called down six different times to get my paperwork and every time they promise to do something and they fell to do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM ORLANDO HARLEY!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE! Overpromising and under delivering is an understatement. Buying a $35K "new" Harley shouldn't leave a bad taste in your mouth. If I could give negative stars for the customer service/support side I would. Full Story: I was on vacation in Florida (3 week's), brought my 2017 Street Glide down to enjoy the sun and views. We stopped in to Orlando Harley, as we do to support the brand, buy merch, etc. I got to talking with a salesman about the new bikes and (if) I was going to make a move from my paid off bike, what would that look like, payment and so on. I'm Tier 1 Creditor +750, so I didn't want a ding on my report just window shopping, however, they can't give you accurate finance numbers until they pull your credit. IF I was going to pull the trigger, my current bike has everything already, tour back, sofa seat, pipes, speakers etc. The new bike needs all as well. They work up a parts quote +$5K and say they can roll that into the deal and keep the price point where it needs to be, however, you have to purchase your Stage 3 speakers and amp separately $1,500.00 out of pocket, which I do. Last hurdle was I wanted Onyx White and Chrome Road Glide, which wasn't in stock, but they have a white/black 2025 they can "tin swap" with a silver/chrome on the floor and add all the stuff and get your bike to you before you leave FL, worst case we will ship to you at our cost. All sounds great, but with a week left in vacation I was cautiously optimistic. That week goes by, the bike hasn't even made it into service for swap, not even sure if doner bike was there. Signed the papers, left my bike there, fingers crossed it will be delivered to MI in a week??? Multiple phone calls, multiple delays, bike week for them, other obligations, staffing and so on. Update, your delivery date is the week of 7/17/25, almost 2 months after signing paperwork and leaving your trade in with them. I wasn't going to wait, paid to fly down and drive the bike back up (my cost), still didn't have the tour pack or sofa seat, but "they will ship that". Get the bike home, call to get an update on the tour pack and seat, "Oh, we don't have a seat on our paperwork" "Did you order one?" Bunch of back and forth and finger pointing, but the itemized list of parts/accessories they had, to talk you into the deal doesn't exist anymore, you only have your finance paperwork and a single line item of "we owe" parts/accessories. Nobody wants to own up and say the seat was discussed and supposed to be rolled into the deal, only a $500.00 seat, not the cost, but the principle! Summary: (Bad) They only finance through Harley Credit so a Tier 1 +750 borrower gets a 14% interest rate, which you end up doing a refinance anywhere else for 4%, but take another pull on your credit. (Above) Not disclosed until ink is going on finance paperwork. They will promise to roll in parts/labor, whatever it will take to get you committed to the deal and show you an itemized list of goodies. They will change that list of goodies to a "We Owe" single line item/piece of paper with your finance paperwork. Timing and estimates for completion or delivery are "fluid" at best and I would take any of them with a large grain of course salt, as they will not be met. They have 4 distinct departments, that all run independently and don't work with or talk to each other very well. They wanted me to take a picture of a (stand in) bike and write a review of my experience before I left the dealership, which I refused and am very glad I did. This is a very nice, large Harley Davidson dealership located right off of I-4 in Orlando. It's a bit awkward to get to, but the GPS led us right there. I admit, I was a bit disappointed to learn that the building is actually a reproduction/recreation of the historic factory and not the actual one. Nevertheless, it is a cool building inside and gives off a nice feel. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful. We were approached by a salesperson, and started to chat. Two hours later I owned a brand new bike and I have no regrets. I went from a wide glide to a road king, and got a great deal, the internet proved it. Had the rating been out of 10 they would have gotten a 9. But they get 5 of 5. STAY AWAY!!! This dealership is extremely deceitful and utilizes 80's used car sales tactics. I made a $600 deposit on a bike in November but was notified a couple weeks later, as I was saving up the downpayment of which the agreed to, that I was denied financing by the bank. This was after the sales & finance manager told me the bank processed my loan and my first payment was due Jan '23. I called the bank on my paperwork and they have no record of my deal or my fake approval. WTF? It is now almost April and still Billy the GM has yet to return my deposit. After numerous calls. He is either not there or too busy. I filed a complaint with Harley corporate and US Dept of Financial Services. DISHONET would be the main reason for the 1star. Our sales person was nice but then again, if they want to make a sale, being nice is the least they could do. It's a dealership so you know they play with the numbers in their favor. Long story short. IF they NEED you to put a down payment and proceeds to tell you that they offer a '6 months same as cash no interest loan', know that there's a $120 FEE if you're approved for that loan. Also, it's NOT a 6 month no interest loan, it's an 'UP TO 6 months no interest'. I have called to question why I wasn't told about the FEE and I got told that they didn't know there was a fee and will talk to the GM to see if there's anything they can do. The GM, didn't feel the need to do anything about it. (Extremely disappointed at the GM) There is more to this long mess. Paperwork are already signed, so not much I can do without forking out more $$$ for a lawyer. read more

I haven't been this happy with a vehicle purchase since I bought my first car in 1977 for $50. I looked online and saw a bike that I really liked. I had a nice bike, but this one caught my eye. I filled out a trade value request and the next morning I had my number. Ce ce was my first contact and was able to make me comfortable and go further. She then introduced me to Billy, and it was smooth sailing from there. We negotiated a fair deal and he turned me onto the service department. I built the rest of the bike by phone (including stage 1 sight and sound unseen). That's not an easy task with me being a kinda pain in the ass. They we awesome and now have the bike of my dreams. They seem so happy to be working there and it's so refreshing. The store is so neat and organized and they have tons of inventory, even lots of choices of 4X shirts to pick from and that's usually hard to find. They actually gave me a first responder discount on the shirt I bought! So nice that they thought to ask if I was at check out. We rented bikes for the week to attend the Rally in Bradenton. It cost us about $1200 which is pricey compared to a rental car but nothing quite like being on a bike in Florida. The dealership rental went smoothly and they would have picked us up at the airport if we had arrived when they were open. Note to self for the future...plan arrivals and departures around their open times. They did give us a credit for not being able to get us to the airport so we got an Uber. Very clean and nice place you can see off the highway but it is tucked away off the main road with a few rights and lefts to find it. Don't even want t-shirt from here. If you don't know HD has some pretty high prices for everything from the bikes all the way down to the dog toys. I still buy HD stuff knowing the cost are high. I went to the historic factory and found some shirts I liked. I went to check out and they charge a surprise 3% fee for using a credit card. I was appalled. For my $95 button down shirt Orlando Harley apparently can't make a profit. If they were paying their employees more money I might understand, but they don't take care of them either. Harley should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these ripe off artist to sell their bikes. Here is my experience. I was looking at a used 2017 breakout listed at 13,999. So I speak to sales and ask if they can give me a out the door price. I received a call back shortly afterwards. The price is 16,900.00 out the door. So I say I'm confused how did the price get that high. I'm told 13,999for the bike. About $910 in taxes A dealer fee of I believe was $560 Then about 250-300 for new plates registration ect. That leaves more than $1000.00 difference that they couldn't explain Wha So when I speak to John my sales guy about it he says that his MGR does that to get people in the door. My perception is they lie about the price of a bike on line to get you I the door the they try to get to buy something more expensive. Oh and one last thing they came back with a 18% interest rate for ride to rider. I went to my Credit Union and got under 6% Bought the bike privately and saved a ton of money. Brett was great with us, he was so attentive and made sure we left completely happy with the purchase, he even texted us later that evening to see how my husbands first ride went. Relationships are hard. But only if you make them hard. They can be quite fun if you enjoy the challenge, and I, with my very dark Jungian shadow aspect, enjoy the living hell out of a good challenge. But that's not quite necessary here. There is a challenge to getting a good deal, but nothing that you can't master, even as a novice. Yes, I've sold everything, including cars, and I know how deals are done, and how pricing works. And yes, it does help a lot to know actual costs. But you don't need even that much if you're willing to work with a combination of pricing and finance and, especially, customization, that Orlando Harley will offer you. Yes, you can get a good "deal" on both your trade and on your new bikes. Am I the right person to ask, having just traded in three PRISTINE Harleys (all of which re-sold in literally MINUTES after I traded them in), and bought two brand-new ones off of the floor? I think I am the one to ask. Nobody really "likes" a dealership because that's not in vogue. It's so handy to despise the people selling you authentic parts until the aftermarket junk you buy dies a cruel death and you WISH you had bought genuine parts backed by a good bunch of folks. That's my experience. And, yes, as a very savvy guy with experience in selling and buying, I felt I got very good deals, and I built good relationships that became great discounts on wonderful bikes. And I didn't need a bag of tricks to do it. And I didn't need to abuse my sales people (very much) to get it done. Not here. Here, they pretty much shoot strait. Sure, you need to wheel and deal and negotiate. But where do you not? Here you get your money's worth and a bucket-load of after-sale discounts, and SUPERB customization that enhances your deal. Let's first strip down the old exterior to its modern creation: Orlando Harley-Davidson's Historic Factory Dealership isn't particularly "history" nor is it factory, other than it's faux-rust-belt look created on a modern building. But it's quite large and has the best and biggest selection of new and used Harleys anywhere within about, oh, say, 600 miles. Not kidding. Go find a place with 120+ showroom new bikes and 200+ used bikes just sitting there waiting for you to choose... Bargain hard. They won't mind. Get bitchy. They won't mind. Get down and dirty on the deal. They won't mind. Like any dealership, they will want their margin, but HERE, at least you'll get your price goals met also. I got to know the sales manager by approaching him directly and making clear what I wanted, and I wasn't laughed at... I was treated with respect despite my first offer to them being absurdly low. Everybody must meet somewhere in the middle, but here I've found that middle can favor me quite well. That just happened with a pair of new 2016 bikes, including the poster-bike FLSS Softail Slim Sport Screamin' Eagle 110 with the army star denim green special paint. And knowing their costs, I think I stole it. Better yet, I got a discount ranging from 10 percent to 20 percent on everything after that, including all customization. And here, we really hit the gold mine. The jackpot. The Customizer. The Dude. Ryan W. in Customization is truly the king of no-nonsense guidance and sales of quality upgrades at prices that rival the internet, BUT, here it's with no-hassle, full warranty, and better quality. If you customize your Harley, and that's 90 percent of us, you want Ryan W. You're not going to hear nonsense from him. If you want your bike to look like something hideous, then you will hear his honest opinion. We all need that, and we all need somebody to trust in our customization -- somebody with an artistic eye who can embrace all ideas and types of customization, but help steer us toward something coherent and not chaotic. Even more important, Ryan W. will make sure you get the high quality parts you need at prices near internet level, but with warranty and quality, versus the junk you so often end up with online. OK, here it is: 1. Negotiate hard. You'll get most of what you want on trade-in and new. 2. Take the deals for discounts after the sale on parts, service, and apparel 3. USE the Customization Desk and especially Ryan's expertise to make your bikes look and perform amazingly. I did that and I'm thrilled. Sure, there is plenty more they offer. So, yes, they have the dog-and-pony-show at Orlando Harley. But they have more than that.
