I gave them 4 stars because the installer was very experienced, and did a great job with the installation. Did not go all the way because i feel like we were misled by the sales person. We wanted to complete the rest of our house with these shutters. There is a script design in our old ones that we asked the sales person if they could match - he said they could. I also asked if they could fix one of the panels on our old shutters - he said he could. Jason came out to do the install and said that he has never seen any type of design on their shutters and that they don't service shutters installed by others. Fail from the sales person. Although the shutters seem to be good - look good - and were installed well - don't like feeling like i was misled by a sales person in order to get the sale. Probably would have used them anyway. Don't like when commission becomes more important then the customer. :( read more

They put shutters in my bathroom in the shower stall, paid extra for Stainless Steel so no rusting would occur, well came out to replace a hinge, then the slide bar staples were rusting... lifetime warranty.. well it means this, you pay for SS right...? But they want $80 for them to come out to make it right or you take the shutter off the hinges and bring to them to make it right.. Sam said that Wes said it was because they were TWO years old.. what is lifetime?? My philosophy, put in the correct hardware the first time!! and I would NOT be calling you to fix.. Shutters look awesome, but Wesley's business is kinda sorta poor. Nothing like taking care of your customers. read more
