Dont trust the pictures they post on their website (false advertising) and dont trust the sales process I drove an 1.25 hours to buy a bike that showed saddlebags included and got quoted a total out the door price from the manager before driving there. Should be an easy process right ? I show up and the ridenow salesman decides to try to quote me 3k more than the deal I made over the phone (bait and switch/greedy) Took me 4.5 hours to get them to match their original quote AND they refused to honor their advertisement pictures showing the saddlebags I love the bike and the Indian motorcycle rep. We purchased a used KTM bike with less than 80 hours from RideNow Powersports - Surprise, AZ, advertised as being in great condition. After riding it for only about 2 hours, the bike started smoking. It has now been months, and we still have not seen the bike because it has been sitting in their shop for warranty repair while they "can't figure out what's wrong with it." Communication has been extremely disappointing. No one will call us back regarding the issue. The only updates we receive are brief text messages from the service rep, and only when we ask for an update. There has been no urgency, follow-through, or accountability. We expected much better customer loyalty and service, especially since we have purchased multiple bikes from RideNow in the past. Instead, we feel pushed off and ignored. This has been handled very poorly, and no real effort has been made to make things right. We will never buy from RideNow again. If you're considering a used bike they say is in "great condition," don't. Never again. update*** 3 months and Ridenow does not have the correct tools to test the bike. Paying on a bike that we spent 2 hours on.. Ridenow has had it longer than we have. I know the service manager is doing what he can, but the upper level employees should step up and make things right instead of hiding and putting all the pressure on the Service team. When called the manager in the past regarding the situation before making a review, we just got the run around and never came up with a solution. Update: called and spoke to a manager... Said he would look into it . Never called back. Service ordered a part back in January, couldn't track it. Now ordered another from eBay .. not to mention they charge tax on labor so when your buying anything, do the math before purchase! The run around is insane 7 months in now, still can't figure out what's wrong, blaming ktm. But not realizing they are the ones who sold the product, which means they need to back it. read more

Still waiting 1 year later for them to fix a sale error in documenting my purchases when they wrongly labeled my dirtbike for street now my registration states suspended until someone from this place fixes it. I have contacted them multiple times to get this fixed within this year and it's like my issue gets swept under the rug. I purchased 13k in bikes and I would not recommend them as they make errors and don't have the integrity to correct. I wont use them again. I noticed that my speedometer is 4 miles faster on my Suzuki compared to my Garmin, this 4 MPH is doesn't increase with speed, 25MPH on the garmin is 29 on the bike, 65MPH on the Garmin is 69 on the bike. The slower you go the greater the percentage. The bike is still under warrantee so I took it in to have it checked. They did a diagnostic test on the speedometer and called Suzuki to understand the discrepancy. The tech told me that Suzuki stated that the bike's speedometer is accurate. Before picking my bike up (it took 2 days to come to this conclusion) I looked it up using AI, here is what it said: "That discrepancy between your 2024 Suzuki V-Strom 1050 DE's speedometer and your Garmin is a very common occurrence among motorcyclists, and it actually works exactly as manufacturers intend. Here's why the difference exists: Legal & Safety Margins: Motorcycle manufacturers are legally required (in many regions, including the US and EU) to ensure their speedometers never read slower than the actual speed. They must overestimate. The European regulation ECE R39, for example, states that the indicated speed can be up to 10% higher plus a small fixed margin (usually around 4 km/h or ~2.5 mph) above the true speed. A 4 MPH reading difference on your bike likely puts you right within these safe legal limits. The "True" Speed: Your Garmin GPS device calculates speed based on satellite triangulation. While GPS units aren't perfect either, they are generally considered far more accurate than wheel-speed sensors used by motorcycles because they aren't affected by tire wear, tire pressure, or final drive ratios. In essence, your Garmin is likely telling you your actual ground speed, while your Suzuki is giving you a conservative, legally compliant estimate. The reason this is concerning is the maintenance schedule (oil changes frequency, valve checks, etc..) sooner than necessary. It also benefits the dealer when trading in the bike (More miles on the odometer than are real) adds to depreciation. But the outrage is that this took two days and 200 dollars to be told the milage is accurate. This milage/speed discrepancy should be in the owners manual or at least explained to me before charging me for nothing. I do blame myself for not looking it up in the first place. When recording the milage on a title, there should be an asterisk. Telling me the speed and odometer are correct and charging a customer 200 dollars for basically a phone call is unfortunate. read more

GO TO THIS RIDENOW FOR ANY MECHANICAL SERVICE!! Been going in year three straight in a row to Brain the mechanic. He has been an honest mechanic I go to exclusively, and has never steered me wrong. He remembers all my work I regularly get done, he assists me in being proactive on repairs that my bike needs. I recently burned through my clutch on my CBR, he replaced it, assisted me in showing me what happened and how to prevent it, and has always been very helpful. Brian remember my bike when I pull in and has been very friendly to my family. Will continue to get my maintenance through this ride now specifically because of him. I had brought a wheel in yo change its tire and the free tire install is nice. You do have to pay labor time so it's not really free. You pay what you get for I guess because they didn't properly balance the wheel + their stick on weights were not attached properly. Very loose and would fall off had I not seen it. Now what? Hi Amanda, I'm writing with an issue that I had while shopping at Ridenow Peoria. I went to the store on June 23 looking at a specific used Can-Am that I had seen on the website and was interested in purchasing. Martin was the salesperson that assisted me. When My fiancé and I arrived, Martin took us to the back of the store to show us the used vehicle as it was still in line for service. We ultimately decided that that particular vehicle was not what we wanted and looked around for other options. Martin pointed us in the direction of another used vehicle which we ended up being very interested in. He took both of us for a ride, individually, my fiancé and I talked it over and we decided to move forward with the purchase. At this point, we had spent about an hour considered the purchase/test riding. Before we sat with Martin, we told him on several occasions that we did not want my credit pulled until we had a verbal deal or were at least close to something reasonable. We sat with Martin at a table where he had me scan a QR code for what he told us, after we questioned it several times, was a soft credit pull. I filled out some information and he walked over to the finance team. He came back looking disappointed and informed us that the can am and we were looking at, had test ridden, and spent an hour considering had actually been sold the day prior. Of course we were disappointed. I immediately asked if my credit had been pulled, and I was told by Martin that it had not. We spent the next couple of weeks, trying to find a private party seller and ended up moving forward with the purchase of a Can-Am from a private party yesterday. In this process, I found out that ride now Peoria did indeed do a hard pull on my credit and then proceeded to lie about it. I called Peoria yesterday and spoke to Nick, who apologized and admitted there's nothing he can do about it now. I asked to speak to the general manager. Nick told me he was in a meeting with the other managers and he would have Ryan call me back after the meeting. I never heard back from the general manager, Ryan. I have still not heard from them today July 3. (And now on July 16 still nothing). Ridenow has completely violated my trust and my credit that I work hard to protect. I made a low-ball offer, since it's 2 model yrs old, and the nice sales guy took it to write it up. He came back and said "It's going to be $61,500 including your $5k trade-in". I looked perplexed and he added that it had a lot of options, to the tune of 12k. I said "Don't advertise a boat for 34k when the real price is 34K plus 12K." They wasted my time and my buddy's time. I have purchased a total of three Polaris Ranger Crew Cab vehicles from Ridenow Peoria. The last purchase was a 2024 Northstar Ultimate on 11/12/2024. We loaded it on our trailer and hauled it to our home in Crown King. When we unloaded it on the 13th we found that it had a broken rear axle on the driver's side. The following day, on the 14th, Ridenow picked up the Ranger and hauled it back to their shop to "look at it". I was told that it had thoroughly been 'gone over' prior to our purchasing it. Clearly, something that egregious, could/would not have been overlooked had it been given a thorough going over. My guess is they took it in on trade that way and totally missed it.
