My Bryant heat pump decided to quit during the heat wave. Called and setup an appointment Jeff and Taylor were here on time diagnosed the problem changed out a part and back on. They were here 45 minutes or less. I've always had good luck with All Seasons. read more

I have several services rendered over the past five years: Starting with service calls with Dan, the owner of the company, then duct work, repaired or replaced,then a complete equipment change out to more efficient units, that I am sure paid for themselves in the course of a year. I recently had two service calls from Jeff, he analyzed and made the repairs swiftly. I think Dan set the standards for honest ethical business standards and all his employees are in agreement with those standards and work well together for the benefit of their customers. 5 stars all day!!! First, the receptionist Sharon was very receptive to my needs. She immediately related my request to the technician and returned my phone calls promptly to schedule an appointment. I was in a tough situation and she could have easily charged me and emergency visit rate but they decided to fit me in and charge me the regular rate. The technician called me 30 minutes in advance to let me know he was on the way, arrive on time, did the job Beyond satisfactory. Listen, I spoke to every hvac company and craigslist wannabes. I had Jeff out to give put in a ductless mini-split. I gave him a very good review. However after he and his guys were gone I realized they did not bolt down the outside unit to it's base. I called their office and asked that be done. So far still waiting for that. I have to say that is one of the things that bothers me the most about contractors. Came out short notice when my blower caught on fire. Managed to overnight a motor and had it installed before the heat became too unbearable. They had been out the week before doing a routine service so when they came back out I was only charged cost of the motor. Took care of my property, didn't damage anything and left it better than it was found. Highly recommended. read more

I really want to like this company. The service technicians are personable, helpful, capable and efficient. Unfortunately there is a caveat which seems to be a result of poor office and/or administrative follow-up, to wit: I had a new Carrier/Bryant heat pump system installed Oct. 2014. Of note, the installation did not go smoothly and the technicians were obviously frustrated. The indoor unit was a tad too large for the existing space and the thermostat I had was not compatible, even though I was assured it would be. These problems were worked through and satisfactorily resolved on the same day, but it was not a good experience for any of us. I was told the quote included a 10-year parts + labor warranty which, frankly, was the deciding factor in going with both the manufacturer and All Seasons. The gentleman who sold me the system was not there during installation until the very end of the day and when I inquired about the warranty I was told they would register the system and activate the warranty. I believe I was told confirmation would arrive via (snail) mail, but perhaps it was email. In any event, a couple of days went by and I inadvertently forgot about it (my bad) but never received the confirmation. I have since had a couple of problems with the system. Both involved unidentified odd/loud noises. On the second issue, All Seasons couldn't identify the problem and never heard the sound. I had to research youtube and email the sound I was hearing to get to the bottom of the problem. Although they never acknowledged the email, service techs showed up (unannounced) to try again to identify and diagnose the problem. All Seasons ultimately decided to replace the motor on the inside unit. It was pretty much at that point that I realized I did not have confirmation of the warranty and requested one. The one provided via email was dated the day prior (2+ years after the date of purchase) and was for a 5-year standard parts-only warranty. Further to the motor replacement, I was told the motor would arrive on Tuesday and be installed on Wednesday. No one bothered to call me on Tuesday or Wednesday and I finally had to call All Seasons to find out if I was somewhere on their schedule. The young lady had no idea what I was talking about and after several minutes on hold I was told the motor never arrived on Tuesday and wasn't there today (Wednesday) either. I was told they "could probably install it tomorrow IF the motor came in." Really. So I'm supposed to sit around for a couple of days and hope? The fact that no one bothered to call me to advise me of the status of service for TWO DAYS is totally unacceptable. My concerns therefore revolve around very poor customer service. I have written numerous unanswered emails regarding both the problems I've experienced as well as the incorrect warranty. There has been a failure to contact me sufficiently in advance (or at all) to advise me of service dates and times. There has been a failure to register the purchased system for warranty purposes and a failure to provide the 10-year parts and labor warranty promised during the sales pitch. Additionally and finally, I was billed for a service call ($80) relative to the second issue which was ultimately determined to be a defective part. This was NOT a service call but was, rather, a diagnostic call which was ultimately determined to be directly related to a manufacturing defect. Although I have emailed the company concerning this charge, which I do not believe I am obligated to pay, I have AGAIN not received any response regarding either the charge or the incorrect warranty (two weeks now). Sadly I cannot and do not recommend this company due to poor customer service. read more

These people damaged the bathroom floor in our townhouse. But, who cares, right? They showed no respect for our living space and laugh about leaving gouges on our floor. "You're not our customer--Riverwood is." So, they get a "pass" on causing damage. We get stuck with the gouges on the floor--no consequences for the company whatsoever. Don't use these people if you care about your home. They will track mud and leave a mess, plus damage your floor. I love how this review got shoved down so people won't see it. Nine years ago, All Seasons installed a 4 ton Bryant AC system at a church. I called All Seasons a number of times to complain about the high cost of using the puron refrigeration. I was told on these occasions that the system was working, as it should be. This past September 2016, I called them out to service the refrigerant. A service member came out and told me there was a leak in the system and he would try to find it. The next time he arrived at the church he brought "Jeff" with him who was the one that originally installed the system. After a short inspection time they both drove off. Several weeks went by and I called "Jeff" to find out if the part had come in. He told me he did not know about any ordered part and would not be out to fix it. I then contacted another AC company. This time I stood by as they opened the 4-ton unit. Much to my dismay, I discovered that it was never a new unit. Several spot welding on the inside of the heat pump looked like it was done by a ten year old. All Seasons charged the church full price for a used one! I located the dealer where All Seasons purchased the system. I found out from the warranty staff that the 2006 unit had been previously installed at a home in Grants Pass, Oregon. I took pictures of the weld spots, sent them to All Seasons, and asked that Jeff make things right. That was two weeks ago and he has not responded. I have pictures if anyone wishes to see them. If you have purchased a system from them, I would check inside the heat pumps and furnaces. If you are planning to buy a new system, do not go there. If a so called professed Christian as "Jeff" defrauds a church...well, you finish the sentence. read more
