I just figured they didnt tighten one so I get under there with a wrench and turn and turn and turn...and wtf...they stripped it. You know that point when you are tightening something down and you say "Whoops! I hope I didnt strip that!" Well any mechanic that graduated high school knows thats exactly when you stripped it. And you FIX IT!!! Cost me $100 in fuel driving my truck that week while we waited for a new oil pan to arrive. "Dont worry", Im told, " they'll take care of me" next time Im in. Ok...so pan comes in and Im picking it up to start my work week again. I drive it from their shop to work 50 miles away. Get to work, and I notice oil all down the side of my bike, all over my left side and saddle bags. They over-filled it, or screwed something up on the oil pan install. Im on the phone, livid now with such a rookie mistake. Costs me another $100 in fuel to drive my truck to work all week, ON TOP OF my wife having to drive all the way down to my work on that morning to bring me my truck and the trailer. "Dont worry" they says,"We'll take care of you". Pick up the bike a week later, drive it around a bit, and its still pissing oil down the left side of the bike. I cant afford not to drive it now. Longer story short, I pick up the bike, they dont charge me for the oil change, but DO charge me for a new battery. So not only is their service below par, so is their word. And guess what?...the bike still spits oil down the left side of the bike. Anyone know of a small personal shop that does quality work up near Peoria? Because this place sure isnt it. I will give RideNow Powersports in Peoria a solid 4 stars due to the customer service and the sense of urgency of Kevin. I purchased the 2017 SSR Motorsports Buccaneer Cafe aka the "2017 Ningbo Longijia Srt. " I was conflicted with the decision of purchasing a truck or motorcycle. However, James Hallquist of Jones Ford Buckeye made that decision for me by saying " O! No you can't have that truck because you credit has to be really good,lol." Worst salesman ever! He never asked me why I was so persistent on purchasing that vehicle. Because I already knew my credit score and he didn't know that i just purchase some land so i was going to use the truck to haul my things to the site. I would have paid $3000 down due to necessity. Might, I add, that have 3 1/2 yrs of retail experiences as a sales leader, 2 yrs of aggressive new card member and reissue sales at Discover Card, 3 yrs of Customer Service & Sales experience at Bank of Americas 's corporate call center while assisting as an OJT coach (On the job training), and 2 1/2 year as a n inbound sales specialist for Cable One. So, It's safe to sale that I know very good customer service and when I am being sold. Kevin worked with my busy schedule and never told me "NO' but instead he always said "let me look into that for you." He stayed in contact with his financial department so much that his boss and staff knew my name,lol. At "No point" did i ever feel like I was being sold or rushed. Kevin was very down to earth, honest and I even saw him get nervous when the insurance company said that the name of bike was chinese, however he did explain the history of that company that i would research later. I have had a chinese motorcycle in the past but this bike is made very well. It has a fuel injected system so I don't have to adjust a carburetor, it has a common V-Twin engine and not an uncommon bottom mount engine like I had before, the wires were properly heat shrinked and very thick in gauge. The store was very clean and organized. Kevin gave me a tour of the place and showed me some of their inventory. The best part, is that Kevin, was able to secure me a great interest rate and very low payments. I am very satisfied. However, keep in mind that when you purchase from them that there is a Doc Fee or $499, Sales tax$249,Waste Tire fee $2.00, Gov. Title Fee$ 81.93, Sales Tax, and the big one that will influence the Cost is Freight & and Handling $1000.00+-(depending on cost of item). If the freight cost had been disclosed upfront then I would have give $5 stars. read more

AVOID JUSTIN ROBERTSON; HE IS A LIAR AND HIS HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH ARE ENDLESS Friday morning at 10 my fiancé went to RideNow to look at a bike just to see if they were reasonably priced. He found one he loved and was "pre approved". Shocker. Justin Robertson told him all he needed was proof of income and he was good to go. We sent him the proof of income, which took about two to three hours to get denied. They told him he needed a co signer and the keys were his. The amazing salesman Miles took all of my information and I co-signed on a 7 thousand dollar bike. My man has great credit, so this was ridiculous but he wanted it. Justin then told me that he needed my proof of income and residency. I sent my income and a utility bill... but that wasn't enough to prove residency. So we sent him a picture of the mortgage bill, and guess what, it wasn't enough still. Monday morning my fiancé goes to get this bike because "all your girl has to do is sign the paperwork and the bike is yours". I take a long lunch and I am met at the door being told I need to put insurance on the bike before we sign or leave. Would've been nice to be told this information from the start or two hours ago while my fiancé was sitting here waiting. I put insurance on the bike and signed all of the paperwork... two hours later, Justin says we can't take the bike because the insurance isn't right. Obviously by this time, I was using colorful language and telling these guys to give us our trade in back and we are going elsewhere. Justin had the audacity to blame us for this process being so difficult. It took 3 days, 8-10 hours at a time, being promised this bike was ours at least 5 times, and still no bike... At least we know how they got their name; it's from customers waiting and saying "so can I ride now, or is there another hoop to jump through for you freaks?" They wanted our car as a trade in and then money on top, for a used bike that is less than 10k. If you do decide to come here, make sure you take the weekend off, because it takes that long to get a bike. Bring proof of income, residency, and have insurance prior to even riding or hearing the bike start... Look at that I'm already more competent than your managers. Also bring breakfast, lunch, and drinks; you'll be here all day long and still leave empty handed.. read more

I purchased a 2012 Polaris RZR 4 from RideNow Powersports in December 2011. At that time I also purchased an RPM One 3 year extended warranty through them. The sales manager left the organization shortly thereafter. During the delivery process I made the acquaintance of Andrew Broughton, the manager of the Service Department. In the 3.5 years since I have been very satisfied with the customer service I received from the maintenance department. My RZR has undergone 6 scheduled maintenance cycles and 3 unscheduled repairs for failed or worn out components. One of the repairs was major, for a rear differential that self destructed. Each of the services and repairs were completed correctly the first time, in a timely fashion, and at no charge as per my warranty.. Any delays were either caused by RPM One wanting additional documentation, or Polaris being slow to deliver parts to RideNow. Whenever I had a concern or a question about the service on my RZR I contacted Mr. Broughton directly, and any issues were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. On several occasions Andrew has gone above and beyond to make sure I got my RZR back from service in time for a scheduled excursion. Yes RideNow Powersports is a very large, bureaucratic organization with lots of turnover and inexperienced staff. The flip side is their selection of products is the best around. In such an organization it is usually beneficial to seek out the individuals in management who are both responsible and committed to doing a good job. I have found that in Mr. Broughton. When it comes time to replace my 2012 RZR I will verify that he is running the maintenance department before deciding where to purchase. read more

This has been the 4th time My Vikki, and I have been to RideNow, In Peoria, AZ. Each time I have brought in a Motorcycle with a problem. Joel, My service writer on short notice gets with the tech to work on my bike. It is in and being worked on in minutes of my arrival. The wife and Me, travel 142 miles to work with this group of people. I have been to many motorcycle shops in the past 50 years of riding. I have never been to a shop where they want to know you, help you through, and do not take an arm and a leg to have you pay for it. When I am there they let me look around while they are working on my motorcycle. I feel like I am never alone there. Someone with in moments of me drooling on some motorcycle, is there with a towel and a," Hello, can I help you with something"? I feel like I am somebody there. I must say they do the work that needs to be done, and they do it the first time. I have never brought one of my motorcycles back to redone. They are good at what they say and what they do. The Parts department has always been there with knowledgeable people. They know there motorcycles and there parts. I could go on saying how I feel about this place for hours. All I need to say is Come on down, give them a try, you'll like the way you are treated and the work that's done. read more

Soon after we first stepped foot in the door, we were met by a knowledgeable and friendly sales rep. He did a great job at guiding my boyfriend through all the steps in getting a bike, from makes models and specs to the financing process. They explain everything to you so you'll never have any unwanted surprises. We've been back a number of times (for my own bike, more gear, maintenance), and continue to be proven to time and time again the quality of service Ride Now provides: people who are down-to-earth and always willing to help; their knowledge of products; a comfortable, efficient, and low-pressure environment--even just the simple acknowledgement that you're there in the store sets them apart from other motorsports stores. To be honest, it feels like coming in now to visit friends. If I could give a zero I would. We had an Appt with Jamie after a 2 hour drive from Prescott we were passed off to Austin. (Not very helpful, experienced or knowledgeable about what we were in the market for) We came in with our own financing in place, we were pressured to apply for multiple financing and affiliates. When we refused we were told that this is their "procedure" and we had to. We called our finance company and they confirmed we did not need to apply again. We were lied to multiple times about availability inventory. We were told the CanAm XRS Max color combo we wanted was sold out and they "checked all available inventory within the entire company" and it was sold out. We called the Surprise store and they had multiple units in the color we wanted. The process as a whole was awful from the trade in evaluation taking 2 hours, the lowball back and forth number games and finance manager still unavailable to sign papers after 4 hours. We had no choice but to drive from Prescott again to sign papers and pick up on a different day. I would not recommend &/or be doing business at this particular store again. read more
