They have so many options and next time I will try the Injeolomi which the guy said is the classic and the best seller dessert. However, this was my first time so i went with safe option coffee. As i said it is quite interesting, there is ice cream, cereal, some syrup/sauce, condensed milk, maybe shredded coconut, and few more things. Overall good experience. If you have a small appetite you can share the small one with 2 people, it's a good portion. The place is clean, good amount of seating available. They have coffee and teas as well so next time I will definitely try that too. If you have doubts ask the staff they seem nice and they tried to give their best with the answers.

Definitely recommend adding mochi for that extra chewy texture. The space is pretty small with limited seating, and it did get very warm inside (didn't feel like there was AC). It also gets busy in the summer time so grabbing it to go is probably the option. Still, great spot for a refreshing dessert. Would come back!!

They also sell ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn, Philly Water Ice, beverages, and Mangonada. The restaurant just just opened 2023-05-01. It is takeout only. They will close in Aug since they are seasonal, and hopefully reopen again each year. The listed hours are the minimum hours. They may open extra days, especially if it is a hot day. They might close if it is raining. After they shave the ice, they poke holes right to the middle so that the flavour syrups flow right through. We ordered the following: 1. The Kensington: Hawaiian style, with Blue Raspberry, Pineapple, Cherry, Snow Cap ($11.50). 2. Shaved Ice, with Blue Raspberry, Banana,  Strawberry, Snow Cap ($8.50). Hawaiian style means there is a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle. Snow Cap is a combination of condensed milk cream and evaporated milk. The combination doesn't make it as sweet. The two owners also have a full-time job, so this is part-time for them. They are looking to hire staff. They are very personable. They are very passionate about their business. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. There are no washrooms. There is free neighbourhood street parking. Review 2023-215

What the heck is Dalbodre? If you tried googling Dalbodre, aside from this very cafe's related…read moresite or info, you may be able to find a restaurant in Seoul with this name (minus the word Cafe). Otherwise, every site is related to their cafe. I guess it's not a bad idea to give your business a unique name where your business' info just pops up immediately, hit after hit. Whether it's by design or not, good for them. Cafe Dalbodre is a cozy Korean cafe that is tucked away from the tourisy side of Niagara Falls and quite close to Great Wolf Lodge, with the casino in view. What really grabbed my attention was how affordable their drinks were. If you were to get the same drinks in the GTA, I swear we are looking at $6-7. I really like the iced Dalgona coffee that I got. Coffee was very aromatic and flavourful. Not very sweet when I first drank it, but because the honeycomb gradually melted the drink became sweeter as it went along. I also got a dark chocolate gyoto cake to go. It was simple, but quite enjoyable. Whip cream on top with some crunchy chocolate bits. The cake was rich, chocolatey and not too sweet. I'd prefer it to be even darker, but that's just me. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed the cake. Now when I asked the shop owner what gyoto means, she said it meant chocolate in French. From my limited Gr. 11 French, I don't recall that word meaning chocolate in French nor does the word sound like French. Yet another mysterious word coming from this place. Now when I asked the owner which drinks are the most popular, while not impolite, but she directed me to the starred item on their menu. I guess she's not the talking type? But she certainly wasn't exactly Ms. Sunshine. I'm still very much a fan of Cafe Dalbodre, but just don't expect a great deal of hospitality. Btw, I still have no idea what Dalbodre is.

I came here on a Monday in the morning and it wasn't busy at all. It was quiet and a very clean space. There weren't a lot of food options for an early morning but I tried their Iced latte. It tasted OK and price was fair. Overall, I may come back to try their bingsu if I'm in the area and it's not too far walking distance but I'm hoping service will be more friendly and approachable.

So the bear itself in the affogato was a solid icy chunk of milk (coz we chose the milk flavour) that just frozen. We added the affogato on top of it and while it looked aesthetic, the dessert didn't make sense at all. We were unable to break the frozen chunk or be able to mix it with the coffee and the coffee mixed with that frozen chunk submerged tasted really bad. Paying $16 for that wasn't worth it at all. The bingsu was good though. We got the mango bingsu bowl and it came loaded with mangoes and a marshmallow and an oreo cookie to make it look pretty! I don't think I'd come back to try anything else here. Was a little disappointed.

The only fruit they had was mango and strawberries. We opted for a Mango Bingsu, based on the photos displayed and we enjoy the sweetness and softness of mango. The bingsu we received was topped with what can ONLY be described as FROZEN mango and still not yet defrosted. Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think that it would be served with frozen mango which is usually used for blending smoothies!! My partner did not want to return the barely edible bingsu. The favourite on the dessert was the single small scoop of green tea ice-cream which formed the "leaf" of the strawberry decoration. I truly do recommend getting your bingsu fix elsewhere. I won't be returning. The store is located in the eatery section of H Mart, with ample parking outside in the plaza. PS on further reflection of my review, perhaps I was expecting fresh mango and nowhere on the menu did it specify that the Mango Bingsu is served with fresh mango. Lesson learned.
