After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.

My fiancé was t-boned by michael, the owner of this company on 5/19/23. He was taking our kids to school in the morning and his phone was dead, so he had no way of taking his information. My fiancé gave him his number and they began contact through text. He refuses to give us his information until it is convenient for him. (Which we still have not received) There is almost no damage to his truck but my fiancés truck is fucked. We can't even roll the drivers side window down. I'm assuming he doesn't have insurance and again if he doesn't have insurance on his vehicle is his business even insured??

As the bike is what's used to get to and from work, this could cost us money. The workers were not only inefficient, they were actually quite mean and insulted our Harley. He said he wouldn't work on it because it's dirty!!! That's how my old man gets to work and back. So sorry it didn't pass his inspection. PASS by this place if you are actually a biker who rides daily. Or who cares about customer service. We're so disappointed!!! How do you insult customer's bike?????

Dropped my bike off with a tire and tube and a set of rear brakes to be placed on my bike. Called…read moreand the receiver indicated that all I had to do was bring it in any time and we can squeeze it in. Brought it in on a Tuesday at noon and said it would be done that day (No Call). On Wednesday at noon I called and the answer was it was done but the owner needed to create the billing. Came to the shop at 4:30PM and the bike was sitting outside but the mechanic said the billing was still not done and I would have to wait as the owner left 24 hours ago and can not be reached. I called the police and by the time the police showed up the owner mysteriously showed up. Needless to say I got the bike but the police had to calm the owner down. They may do good work on occasion but they are totally unorganized and that situation just leads to an issue and do you want that on your bike while riding up the mountain? Just stay away is your best bet.
