    Amazing customer service and support. I was greeted with a lot of warmth and very welcoming. I really enjoy every department I came in for an oil change. My first service in for my Ducati and I am very happy with the results and the service overall highly recommend this place for sure. Every person from Jason at the service department to Curtis from sales. It's always a pleasure to see them and be taken care of. Thank you

    We had a wonderful experience buying our new Honda pioneer 5 seater side by side from go Az! EVERYONE who works here is extremely nice and helpful! Our sales guys name was Brenton and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The sales manager Don was super nice and helpful too! We ended up purchasing three new helmets and goggles and Cameron in the parts department was super nice and friendly too! We met with the service advisor Brian and he went over everything we needed for our first service for our new side-by-side! The sales team was super fast and efficient. We really love go az and are super happy about our purchase.! I also have a beautiful store with tons of inventory

    Bought a new Triumph Speed Twin RS working with Curtis. Curtis was awesome to deal with. I appreciate the easy, no pressure approach and making me a fair deal on the bike. I also appreciate Dylon and Don, they made the paperwork and deal quick and painless. The bikes awesome, the energy at GoAZ is good and thats why I keep buying bikes from that crew.     First I have to say the facility is very nice, if your waiting for your bike to be serviced etc it's a great facility. The customer service staff is also fantastic! The staff is friendly and tries to do right by you. The prices on the bikes and other products is also fair. I have unfortunately had issues with the mechanics. I've had work done picked up the bike and found loose fittings from the air box to the motor. I've had the test rider come back and sign off on the bike with the check tire pressure light still on. I've gotten the bike back unwashed, and service costs are a premium, if I pay a premium for shop time I expect a premium job to be donevand I just don't feel that's the case. Last issue I had was a clutch issue on my Indian. I paid for them to delve in and figure out what was wrong. They said I needed a new clutch and clutch plates, ok, I ride aggressively so I accept it even though I've only put 21k on the bike. My previous bike made twice the mileage. So the made the replacement and guess what.... that didn't fix the problem. So I had to pay for them to go back in and find the issue. It was a gear in the transmission. Now it wasn't discovered when I was in last, which was about 300 miles prior when they did an inspection. But I was in for warranty work then and now the warranty was expired so the bill was $2900 personally looking at the wear the issue had to have started when the bike was under warranty. I simply feel like the mechanic and test rider on the Indian side aren't that great and certainly not worthy of the shop hours they charge. However, the customer service staff is great and after some discussion they agreed to lower the price by $300. Which I appreciate. Of course, now that I've put 50 miles on the bike I notice a small leak..... so I guess I'll be headed back in, hopefully the warranty their work.

    Went in to purchase an Indian. We love Indians and believe me we wanted to purchase one here in Arizona, however, we were wandering around outside and in the showroom with no one in sight for nearly 20 minutes. You had a sale, but I'll buy one in NY when we get back I suppose. Bu-bye Arizona

    Wow where do I begin with this review of GO AZ Motorcycles Scottsdale? Full disclosure, before hitting GO AZ I rode a motorcycle for a grand total of 8 hours over two days in a MSF Course. SPOILER ALERT ***** TLDR AT THE END OF REVIEW **** Let's start with the man you want to ask for at the door, JP! He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the bikes we looked at. What brought me into GO AZ was the 2024 KTM 1290 Super Adventure S listed on their website. WOW was it amazing to see in person. JP knew all the ins and outs of the KTM SAS. He also discussed the KTM Super Adventure R that was next to what is now MY bike. Both were great but my heart was taken by the SAS. JP walked me thru the whole process as we discussed the bike. Pricing was more than fair on the KTM SAS. Out the door price was as much as some of their competitors list price online. And then he introduced me to the second person you will want to see. Cameron! Well he might be the first if you are looking for some parts or gear. He started off with showing me some protection for my new bike, namely some radiator guards and headlight grille. Cameron was great to speak to about helmets, comms units (I went Cardo), gloves, jackets, and boots. Even better was his expertise on bike parts. Ended up taking the "savings" I got compared to some of the other bike shops and spent that on some bags & a top case. YEAH, for the price of one of the major outlet bike shops (clowns if you ask me), I got a bike with tech package AND a full pannier set. MUST HAVES if you are going with the Adventure. Need a place for all my gear when I find the hiking trail in the back roads. After working up what I was going to put on this already gorgeous bike, JP and Cameron introduced me to the THIRD person you have to see when you drop by. Trent!! Trent is my service advisor for this AMAZING bike. Trent was super helpful with the break in info from the engine revs limits until 620 miles to the braking & tires wear in. I was so excited about my purchase, I made my first service appointment for the 620 miles maintenance a mere 7 days later. I am certain I will put those miles and probably have to limit myself from doing a thousand. Trent also talked me thru some of the bike features rounding out what I already learned from JP. I can't wait to get my new parts in and have Trent & his team spruce up my new baby!! JP gave me a tour of the "holding" facility for if I need to leave my bike with them for a couple days. The basement set up makes me feel my bike will be in the best hands possible. Really looking forward to working with Trent down the road. Some honorable mentions since I didn't interact as much with them but great people for sure. Don (JPs boss lol) was great and treated me with so much respect. Jason (the money and deal nuts and bolts guy) was easy to work with. I didn't need financing but I feel like they would have been fair to work with (btw the "CLOWN" shop was not lmao). The building and layout was amazing. A lot more shopper friendly than some of the other shops out there (clown town especially). It was clean and easy to walk around to view bikes and gear. There is a great little seating area for someone you dragged along to drive your car home as well as a nice snack area with tables. I saw several different law enforcement bikes while I was here and I can see why they work with GO AZ. TLDR (as promised) GREAT people to work with. Ask for JP (Sales), Cameron (Parts and Gear), and Trent (Service Dept). You will not regret coming here even if you decide to walk away from some amazing bikes. I could just come window shop the bikes & 4 wheel fun stuff. They are very competitively priced. Anyone that complains the online list price wasn't out the door price should just stick to used stuff on Facebook Market Place. I felt there were no hidden fees and they had a ABSOLUTELY CRAZY INSANE out the door price for the bike I got. Posting some pictures of me on my new bike at their AMAZING SHOP and some of her right before my 3rd ride.

    I bought both these machines from GoAz Motorcycles in the last 6 weeks

    I had a few minor problems with each of them. The service advisor, Dan Boardman, was the guy that was always taking care of me and he was very helpful with my situation. Everything was done with timely communication and prompt delivery. A five star experience for sure! GoAz and Dan Boardman are the best!!

    Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster

    Went in to view a bike I was considering. Love being able to have test rides. Nathan the sales guy was nice and patient. During when they were doing the paperwork. Did a tour of the facility. Just a nice shop. They don't bombard you with nearly any of the markups like some other larger dealer chain in town. Gave me more than a fair offer on my trade. (Surprisingly good offer) and they were very willing to negotiate the purchase price. I walked away with a barely used triumph Speedmaster and couldn't be happier.

"nope, no exceptions period," smiling at me walking out after, also by the way getting completely ripped off on the price, zero accountability here. unprofessional and beyond reasonable. save your time and money and shop anywhere else in the phoenix valley area. never again will you get my or any of my brothers money. you lost several customers. times must be tough for this shop to have a "zero returns" policy. they apparently need every dime they can get to keep the doors open anymore... grade: f
