Very well taken care of with excellent staff who are warm and welcoming. I'm obsessed with this place. I've been coming here for years, and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. Love you guys!!!

From the moment my treatment began, the body scrub attendant's demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. Her tone of voice came across as harsh, and when she spoke to me, it was loud enough that other guests looked over. Since everyone is undressed during these treatments, that made me feel especially uncomfortable and vulnerable. The body scrub itself was much rougher than I expected. I wasn't asked whether the water temperature was comfortable, and the pressure felt unnecessarily aggressive rather than relaxing. I left feeling more sore than refreshed, which isn't what I expect from a spa treatment. This was also the second month in a row that I was assigned to the same body scrub attendant, even though I've never had her before and had always been treated by someone else in the usual wet room. It struck me as unusual, especially since I had previously noticed her speaking very harshly to other staff members. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it's taken constructively. I truly enjoy this spa overall, but I hope more attention is given to making every guest feel comfortable, respected, and cared for during their treatment.

The atmosphere was calm and respectful, and the staff was wonderful. Helen did my scrub and did an excellent job (on the harsher side, which I loved). The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. I immediately recommended this place to my group chat and will definitely be back. The only thing missing is food options -- hope they add some in the future.

My husband loved it. The massages are a little rough, so I asked for them to be a little softer. But, I'm kinda a baby with massages, like I don't book deep tissue type of massages. The masseuse went on top of my back on all fours lol. I started laughing when she did that, she started to giggle too. I told my husband she was so petite I didn't mind it. The spa areas were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't bring a bathing suit, so I couldn't use the co-ed area which looked so peaceful and relaxing. The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.

I'm really sad as I was hoping to enjoy this place expecting a high-end spa/massage experience…read more(especially at this price point). Unfortunately this was a complete miss. There really aren't any spa amenities and the locker room is a bit grungy. Once you get to the co-ed communal area, it has some tea and water where you wait for your masseur or masseuse. It was a little too warm and unfortunately my masseuse was late (still setting up the room). Once in the room, the masseuse didn't communicate, not even asking if there was anywhere I wanted to focus on or if I was comfortable. This led to the massage being not great. I had to keep asking for more pressure and the most pressure provided was actually on my feet rather than anywhere else. I also hated that she went from my feet then straight to massaging my face and head! It was more of an uncomfortable experience rather than enjoyable. This was also a VERY expensive experience so it's quite unfortunate that this was what it amounted to. I won't be back.

The overall design and aesthetic felt outdated -- the carpets looked old, and even the sheets for my massage seemed worn. The massage itself was okay, but overall I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing spa experience.

I was a walk in and didn't have time to wait. I instead got Saline, who was AMAZING. She truly listened to everything I told her, made her presence known throughout the massage but not too much, so I was able to fully relax. I cannot say enough good things about this massage. The space itself was cramped and no frills and some of the pressure is on fellow GUESTS to keep their voices down (please keep this in mind!) but it has everything. The space felt clean and cozy. I went for a 1.5 hour massage which felt like a splurge because it was longer than I normally do, but their prices were so reasonable and I had just come off a very long work week that it felt needed. The massage was so incredibly relaxing and left me in a little bit of pain in a good way. I knew Saline had found a lot of my deep knots, so there was no way for it to be without pain, but every fit of it was so worth it. It was so relaxing and I left feeling 100x better than when I came in. It was a little hard to find because it's on a small strip mall, but now that I know where it is I won't miss it. Highly recommend this spot!
