I needed a wheel balanced and they said they are first come first serve and can get it done in 2 days so I picked them over a competitor who was cheaper. I called them after 3 days and they said it hasn't been touched yet. That is okay, things take longer than expected sometimes. How is there no reviews for this place? I just picked up my kids quad from here after having them service it. They took a whole 3 days to finish it and it looks and runs GREAT! Hell, it even looks new! Way impressed with the work they did and the recommendations they made. This is a little place near QT just north of Union Hills on 83 Avenue. It is not a huge place but they have extra storage in back to secure everything while they work on all the toys. They have a good selection of parts and gear for any recreation vehicle you can think of. It is super clean and the service is pretty good to. Most of all they are close to me so I dont have to drive to BFE just to get quality service. read more

I was looking for a TLD Shock Doctor chest protector and they had a great selection in stock made me totally happy because I called several other places in the valley before I found AEO and no one else even had any TLD gear in stock. I absolutely love to buy local when the stuff I want is in stock. The place was immaculate and everything seemed to be the same price as online stores. This is a Mid size store chock full of goodies and the staff was great. 3 nice guys acknowledged me at different times to see if I needed help. Each one was super nice. I felt very welcome and there was several conversations going on. The others customers were really engaged. I ended up buying my chest protector. Best most protective one I've ever worn! The TLD Shock Doctor is in my opinion the best protection on the market. Hands down. It's light, strong and really well built. I took my bike here twice now to get some work done and they take way longer than they say they will. My bike has been in their shop for over two weeks now and they said it would only take a week and a half at most to get it done. When I called they said it's gonna be another two weeks before it's done. Whenever I go into there shop all the workers are chillin in the front not doing shit. We had dropped off 2 ATVs. for the first one it was under 500$ for parts and maintenance/labor Which was fine. But then it took them over 4 months to fix it. we drove it one time and started experiencing a leak in the transmission so we brought it back. they wanted to charge us a little under 500$ again for parts and labor on the first ATV which was outrageous, since we had just gotten it done, and could have been due to the lack of labor. when we had contacted them to see what exactly we could do or work out, they were rude and hesitant on the fact that we had to pay that amount. The second ATV cost over 800$ to fix and we have yet to ride that one to see if there are any problems. read more

Need a new front tire for my R6. Didn't know these guys are primarily dirt bike oriented but they carry sport bike tires. Most shops I called wanted me too bring my front wheel in. This place told me bring the bike they'll take it off balance it and mount it for me. I paid less here than any other shop I called. They can also order parts for sport bikes to. My wife Susan and I purchased a used 2012 RZR 900 4 seater. This is our first side by side. We have owned quite a few ATV's and motorcycles. The 900 had 40 hours on it so I figured it would be a good idea to get it serviced (plus a street legal kit). A friend recommended AEO POWERSPORTS. I called and talked to Brandon and he said bring it on in. Dropped it off on a wed afternoon had it back for the weekend. When I picked it up the mechanic (without me asking) went over the machine with me showing me where to check all the fluids filters etc. before I drove away Jeremy walked outside to say hi and make sure I was well taken care of. More recently I found bearings and a race in the oil screen of my Yamaha these guys knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in record time as I was leaving for Camp RZR. I wish I could say that I had great service, but after purchase of a Yamaha 2007, which was a super purchase, AEO Powersports has not been willing to assist with providing me CLEAR TITLE to the bike. After many phone calls, they told me it was my problem and to call the person on the title they provided to sort it out myself. I paid to get the phone number online and found out the person on the title sold the bike over 6 years ago, so they cannot help me even get a duplicate title that I can transfer into my name. The Staff has been unwilling and unable to provide me with CLEAR TITLE to the bike I paid full price for. Not sure whether to return the bike even though I love it. Everyone at the Title Company and the MVD have informed me that it is up to the dealership to provide CLEAR TITLE. It is not my responsibility as the buyer. read more

Before going riding this morning, I noticed a bolt loose on the head on my 450. I wasn't sure if it needed to be torqued down with a torque wrench or not. I took it in to aeo, and asked them if they could tighten it before I go riding. They came out to my truck in no time and had me on the way.
